Phillip always does such a great job keeping the house "pest free". He comes every 3 mos and sends me a reminder the day before. If for some reason we see ants or some other pest crawling around, we just contact him and he comes right back out to take care of the problem free of charge. He's also pretty knowledgeable about trees and plants. He saw our guava tree and noticed how big it was but said it needed more water so that it can bear more fruit. This guy is freaking unbelievable. The pest control agent can out to my home twice in the one year that I have service with the company. Unfortunately, the ants came back about a month before his next visit. Instead of contacting me to notify me that he was coming to my home, he just showed up. An when I told him that his service were no longer required, he told me that I need to submit my cancellation in writing. I told him to provide with a copy of the agreement and he provided to me 12 days after my 1 year service contract would have expired. However the agreement automatically renewed because he too so long and then he charged me $250 to cancel his crappy service. His poor business practices and lack of integrity is the reason I would never recommend Philip or his company to anyone. read more

We hired Indemand in 2013 when we first moved to our home and had ants coming out of electrical outlets in our bathrooms. He sprayed the house, inside and out, and have not seen ants ever since. One day I found one roach on my kitchen, I called him at 5am! He came the same day at 10am and sprayed my house, have not seen roaches since. We have dogs and leave the door open for them, we got three rats in the house, I called him the minute I suspected they were in the house, he came the next day to set traps, we got rid of them in two days! He also sprays my fruit trees with organics and now I have healthy oranges and lemons. It does not matter the time, or day, I know I can trust him to come and get the vermin out. We would never go with any other guys, we get personal service and our baby and our dogs love him too. read more

In my contract I was covered for ants, spiders , silverfish & more I still have ants & spiders in my yard. Got ants? Call Philip. In August of last year he sprayed our office on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning the ants were gone. I mean completely gone! It was amazing! The ants were driving us crazy, they were in our break room, bathroom, sugar, creamer, coffee pot, M&M's etc. But not anymore, we are a believer in Indemand Pest Control. Philip said it would take ~7-10 days for the ants to be totally gone but the product worked better than expected. It only took a weekend. :). Now a 1 year later we called him back to spray again. The service is getting better and better. He sprayed on a Wednesday and by Thursday the ants were gone! Amazing service, plus, Philip is very professional and has excellent customer service.
