My perfect Cosmopolitan Chef doing his magic
Barry L.

*** Christmas Day 5pm 2025 hibachi dinner for two we were seated with three other people, we introduced ourselves and began to watch the show I started with a spicy tuna Maki roll. My guest wasn't interested in sushi tonight. Each hibachi meal is served with a clear broth soup and a side salad with orange ginger sauce. Rice and mixed vegetables are served with the combination meal The rice was different this visit, there were no bean sprouts and no peas, there was broccoli, so I guess it was a mixture of vegetables . My guest had the Chicken Hibachi enough for leftovers I ordered the steak and sea scallops combo Steak -med rare the scallops were large, yet they were good I had a Cosmopolitan cocktail The drink was Perfect There menu has something for everyone's pallet Enjoy your next meal here See ya again

i typically doordash, but when i do5 the dining experience is wonderful always! when doordashing, sometimes its a wait for the food but its worth every minute!!! i love the 2014 roll & their crab rangoons, those are a staple, go to lunch for me (occasionally im sharing it, not always lol) for their prices, the quality of sushi i awesome & every roll i've tried has always tasted fresh & full of flavor. if you havent been here yet, def make an order the next time you're craving good sushi.

Takeout from Yamafuji, besides the birthday cake
David H.

Takeout for a birthday party. Very nice, fresh and tasty sushi. I wish they had labeled as we could not tell which sushi was which in our order. Noodles were good, especially the Udon w chicken. Pad Thai with chicken okay but not strong enough flavors. The beef and broccoli was exceptional, not overcooked, beef not tough. The restaurant gave a couple do soups, two salads, some edamame and gyoza as well. Definitely will return.

One thing that makes this place stand out is its very bright neon sign that makes you want to try this spot. The first thing that this place has to offer is the beautiful interior of Kawaii. The ambience contains warm soft lights, with the cushions being very comfortable and relaxing whether coming in a rush or not, this cozy place will warm you up and welcome you straight in. The staff are super polite and always there to lend a helping hand. Another great thing about this delightful Asian food is their awesome variety of foods that they have to offer. My personal favourite is the "Honey Bee Roll", this is their best sushi dish and one of the best sushi dishes I've ever had! If you have some allergies then they have gluten free opticians that also taste equally as good. Even though a handful of the food is a little bit expensive, their food makes up for it as it tastes like heaven in your mouth. My least favorite part about this place though is the takeout service. For the majority of this service they have very nice takeout bags and a lot of people do take out. It's also very convenient for fast delivery to your house or some other place you need it to be delivered. But the downside is that the food from takeout does not taste good. I would just go in person instead. Overall, Kawaii is among my top 10 favorite restaurants to go to. I recommend this place to anyone who really likes different Asian foods. I would definitely check this place out if you ever happen to pass by it!

The country music playing created a genre of a country cowboy eating roadkill over a camp fire vs.dining on fresh Chinese food. If you want a soothing Gregorian chant music by a Buddhist monk as you dine, then this isn't the place. I ordered a Delight of three lunch special as sounded a bit erotic. I did chose the pork rice upgrade. It came with hot and sour soup. I ordered an app of teriyaki and app of chicken wings. The delight of three would have been more delightful if a bigger portion was served but nevertheless... it was excellent freshness, prepared well with the 3 delights of shrimp, chicken, beef , vegetables. It was freshly prepared and not a reheated dish. The rice was very good, fresh and not a big pile of rice but just the right quantity for me. The teriyaki was excellent, tender and I would have preferred a bit more ginger flavor or a char to the edges or surface... but nonetheless I was fine as each stick cut like butter and the chew was easy on my jaw bone. The hot and sour soup was a bit cold and was plenty of ingredients with a kick. But I prefer on cooler side vs boiling hot to burn my tongue. I value my tongue to enjoy the tastes of the delight of three. The star of my dining was the chicken wings. These wings were freshly fried and not a reheat of previously cooked wings. The golden crisp skin makes these among some of the best wings . I would have preferred the wings cut into drums and flats as I have to eat that way anyway . I would have like a bit more marinate to the wings that would put these on an even higher level. Again, the crisp skin makes these great wings. I think the food quality was excellent, and reasonable pricing . I will return and see that the chicken wings possess the golden crisp skin attributes that I can eat it them everyday.

4/5 Stars - Visited August 2, 2026…read more I stopped by Tama Asian Fusion Sushi & Bar in Natick and had another enjoyable meal. We started with the Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna and Salmon Carpaccio, both of which were excellent appetizers and a great way to begin the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the Chirashi, while our table also shared the Spider Roll, Money Roll, and Volcano Roll. Overall, I thought the sushi was the highlight of the experience. The fish tasted fresh, the rolls were well prepared, and each had its own unique flavor. If you're visiting Tama for the first time, I'd recommend focusing on the sushi menu. I have tried their hibachi platter on a previous visit, and while it was decent, it didn't stand out nearly as much as the sushi offerings. The service was friendly, and the restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere that's great for a casual lunch or dinner with friends and family. I'd definitely come back whenever I'm in the Natick area, especially for the sushi rolls. I'm also looking forward to checking out their new Canton location to see how it compares. If you're deciding between the hibachi and the sushi, my recommendation is easy stick with the sushi. That's where Tama really shines.

Whether you want a bowl of ramen, a rice bowl, some small plate appetizers or just a milk tea, this place is top notch all the way around. Their portions are great & they always serve quality and fresh bowls of ramen. I most recently tried their Tom Yum Ramen, which is fairly new to their menu. The spicy broth, shrimp, wonton skin and everything in between was perfect. I'm already craving another bowl. This has become a regular spot for me. If you are a ramen head (or aspiring one) and live in the central MA area... Kinzen is a must try.

Finding a good bowl of ramen in Boston is hardly unusual. Finding one of this caliber tucked away…read morein suburban Marlborough is a pleasant surprise. Kinzen's Tan Tan Ramen was impressive, beginning with a deep, rich, creamy pork broth that delivered remarkable depth of flavor without being overwhelming. The chashu was tender and well seasoned, while the bok choy provided a welcome contrast in texture and freshness. Each component seemed carefully considered, contributing to a bowl that was both balanced and deeply satisfying. Perhaps the most unexpected highlight was the marinated egg. I've never been particularly enthusiastic about the soft-boiled eggs that accompany ramen, but this one was exceptional. The yolk was perfectly cooked, with a silky, almost custard-like consistency, while the pronounced soy flavor suggested a generous amount of time spent marinating. It was a small detail that spoke volumes about the kitchen's attention to preparation. The one reservation is the price. At roughly $18 to $19 for a basic bowl, with additional ingredients priced separately, Kinzen is somewhat more expensive than I anticipated, particularly for a casual suburban ramen shop. Still, when the cooking is this accomplished, the price becomes a secondary consideration. Kinzen is an unexpected find in MetroWest, serving ramen that could comfortably hold its own against offerings from more established urban kitchens. A welcome reminder that good food doesn't always require a trip into the city.

I ordered the Classic Ramen. Although it was served lukewarm, and the chashu was fairly dry and stringy, the broth and the accompanying veggies, eggs, etc. were pretty good. More on the food below.... The service, however, was poor. When I entered, there was only a party of 5-6 in the restaurant section, and one person at the bar, so I asked to sit at the bar. As I walked to the bar, I was handed the menu, and I ordered an ice water. About 10 minutes later, my water arrived, and I tried to order, but the server merely walked over to a couple of other servers, and engaged in lively discussions. After a few minutes I attempted to get her attention, without success. I saw she was deeply swiping her smartphone. Even as another party entered, she seemed glued to her phone. Eventually, she took my order robotically. I ordered a small salad with my ramen, as a dear Japanese friend had advised that one can judge a great deal about a Japanese restaurant by its simple salad, and the care with which it is prepared. The salad was iceberg lettuce with one slice if cucumber, and one cherry tomato. It was clear that it had been thrown together, as the dressing (which was good, BTW) was clumped in a couple of dense spoonfuls, on top if the copious water that had not been dried from the lettuce. About 10-15 minutes later, my ramen was presented in its lukewarm majesty. To me, the four primary keys to good Japanese restaurants are in the care, freshness, preparation and presentation. I found that Tama Japanese Ramen was lacking on all four considerations. Given that they have very little competition in the area, and the food itself was disappointing but not awful, it's clear that the management at Tama needs to devise a better strategy.
