These guys are the best. I was a previous customer and reached back out to them last Monday because I heard scampering in the ceiling above my bed! and scratching and chewing (undeterred by me pounding on the wall!) for 2 straight nights. I phoned them on a Monday morning and they had Omar to my condo within 3 hours! He assessed the situation and set numerous traps and caught a rat! that was entering the common area above the water heater! Omar identified that the rat was possibly using some wood that was leaned against the heater so he moved that too. He caught the rat on night 1!!!!! We're now waiting and seeing if there are any more, but I can't recommend these guys enough. The receptionists are always empathetic and efficient, Omar is top notch with his knowledge and customer service skills and I'm so pleased he caught one. He said it was twice as big as usual. Simple Pest Management helped us solve our mite problem about as hassle free as possible, given the circumstances. They were able to come out to assess the issue rather quickly, and we didn't waste any time starting the 6 week treatment for the issue (3 visits, every 2 weeks, where we and our cat had to be out of the house for a few hours each time). We decided to pay for 1yr of maintenance with treatments 1x/quarter, and after several months since the initial treatments + two maintenance treatments, there's been no new activity. Luckily maintenance only involves spraying the outside, so it's not as big of an inconvenience for us. They're easy to schedule with and pretty responsive. We've always had the same guy treat our place as well - Ty - he's super friendly and we trusted him to treat our place while we weren't home. I had a problem with mice. Was intimidated by the workers, but employed them long enough to abate the problem. They over charged to fix the hole from the hot water room. 2 patches cost $150.00. After the problem was mostly gone I used bait anyway. The workers were more concerned at the price of my real estate, and gossiped about me in the community of Santee. I called and cancelled the service at it was costing $50.00 a month for them to help the realtors pull down the price of my home. This property isn''t For Sale at all. But I have lot's of people asking. There are other business like this to have set "mouse traps." I am tired of hearing feed back from them in the community.
