I cannot speak more highly of a service company. Termites in the house are never fun and originally looked for local treatment (cost) and they came under 5 other companies. Switched routes and chose fumigation for peace of mind and in one day came out and quote once again was under the competition. That in itself was a win but to top it off, a confusion with SDG&E resulted in gas shut off being cancelled. Toby called me at 7pm on a Friday, had worked the issue with SDG&E and his team who originally had the tent over the house by 11am came back and waited 3 hours on a Friday night awaiting SDG&E. Their prompt response and dedication to all my kids and I to come back into our house on Sunday was amazing. I am confident that other companies would have just called it a day and I would have been left scrambling to come up with a new plan and would have had more out of pocket costs. From the first interaction to the last, this company showed honest communication, professional and dedication to the customer. A local business that does things the right way. If you have a pest problem, it might seem easy to use the bigger companies but Annex Pest Control should be the company to choose. read more

I called Annex today and spoke with Candice around 11am and Toby was here by 3pm. They both provided EXCELLENT customer service, they were friendly, and they both had great communication. I found Annex on Yelp and paid $125 for a general spray for spiders inside and outside my townhouse (I forgot to mention the Yelp 20% discount that I saw but still a fair price for the quick and amazing service that they provide). Toby and I couldn't find any bugs or spiders in my home but something had bit my daughters and I this last week so he used a chemical called "Cyzmic CS Lambda-Cyhalothrin 9.7%". Hopefully whatever it was that was biting us these last couple days will be gone now. I will post an updated review on how the treatment worked in a week or so. Annex was able to come out fairly after calling for a minor ant problem. We seem to always get some in the summer. Annex offers a individual visits or subscription services. Glad I opted for the subscription because within a few days after outside treatment all ants were gone. It's been over a month and I haven't seen a single one! read more

I have had Annex out twice for ants at my place, and there treatment is highly effective, I don't see a single ant inside for months after they spray. They are good at avoiding our vegetable garden areas, and,are punctual. We needed our house tented for termites recently, so I had them handle that as well. The actual tenting is outsourced (not many companies are licensed for that or have the large number of employees and amount of gear it takes), and everything went very smoothly. Annex arranged everything with the fumigation company and with SDGE to turn the gas off and back on. We had an incredible experience with Annex. Toby was really thorough when I called for pricing. He asked a number of questions before giving me a quote. The other places I called just gave me a blanket quote without asking about square footage how many roaches I had seen where ect. His prices were much lower than most of the places I called. Purchased a groupon. Toby was very professional. I was able to set up an appointment within a week (it rained so he couldn't do it sooner) and now... No ants! Unfortunately he was also able to confirm that we have a termite problem and will now have to take care of that. Oh, actually I saw them in groupon and called directly to offer to pay them. Already seeing a difference and spraying was just done yesterday! First summer in El Cajon and apparently it's an ant hill. We've had ants in the house for weeks, but recently it got pretty bad. I can't say enough about this company! I called about an ant problem that appeared right after I installed a new irrigation system outside. I spent about a month spraying store bought pesticides liberally all over, multiple times a week, which claim to protect the house for 30 days- what a joke! The ants slowly moved from room to room in our whole house until my stress was through the roof. A friend recommended Annex and within a couple days Toby made it out to our house to spray outside. I thought for sure he would need to spray inside but with just the outside spray, every single ant is GONE! It took about 3 days to fully kick in, but seeing less each day was so relieving! On top of getting rid of the ants, we've always had a ton of earwigs and spiders in this house, now they're all gone too! We are so glad and excited that Toby did such a great job, we signed up for the quarterly service so we never have a problem again. Purchased a Groupon for this company and I called to set up an appointment. After mentioning that I had a groupon, rather than specifying service time restrictions on the groupon, he asks when I wanted my house to be serviced, so I said next day which is Saturday and he just starts laughing and says there's no way he's working on a Saturday for a Groupon. Wow. That made me feel nice. I then ask what times are good for him, he gives me certain days, but then interrupts and starts asking questions to which he keeps repeating how he can't service my house because I bug sprayed my own house. I reply saying that I would cancel the groupon because I felt I was having issues with setting up service because it was a groupon. I thank him and he just says: Yeah, sorry. read more

I needed to get rid of some rats but the pricing was so fantastic I had them do several other things and still didn't pay as much as all the other companies quoted to just do the rats.
