Jose came out to inspect an area on my mobile home that concerned me. I had an area that had water damage 10 years ago on the side wall of my sunroom. I also had termites in this same area that were removed when we fixed the damage a decade ago. I wanted to have an inspection again as I thought I saw some wood damage underneath in the same area that looked like termite damage. I did not tell Jose this, but I had this same area inspected recently by another termite company that had good reviews. The other company tech said I had termite droppings in this area and they would treat the area and inspect everything else, the cost, 1500 dollars. I prayed for wisdom as I was worried for my home and I found Suncoast reviews online to be excellent. So, I scheduled a second opinion with them. Jose went in for an inspection of the same area. He said he could find no termite droppings and the wood damage I saw was just from the original water damage years ago. What a blessing to have a second opinion from such an honest man and company. Jose saved me a lot of money! I had to write a review and let people know how honest Jose is and if anyone needs termite or pest control, please use Suncoast! I had called the company to deal with an issue and apparently the receptionist who claimed to be the business owner was rude and did not respond to me well. After the review, I got a call from the actual business owner who was very accommodating and apologetic for the rude behavior of his employee. I was happy with them for last year. One of the owners had such an attitude with me on the phone that I got rid of them. I guess I misunderstood and thought they had something to get their chemicals off my window outside. He should never have spoken to me the way he did. I used windex and it did not work. I also had the tech try index and it did not work. It was not on the inside of the window! Sean, I cleaned outside and inside and it's on the outside. It's been weeks so that's most likely why the index did not work! Thete was no hostility from me as you pissed me off with your disrespect!!! I'm not an idiot and I know that your techs are not window cleaners. Trevor accidentally did it and being that I'm a Senior with physical limitations I can't get up on a ladder or whatever. You need to respect your elders! You were totally out of line. Your company lacks in some areas and there's no excuse why the hell your employees could never send out a bill! Thank you for the swift and thorough assessment of my backyard. I'm a property owner with a rental property and noted gopher holes on my last inspection. I called Suncoast to check it out and they found no active mounds or gopher activity, only old holes. No charge for the inspection and I have reassurance with nothing more to do for now. I already gave Suncoast a 5 star rating, but I'm coming on here to give them 5 more. My technician called me to let me know that when he was clearing cobwebs a lightbulb fell out and broke. He asked if I wanted him to go to Home Depot and buy a new one and come back and replace. Since it was just a bulb and not a broken light fixture I told him I'd take care of it. But to have an employee, call me up as soon as something as simple as a light bulb was broken, admit to the issue and offer to solve it, is absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Honestly, I probably never would have even noticed. They could have easily pretended it never happened. So yeah, add 5 more stars to my review for the best customer service. read more

We have had a silverfish problem and Suncoast said they could take care of it. Initially Jose told us we would have to leave our home for two hours with our dogs. He then text messaged me to confirm the appointment. With our schedules we were having difficulty trying to figure out where to go with them, but then when I spoke to another representative on the phone she said they could come out to treat outside for one visit and then interior for the next. The first invoice said something about spiders and nothing about Spiderfish, but I thought it was probably just a typo. At the next visit, expecting we would have to be gone for two hours, they guy came by and took 5 minutes to drop off like 5 bait traps I could have bought off Amazon for a $1 each. So still seeing them three weeks after the second visit, I was still seeing the gross critters. So I text-messaged Jose letting him know we still had a problem. He replied that he'd look into it, but never got back to me. They came out one more time and at first the rep sounded slightly annoyed that this was their third trip out, though I "the second visit" wasn't actually a request to re-treat. Then he tried to console me that they were probably going away and that was just a last flare up. Almost two months later, and it's worse than ever. I've tried my own remedies, too, but guess I'll have to try another company. read more

Hello over the Christmas holiday we seemed to have found a rodent in our apartment and due to my daughter being pregnant and knowing that rodents tend to carry bacteria I didn't want this rodent in our place . So I called Suncoast Pest Management and Eddie had picked up and asked how he could help me . I informed him of my problem and even tho it was the holiday evening he told me no worries I will do my best to find a technician to see if they can come out to help with your situation. Eddie called me back right away and informed me unfortunately he couldn't get a technician out that day but first thing on Tuesday . I asked Eddie many questions of what I could do til his technician could come out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is Tuesday and Eddie had came out instead of sending out another technician which I really appreciated it showed us that he wanted to be sure to help us with the situation instead of just having someone else . Eddie was on time and kind and friendly . He asked us how he could help and listen to our concerns as well . He asked if he could look where we had seen the rodent and asked questions . He explained to us the situation and what would be best to do . Eddie also shared his knowledge about the rodent and how smart they are and how to prepare our apartment to keep them from coming back and that are helpful as well to catch this rodent .Eddie was honest and informed us that we had done 89 percent of the work already and that it would cost more if they were to just come out and set the traps and then come back 2 times after that . Eddie took his time with us on this situation . The most important part of this review as well is that Eddie Didnt push his services on us and say that was the only way to fix the problem. He was honest with us and told us if we have any other questions or need their services that they are here for us . We have attempted to work with Suncoast over the past few months, but ultimately it ended up becoming a time-suck-waste-of-money-soul-sucking experience and we still have rodents and bugs! Jeremy, one of the first service advisers was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. That's why we originally agreed to a bi-monthly contract with them. Then the customer service took a deep dive over the past few months. The scheduling team mishandled several appointments that left us waiting around the house with no calls. We made arrangements to get our children out of the house for service and they left us hanging. When they finally showed up this last time, they had no idea why they were here and what they were supposed to do. They even had the nerve to try to up-sell my mom on services. I've been using Sean for years for all my pest control services at my house. I met him when I lived around the corner from him when he was working for another pest control company and enjoyed him so much that I continued using him when he opened his own. Sean's been through it all at my house. We started with him to help with some mice and rat issues. He services my house on a monthly basis for insects by spraying the perimeter. Ants, spiders, whiteflies, etc. He's helped me with ants getting in the house. Rats in the attic. A swarm of bees that made their way into one of my walls. Gophers who decided to tear up my yard. I rent out my house and a guest was concerned that we may have bed bugs because they had some bites. We called Suncoast and they knew it was a priority to come inspect right away. Ken Evans was my inspector and did a very thorough inspection with swabs to clear my whole house, and was very informative to my guests to track where the bites may have come from (cat likely to have fleas).
