Switching to Johnny's company made a huge difference -- and really highlighted how ineffective my previous pest control service had been. Those disgusting buggers used to sneak into my house no matter what. Not anymore. Let me be clear: not all pest control is created equal. Johnny goes out of his way to ensure the treatment he uses is effective and that pests don't build immunity to it. JBC (specifically Johnny) saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars! I've been having mice issues for the past month. Johnny came to look at the property and gave me so many great tips on how to resolve. Because it wasn't anything major (to the outside of the house), he gave me at least 3-4 tips I could do to prevent the mice from making their way in. He also told me exactly how to catch the mice. That night, we set up traps with his suggestion, and 30 minutes after setting the trap, we caught one. Couldn't possibly write a more raving review! Johnny and his father run the company. They both were so easy and wonderful to connect with, and were able to squeeze us in midweek! Pricing is super competitive, it was $175 for him to do our 5 story townhome inside and out! We had johnny spray for typical pest control, and it was super quick! While he was here, he also noticed that we had termites. He pointed them out to me and explained how getting rid of them works! We've got him coming back to run out our unwanted guests! First and foremost I will say I cannot tell you how thorough and efficient this young man is. Not to mention he is very smart and compassionate. He is very informative and explains what it is all about. He did extra things for me as well. Something we seniors and everyone really appreciates. I had Johnny do my termite treatment two years ago. Did not have a problem for two years. My contract is almost up so he has come back to inspect. He fixes what needs to be fixed if anything, I feel that if he says all is well then it is!! Johnny with JBC Termite and Pest Control came out really quick and got rid of the termites at the top of the wall near our very high ceiling. We had two different companies come out first. The first one said "That's too high and we don't know what's behind it, so you have to tent." Then said tenting too difficult with our house configuration. 2nd guy said he needs a new higher ladder so cant do it. Johnny came out and took care of it very quickly. No termite droppings since he was here. Did a great job with care and very respectful of the house! Also his price was less than the guy who said has to buy a new ladder and then just refused. Johnny offered a free inspection when I messaged about a termite invasion in my home. He was punctual, kind, educational, affordable and effective. We examined a couple of the bugs as I was expecting a recommendation to tent the house for 5k but he said they actually weren't termites but instead, a different type of bug attracted to drains during this heat wave.
