11/10/2024 - Fantastic customer service and the traps worked! I contacted on Thursday and they installed 3 traps the same day. On Friday night the opposum was captured. I let them know by 7am and the critter was picked up at 9:30 am. Wonderful! Highly recommend. After 10 days, 3 critters caught and taken away. Small to a giant beast! Please use them. We discovered some strange holes in our yard that kept multiplying so we reached out to Robert at Speedy Animal Control since we couldn't figure out exactly what kind of critter was doing it or what to do about it. Robert's communication was great from start to finish. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him and he even arrived early. He hadn't looked around more than 5 minutes and immediately determined we had a problem with a troublesome raccoon. Certainly, I could have taken Robert's word for it but he really went the extra mile to spend time with me to point out all of the signs that indicated we had a raccoon issue. He even found paw prints on one of our fences where they've been climbing over at night. While Robert was here, not only did he help us with how to keep the raccoon away but he also gave a quick evaluation of the rest of our home to show us any trouble spots that we could rodent proof ourselves as a preventative measure against keeping critters from getting into our home. I tried to DYI trap a lone gopher that decided to take up residence and make a motocross racetrack of my backyard. I have a courtyard in the center of my home. Birds creatively found a way to make a nest two stories up. Robert came out today to check on the swallow netting as I had several extremely persistent sparrows (not swallows) get caught inside the netting. I couldn't figure out how they got in there, but Robert came and checked it out, figured out how they were getting in and offered some solutions. Last winter, we had a skunk living under our hot tub deck. It took a few weeks, multiple Internet searches, one sprayed dog, and a lot of heartache before finally evicting it from our yard. This winter, they came back...2 of them! We knew we needed a professional. After seeing Speedy Animal Control at the top of a Google search, we decided to give it a shot and have them removed quickly and humanely. Robert came by the same day and identified all the areas where the skunks could get under the deck and get into and out of the yard. He set two traps, at the areas where he identified that they left the yard, and left for the day. What did I find in the morning? Two skunks! Robert came by around 9:30 and removed both skunks in their traps, without getting sprayed. It was really amazing - no bait, just a good knowledge of the way a skunk operates.
