    Highly recommend OnSite Pest Management. Over the weekend I saw paper wasps starting to form a nest above the front door of our home. Frankie was quick to respond and came the next business day to remove the nest. The job took the team less than 30 minutes. Great communication and would use them again for any future pests!

    Just found out today that I have been continuing to be charged for services that are not rendered…read more We're in the middle of a huge landscape upgrade and didn't need any service for past couple of months. I had mentioned to Darla to skip service because of this, and will resume when ready. But just noticed that I have been continued to be auto charged ($87 each time) good thing I looked as I was getting ripped off. Very surprised of this as I'd mentioned this for multiple months to get ahead of this situation and give HomeShield as much communication as possible. It is crappy feeling to have my money taken like that I called in and spoke with Luca and he was helpful in telling me that I'll get credited back for 2 months, and will have CC on hold so not charged. That made me feel good. He said I'd get confirmation email in a few minutes but it's been nearly 2 hours and no email and my CC still showing no credit/refund. They are happy to auto charge me, but cannot accommodate their current customers with the ability to pause service, causing additional headache for me I'll see if there is anything worth updating if/when it happens. otherwise will go straight to credit card company and dispute charges...I don't have time to keep going back to HomeShield to check if they did their work right Still considering if I will continue with HomeShield once I need service again; but I figure I'll have better choice when that time comes UPDATE: after reading other review of not being able to cancel service, I called right back and spoke with Patricia. I asked to cancel service, but she could not do so and had to transfer me to other department and ask me to hold for "2 minutes". After 2 minutes, she came back on saying no one could talk to me to cancel. Seriously?? I asked if I can get her my verbal authorization to relay my cancel message to someone. No can do, so I have to wait for someone to call me back so I can say "CANCEL" really frustrated now...

I actually spoke with five different pest control companies, but Blake was the one who made me feel the most comfortable and confident moving forward, especially since it was my first time treating my family's property. Blake truly went above and beyond. He helped me every step of the way, was always patient with my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and helpful he was. He even took the time to respond over the weekend, which meant a lot. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I also want to mention Mark, who was wonderful helping with customer service. He was very friendly and helpful and made the overall experience even smoother. I'm so grateful for the service and highly recommend Blake and the team at Joshua's Pest Control!

They are very good at communicating via email, text and phone call before each visit. They also tell you who to expect at your home and include a picture. I appreciate that from a safety pov. I've seen a bug here or there in the house but nothing crazy. We still have alot of waterbugs, spiders and earwigs in the yard around the house. My understanding is the treatment is to keep a barrier so they don't come inside. Good plan... I wish it was for the exterior as well. I don't know if my neighbors treatment their yards and that could be a factor in the amount of activity. Good thing is the waterbugs are usually dead or dying but bad thing is it's at least 4-6 everytime I go in the backyard. The team cleans webs each visit but again, the spiders return. This is my reason for 4 stars because if I had a garden this service wouldn't help. I really wish it treated the yard so we could enjoy just sitting or playing outside. I like that at any point I can call for additional service outside of my quarterly visit. I started this service while my husband was deployed and we've kept it to give us a little time back. Previously, he treated the yard with a DIY subscription.
