I reached out to Johnny because I was concerned that I might have localized termite activity. After chatting about it and sharing a picture, he set me straight that what I was seeing was cricket droppings not termite droppings. Now I know. I might have to get Johnny to take care of my cricket problem but first wanted to share my appreciation for his quick and honest response. He will be my first call for any pest or termite issues going forward. read more

Title: Years later -- still the best pest control I've ever had After a few years now with Johnny's JBC Termite & Pest Control, I wanted to leave this updated review. Switching to Johnny's company made a huge difference -- and really highlighted how ineffective my previous pest control service had been. Those disgusting buggers used to sneak into my house no matter what. Not anymore. Let me be clear: not all pest control is created equal. Johnny goes out of his way to ensure the treatment he uses is effective and that pests don't build immunity to it. He's incredibly thorough, professional, prompt, and considerate -- and truly excellent at what he does. I've never been disappointed. Much kudos to Johnny and his team for a job consistently well done. Many thanks! read more

Shout-out to JBC Termite & Pest Control for an outstanding job. I'm a very satisfied with the JBC Termite. We needed Termite Clearance for a 14-Day Escrow just 4-days before Christmas. Johnny took my call and set-up a last-minuet appointment for a next day inspection. Johnny discovered that we had an active infestation with 42-areas of damage on a 2-Story house. Yikes!! Johnny was Professional, Knowledgeable, and Fast. He scheduled us for a next day Termite treatment and following day wood repairs. Johnny also gave us both Veteran & Senior discounts. Big Thanks to; Johnny, Fred, Efrin, & Leo for a job well done!! read more

JBC (specifically Johnny) saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars! I've been having mice issues for the past month. Johnny came to look at the property and gave me so many great tips on how to resolve. Because it wasn't anything major (to the outside of the house), he gave me at least 3-4 tips I could do to prevent the mice from making their way in. He also told me exactly how to catch the mice. That night, we set up traps with his suggestion, and 30 minutes after setting the trap, we caught one. Thank you Johnny for saving me hundreds of dollars and not overpricing like so many other companies have done to me. Highly recommend their services! read more

Amazed by the quick response. Johnny answered our call and came the day for a walk through. Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us option treatments and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend. read more

Couldn't possibly write a more raving review! Johnny and his father run the company. They both were so easy and wonderful to connect with, and were able to squeeze us in midweek! Pricing is super competitive, it was $175 for him to do our 5 story townhome inside and out! We had johnny spray for typical pest control, and it was super quick! While he was here, he also noticed that we had termites. He pointed them out to me and explained how getting rid of them works! We've got him coming back to run out our unwanted guests! Truly a 10/10 team, highly recommended for both OC/LA & SD areas! read more

This guy is reliable, professional, and does a great job. So happy I went with him. Using his product allowed us to stay in the house while the termite extermination was put in place. Saved us money by not having to leave and stay in a hotel, and saved us time, by not having to bag everything up. It was convenient and effective. I will definitely use him again down the road if needed. read more

First and foremost I will say I cannot tell you how thorough and efficient this young man is. Not to mention he is very smart and compassionate. He is very informative and explains what it is all about. He did extra things for me as well. Something we seniors and everyone really appreciates. I had Johnny do my termite treatment two years ago. Did not have a problem for two years. My contract is almost up so he has come back to inspect. He fixes what needs to be fixed if anything, I feel that if he says all is well then it is!! I will renew again with JBC. He is very informative and explains it all to you which really helps. Oh, and he is very adorable among all of his attribute's. read more

Johnny from JBC was great, he showed up on time, presented himself well, and explained everything to me clearly. The initial consultation is free so that is great. I would definitely use JBC Termite again and will! read more

We found two pockets of termite when redoing the bathrooms in ou home. JBC came out straight away and without any delay our project was back on schedule without the uninvited guests (termites). While performing inspection JBC also gave me pointers on how to handle other critters (mice/rats) from invading our household. Highly recommend, honest, friendly and reliable. Thank you JBC for all your help. If we get any more uninvited guest we'll be sure to reach out. read more

Johnny with JBC Termite and Pest Control came out really quick and got rid of the termites at the top of the wall near our very high ceiling. We had two different companies come out first. The first one said "That's too high and we don't know what's behind it, so you have to tent." Then said tenting too difficult with our house configuration. 2nd guy said he needs a new higher ladder so cant do it. Johnny came out and took care of it very quickly. No termite droppings since he was here. Did a great job with care and very respectful of the house! Also his price was less than the guy who said has to buy a new ladder and then just refused. So happy I called them! read more

5++ Stars! JBC is absolutely exceptional! 1. Johnny the owner takes great pride in his company. 2. He was able to complete the termite treatment at my house without tenting. Even though we had several areas to address. 3. The cost for the termite treatment was nearly half of the tenting quotes that I received. Not to mention the cost of a hotel or the hassle of bagging all of your food. 4. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and hard working 5. Johnny invited me to follow as he inspected my home. He thoroughly explained where infestations were and showed me the evidence. 6. I personally believe that a business that is close to the ownership provides better care and services because the owner's reputation is on the line. I take comfort in knowing that I have found a honest, reputable and reliable exterminator to share with all my family and friends. read more

Johnny offered a free inspection when I messaged about a termite invasion in my home. He was punctual, kind, educational, affordable and effective. We examined a couple of the bugs as I was expecting a recommendation to tent the house for 5k but he said they actually weren't termites but instead, a different type of bug attracted to drains during this heat wave. He treated my drains for $250 and the bugs have been gone since. read more
