When I called AIPM for a second opinion, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite gentleman named Jordan. He spent nearly an hour inspecting our home (for free!) and shared there were 3 locations on side that needed treatment and the situation was not bad enough to require tenting. I asked a slew of question and he answered all of than knowledgeably. We then scheduled an appointment where Jorge, with over 10 years experience came to do the work. He was incredible and as he said, "small and nimble enough" to get up/over/around all the beams to treat areas and do a second inspection in others. He then cared entire attic with a Borax (sp?). It was a very reasonable price and I get a free inspection in 11 months to ensure no new termites, or the work is free. Highly recommend!

I had about a two-week gap and needed to have everything explained to me and called and Eric happily explained it all again. George came out and did the work; there was a lot of it. He was professional, fast and efficient - took photos and explained everything again. I thought they did good work and though costly, for the issues I was having I didn't really have any other choice.

Joey came out and explained exactly how gophers operate, and set traps, then said the process was that for one price he would come four times, a week apart, and check the traps and see what they get. As it turned out they only caught two gophers, but that seems to have done the trick. I did not want him to toss God's creatures in the trash, so he put the dead gophers back in the ground for me. And then he put castor oil around, to repel them. He said I should continue doing that. So he gave me a way to continue to repel them on my own, which is good. Joey was very personable, and seems to know EVERYTHING about the wild critters that make their way into suburban back yards. I would call them again if we have problems again. Well done.

I was able to get a next day appointment and Kyle came out. What a wildlife whisperer! He went in the attic, but the mama escaped. Kyle was able to get the baby, which he placed in a bucket on the far corner of our yard. Within an hour, mama had found the baby and they were reunited! All very humanely done and now the attic is sealed so they can't come back. I don't care if they live in my yard, just not my house! If you ever have a critter problem around your house, Alpha Wildlife Removal is highly recommended!! They stopped new rodents from coming in and eliminated the ones inside the home. However, don't believe them when they say they cleaned up. We found a decayed rat behind our stove years later. Sure they can say that the rat was caught after initial cleanup but the fact is other areas were left dirty as well, with rat droppings behind a lot of appliances. Areas they blocked off so no new rats could enter. They simply did not clean as advertised. So if you're an out-of-town landlord who can't personally inspect their work, don't hire this company because they cannot be trusted.

Chris was able to come out to our home quickly, and get a humane "trap" put in place that would allow the critter to leave on its own. The trap simply allowed the critter to get out of the house and not re-enter the hole, but did not actually trap/enclose it or cause any harm. Once we were certain the critter was gone, Chris came back to close up the space and prevent anything from getting back into our home. He consistently followed up with me to see how things were going throughout the process, and also provided some excellent tips on ways we could further critter-proof our home. My house still had the original, gross insulation from the 1950s, and Brian and his crew came in and completely removed everything, cleaned and sanitized the entire attic, and installed new R-38 batt insulation. After recommending him to other people for so long, it was great to finally experience their work firsthand. Brian and his team were awesome. I called Robert, the owner and sole employee at Speedy Animal Control because of the contents of his web page, http://www.speedyanimalcontrol.com/. In it, he stated he would check the traps each week for four weeks after the treatment, and, he gave a years guarantee that the pests would not return or he would address the problem again. His rates were reasonable for the job that awaited him! He was friendly, efficient, and worked hard. For years I had rats and mice in my kitchen cupboards and drawers because the kitchen is open to the outside. I continually put poison pellets in the drawers and cupboards but the rats and mice kept returning. Robert checked the entire house including the attic, roof, and garage. He put secure screens over all the openings to the house and garage and sealed the garage door where they might enter. Then he placed multiple rat traps everywhere he had checked. He came weekly for the promised for four weeks. Thankfully there was nothing in the traps. As he left after the four weeks, he treated the front lawn for gophers. How complete a service is that! I wished he could have treated my bird lice, but he doesn't exterminate animals so small. I would hire him in a second if I ever had any trouble in the future with varmits! I certainly don't anticipate any future problems with rats, though. The house is like a fortress. They could not get in again. read more

I called Speedy Animal Control because I wanted a humane approach to the removal of the rats/mice that had gotten into my attic. I have, and have had rats as pets, so snap traps and poison are out. Robert arrived on time and was polite, and explained what and how he was going to proceed with the rat exclusion. After a thorough inspection, he sealed all the openings around my house and roof but created a couple of one-way exits for the rodents to get out but not be able to get back in. He gave me some very helpful advice regarding rodent control, and followed through with making sure there were no more rodents in the attic. It has been about 4 weeks since he sealed all the openings, and two weeks after he sealed the openings, he closed the one way exits. There are now no more sounds of rats or mice scurrying around in the attic. I am truly grateful for the effective and humane service provided by Robert Anderson of Speedy Animal Control. read more

Robert is awesome! I called frantic because we had a rodent problem in our house. I called at least a half dozen companies all wanted to charge an arm and leg just for an estimate and wouldn't be able to come until next week. Robert showed up with in minutes and was incredibly professional. He walked around the entire house and yard, showing my husband where they were getting in. He took the time to tell my husband what traps to buy, how to bait them, and how to repair all the trouble spots. He also gave us a very reasonable estimate for him to handle it all. Robert did an excellent job removing abandoned bird nests, sanitizing, touching up damage where birds were nesting in our outdoor patio room. He also installed discrete netting and spikes to deter birds from returning. He even cleaned our outdoor stereo speakers, which were caked with bird droppings and then painted them to look like new! These guys are great. I had two other companies out here to take care of my gopher issue and they gave up. I then called San Diego Gopher Control and they got it done in 7 days. They continued to come back for 30 days check to see if any had returned. Good news, they are gone for now....If they ever come back, i will definately give them a call. read more

He patiently demonstrated safe handling of them for myself and my husband and walked us through the process of how to check them and alert him if an animal was caught. Everything was done humanely and promptly. When we did catch skunks, he was at our house within 20 minutes to safely take them away. He was kind and pleasant to deal with and we are grateful for all his help!

Prior to accepting his services, Trapper Dan was cordial and conveyed a positive impression. However, upon payment in cash, he demanded that and we will let the IRS know that he was paid in cash, and once he was paid, our experience with his service drastically changed. Trapper Dan exhibited condescension, rudeness, and a complete lack of customer service. He used derogatory language towards my mother and unnecessarily escalated the situation. Given my parents' advanced age, it is plausible to argue that he engaged in a professional form of elder abuse. While there are numerous positive reviews, our experience has compelled us to refrain from recommending Trapper Dan's services. Instead, we strongly advise others to seek alternative providers. Our family's previous review of Trapper Dan's services remains an accurate reflection of our experience - without exception. Furthermore, our review was NOT about any other company. We stand by what we wrote and strongly encourage potential customers to consider other pest control providers to avoid the kind of abusive customer service we encountered.

We've been with Green Flash since the beginning, but the last 2-3 years something has definitely…read morechanged. We used to have the same tech service our home who was very thorough, effective and had pride in his work. Now we have random techs show up who aren't even knocking down the visible webs. We had a web on the corner of our front door and they left it there. If they don't bother with the most obvious cobwebs, they aren't effectively spraying or managing our property. They've had to return to repeat spray numerous times. They sent a manager out in Nov who did a really thorough job and said he would pass on his notes to the next tech who comes out, but it doesn't seem like that happened.

I've only had one employee that came and did a thorough job. All others skip the services needed inside the home which is the main reason for getting pest control services. The last time they came, they sprayed the outside of the home only. Of course I was upset. When I told them about it, they said they would only charge me half of the fee.
