AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! SO PROFESSIONAL!!! I called and was immediately offered an appointment. I also received updated texts as to when he was arriving and literally the owner Christopher showed up at my doorstep at the exact minute of my appointment!! Five stars all around! We have an ant issue, particularly when it's warm outside. Last year we could see them getting into the house through the base boards and bathroom sinks. We bought several ant killing sprays, baits, you name it, and spend several occasions killing a trail of ants. Decided to give pest control a try. I called several places and got multiple quotes. I asked each of the places what their services entailed. Some places had good sales reps that almost had me convinced, but on follow up calls with other reps their services changed and when additional info was requested it never came. I fortunately came across Premier Pest Control. It was very easy to get in contact with them either by phone or yelp. Their prices were reasonable and services that are entailed were clearly explained. I received all info via email promptly. Chris came out as scheduled and listened to all my concerns. We walked around inside and outside for various places that they're getting in. He spent some time outside spraying around where ever there were ants. Chris mentioned we shouldn't buy any other ant killers any more and if we see any more to give him a call. It's been about a month now and we really haven't seen any ants. One of the things that struck me was that this man genuinely cares about his business and customers. Knowing that he takes such professional pride in his work and reputation was incredibly comforting. I sent a request for quote on Yelp, around 6:30pm, to Premier Pest Control (PPC) and received a phone call within a couple minutes (he was out with his wife). He was incredibly accommodating and scheduled our appointment for the following morning. Which was perfect as we had ants invade our home after the rain over labor day weekend. I had requested quotes from several companies and have yet to hear back from them. Chris showed up at 8:00 and after he finished, he thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect. I have not seen one ant since his visit and his guarantee of work for the next several months. Chris and Iggy are fantastic. I found PPC after I had ants coming from everywhere shortly after we moved into our home about 2 years ago. The ants were coming from a threshold between two different floor types and that's where I decided I needed to bring in professional help. Chris came out and assessed the issue. I also signed up for their quarterly service, which was quite possibly the best decision ever. They've helped with rats outside our property, spiders in our house, possible mice inside our house, and if we ever need it I'll be using him for termite services too. I love that with the quarterly service if I ever need something in between our usual service dates they're happy to come out and handle the pests. I also love that it's set up automatically and I can just set it and forget it. No need to call for quarterly service, they send an email and show up. The price can't be beat either!
