Chris is awesome. He worked with me and was patient when we had to switch our dates for out of control situations. Twice. Definitely recommend. read more

We are so happy that we found Premier. They are super responsive and are accessible through text message. They came out to do the initial treatment and a couple weeks later we found a cockroach. They came out and did a treatment same day so far we've been super impressed. I would recommend them. read more

Premier Pest Control are the BEST! This review is long overdue. Chris and Michael are very professional, respectful, personable and very responsive. They provide excellent service and provided better pricing than the prior company we were with. They also helped out my mom last year with her ant issues. I'm so glad we found them and highly recommend them if you need service(s)- you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Premier Pest Control. read more

Chris was awesome from start to finish. He came out, immediately spotted the termite kickout hole, then checked the attic and the whole exterior just to be sure. Super straightforward, explained everything and gave me options without any pressure. I told him I was heading out of town soon and he actually squeezed me in and finished the job right then. Seriously solid guy, super knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares about his work. Highly recommend. read more

Premier Pest Control has helped me out multiple times, with cockroaches and with ants. Really appreciate their responsiveness, knowledge, and the results. They always resolve the various pest issues I've had on their first try, and are very informative in what type of issue I have, why, and what they can do about it. Very fair prices, quick to come out, on-time, and they don't push any services or use any sales tactics on me. They just want to do a great job, and it show Will definitely be using them again when another pest issue pops up, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. read more

After unsuccessfully trying to stop pesky ants from coming into the house my daughter recommended we call Premier Pest Control. They came out the next day and took care of the infestation right away. I was expecting that it would take several days to take care of the infestation but after one visit we haven't seen the little guys. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone that has an ant problem. They are extremely responsive, easy to work with and get the job done. read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! SO PROFESSIONAL!!! I called and was immediately offered an appointment. I also received updated texts as to when he was arriving and literally the owner Christopher showed up at my doorstep at the exact minute of my appointment!! He was very explanatory and reassuring as well as extremely thorough. He set up traps for my issue and was able to eliminate the critter immediately. Sometimes it takes time to catch these critters since they can be tricky but if it's there he'll get 'em! What I liked is that he is experienced having done this for years and in addition his company offers really affordable year round plans which entails inspections every 3 months that are basically preventative measures needed to keep my home safe from other pests that may come around. This is a critical element to those who want to keep their families and homes safe year round!!! Highly recommended and plus he's just a great guy who wants to look after our neighborhoods to keep us all safe at night!!! Best, Dr. K read more

Five stars all around! We have an ant issue, particularly when it's warm outside. Last year we could see them getting into the house through the base boards and bathroom sinks. We bought several ant killing sprays, baits, you name it, and spend several occasions killing a trail of ants. Decided to give pest control a try. I called several places and got multiple quotes. I asked each of the places what their services entailed. Some places had good sales reps that almost had me convinced, but on follow up calls with other reps their services changed and when additional info was requested it never came. I fortunately came across Premier Pest Control. It was very easy to get in contact with them either by phone or yelp. Their prices were reasonable and services that are entailed were clearly explained. I received all info via email promptly. Chris came out as scheduled and listened to all my concerns. We walked around inside and outside for various places that they're getting in. He spent some time outside spraying around where ever there were ants. Chris mentioned we shouldn't buy any other ant killers any more and if we see any more to give him a call. It's been about a month now and we really haven't seen any ants. Not sure why we waited so long to try them. Highly recommend Premier Pest Control! They're friendly, responsive, reasonably priced, and do great work! read more

Awesome service!! We had an ant problem and ever since we called we haven't seen a single ant in the house. And the pricing is great!!

I started an account with Premier Pest Control back in 2017. I had them come out to my home every 3 months. Ever since their first arrival, I have not seen one ant in my home. The usual pests have been very minimal. They are very thorough with their work. The staff are very nice and professional. I just sold my home, but will be contacting them as soon as I purchase another home. Kudos to Premier Pest Control for being an awesome company. read more

Very professional. Chris took care of a roach problem in my Mom's house San Diego before it became a very bad problem. Honest price and he did a follow up visit and HUGE VICTORY no more roaches in the house. If you want peace of mind of NO more pest in your home then I highly recommend Premier Pest Control! read more

We had pictures of flying pests that we texted to Premier pest control. They identified the culprit and within a short period of time , they had sprayed the interior and exterior of the house. So far so good. Our unwanted guests seem to be gone. Billing, scheduling and overall communication logistics went very well. They are repeating the spraying in 30 days to seal the deal. I plan to use Premier Pest Inc for future pests. read more

I reached out to Premier Pest based on a neighborhood recommendation. The initial contact through Yelp was not perfect but I followed up and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Chris and scheduled my first quarterly preventative service within a few days. The communication has been very easy through an online app, text reminders, etc. The technician who came to my house was friendly, professional and thorough with his explanation. Time will tell if the service is doing what it is supposed to but so far, I am happy with the customer service, pricing and professionalism. read more

10 STARS FOR THESE GUYS!!!The ABSOLUTE BEST!! I visited my 85 year old Mother's House one day and noticed BUGS/ MOTHS flying around the pantry, she had a bag of Flour she couldn't reach that had become a meal ticket for those bugs, then as I walked out into the backyard I saw she had substantial DAMAGE to her patio cover caused both by TERMITES, as well as DRY ROT. Since I live out of town I was worried that this might be a complicated situation to take care of, so I immediately began calling PEST CONTROL businesses to get quotes. Well with this PANDEMIC SITUATION these companies have all been pretty busy as you might have guessed, and I was really pressed for time . Premiere Sent their best man out Christopher Waite, who assured me he would take care of my Moms house for me, and that it would be pretty easy! I had my doubts! Well I asked him if he could put a rush order on it as I don't live in town, which he did,. We had gotten about 5 quotes around town and Premier had the BEST DEAL for the RIGHT PRICE. Chris explained the PROCESS, gave us the BAGS for SEALING THE FOOD, and then he sent his guys out on the SCHEDULED DAY to REPAIR all the DAMAGE to the WOOD right away, which these guys did in about a HALF A DAY, AWESOME, the next day they TENTED the whole house QUICKLY, and SEALED IT, GASED IT, AND LOCKED IT! Three days later my Moms house had been RESTORED and FUMIGATED! Just as CHRISTOPHER WAITE had said EASY PEASY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIERE PEST CONTROL. These guys really know what they are doing, PRICING IS RIGHT, and their WORK IS EXCELLENT! Thanks CHRIS you saved my Moms' House and took care of a what we saw as a HUGE problem in a HURRY! In fact I even subscribed to their YEAR ROUND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, which is substantially less costly than T......x! 10 STARS!!! One EXTRA 2 EVEN! read more

We always had ant problems every year coming into the home. When Chris 1st started to treat the home there were results right away but then noticed ants were still coming in. Once I called him to let him know, he immediately came within an hour to see what the problem was and took the time to explain what he was going to do. If it didn't work to call him back. It worked out and to this day I'm a very satisfied customer!! Chris & his wife are very personable with excellent customer service!! Call Premier if you need results quick. read more

Had used them before once for our ant problem and that treatment lasted for 2 years! This year we have to call them again. He not only came once to spray outside, but twice when i told him after 3 days that there was still some activity inside the house. He came back and worked on it! No arguing, no hassle! good service and very professional. I highly recommend them! read more

I would recommend this business based on the awesome service I received. Not only was Chris knowledgeable in pest and termite control, he genuinely cared about our concerns. Their pricing is reasonable! He is friendly, honest and I felt comfortable with service that was needed and recommended. As a first time customer, I was WOW'ed with the service. read more

Chris W. inspected my house for termites for free! Yep, for free. I didn't have termites so he didn't charge me. I was expecting an inspection fee or something but he said I didn't owe him anything. In a world that has a hidden fee for everything it was nice to see honest companies like Premier Pest Control. My mom used their services in the past and was the one who referred me to them. She was told by other companies she needed to tent her house - Premier locally treated and saved them thousands of dollars. They don't have any termite issues so their treatment worked. I would use their services in the future if I ever needed them and I would recommend you try them out too. read more

Chris from Premier Pest Control came out a few weeks ago and I haven't seen anything crawling around my house since! Went ahead and scheduled monthly service going forward. Would definitely recommend Premier. read more

Our spider problem improved so much after the second treatment! So happy with this service and would recommend and continue using.

One of the things that struck me was that this man genuinely cares about his business and customers. Knowing that he takes such professional pride in his work and reputation was incredibly comforting. I sent a request for quote on Yelp, around 6:30pm, to Premier Pest Control (PPC) and received a phone call within a couple minutes (he was out with his wife). He was incredibly accommodating and scheduled our appointment for the following morning. Which was perfect as we had ants invade our home after the rain over labor day weekend. I had requested quotes from several companies and have yet to hear back from them. Chris showed up at 8:00 and after he finished, he thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect. I have not seen one ant since his visit and his guarantee of work for the next several months. There was NO pressure to get on a regular program, he did offer and explained the benefits of it, but as soon as I told him that I wasn't interested, he dropped it. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends. read more

I was very grateful to Chris at Premier Pest Control. He offered great advice and was very helpful regarding termite damage repairs recommended by another pest control company. His candor was very refreshing. I would definitely trust him with future recommendations or services. Thank you again Chris! read more

Chris and Iggy are fantastic. I found PPC after I had ants coming from everywhere shortly after we moved into our home about 2 years ago. The ants were coming from a threshold between two different floor types and that's where I decided I needed to bring in professional help. Chris came out and assessed the issue. I also signed up for their quarterly service, which was quite possibly the best decision ever. They've helped with rats outside our property, spiders in our house, possible mice inside our house, and if we ever need it I'll be using him for termite services too. I love that with the quarterly service if I ever need something in between our usual service dates they're happy to come out and handle the pests. I also love that it's set up automatically and I can just set it and forget it. No need to call for quarterly service, they send an email and show up. The price can't be beat either! They're super affordable and fantastic! I'd recommend them a million times over! read more

I do not recommend this company. The owner, Chris W., walked straight into my backyard unannounced without coming to the front door to ring the bell or knock on the door, and he was half an hour late from the scheduled time with no notice on top of that. Very unprofessional at every level. Very dissatisfied. Used them for a few years and his unprofessionalism just keeps getting worse. Never again! read more

If you are looking for a company who is knowledgeable in termite eradication and other pest control, you need to go through Chris and is wonderful company Premier Pest Control. Chris sold me on his bid for termite tenting, because he answered all my questions and knew his stuff. His estimate was much lower than the other companies, even lower than my previous Pest control company. He scheduled us promptly for the tenting, and gave us dates and times expected to be out. They were respectful of our home and nothing was found amiss. We moved back into the house earlier than expected. Thank you, Chris for everything!! I have referred your company to several of my friends already! read more

I have used this company in the past. Recently my neighbor informed me that she had a mice infestation, so to ensure I didn't have any mice migrating from my neighbor's house I called Premier Pest. Ignacio came and checked out all the bait traps and based on lack of any evidence of a mouse in the house, he did not feel good about charging me for another set up of bait traps, but assured me they'd come back if I saw anything. Best part of the visit, was he didn't charge me. Ethical approach to dealing with customers! read more

I got three different quotes and decided to with Chris because he quoted me a great price. He came out to my place on time, and explained to me what he could do, what the limitations of the treatment were and what I could expect immediately after. He didn't try and upsell and he was quick but thorough. Super friendly and professional Would definitely recommend him. read more

My fiancé and I began having ant issues and we of course attempted to take care of the issue ourselves; however, after 5 days of dealing with them, we grew tired of the unwelcome guest and began reaching out to multiple pest control businesses that 5th night. The owner responded quickly and listened to frustrations about the ants and he easily set up and appointment the following morning during the busy summer of pest issues. The owner assigned Michael to come out and help us. He was prompt, kind, informative, and took the time to educate us on our "erratic ant" problem. He walked through each room with us and identified possible problem spots. The next day the ants were all gone! No issues at all! We are incredibly please and appreciate this professional company for everything listed above. I will definitely be proactive next year and use them before the summer months. read more

I am a new customer to Premier Pest Control and will continue to be a customer in the future. I contacted Christopher for help with an inspection and he was very professional. I called Premier Pest Control to inspect my attic as a second opinion. Chris was honest with me from the start. Great customer service, quick response and honest. I just recommended him to my coworkers. read more

After searching for a pest control company to take care of my pest needs. I found ppc to have really good reviews and they def match this company. I would def recommend PPC for your pest control needs. Chris was really easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with. He was flexible with the date and time that he was gonna come over and spray. Also, the price he provided me was the best. He arrived on time and explained to me what he was going to do and asked questions regarding my pest problem to make sure he got it correct. I was also able to pay with my credit card so that's always a bonus. Again if you want good quality pest control with awesome customer service I would suggest you go with ppc. Thanks! read more
