I have been using them for 5 years and have been happy with their service, so when my contract was up I decided to renew again, even though I rarely see any termites. Hiram did a very thorough inspection, treated a few spots and also used preventative on the attic and garage, which will keep the termites away for 5-10 years. I just had the best experience. I came home to a bunch of bugs covering my entry away. Panic set in. I started this contract with Eliminite Termite Services 2.5 years ago. Gary B is the manager that initially met me and he was amazing. He came out and did their first laser inspection and treatment and they came back two more times to inspect each apartment and every wall and celing as well as the outdoor areas. They did an amazing job. Bobby the project manager has been here several times and did the final termite inspection for the sale of my building. No treatment needed and termites are eliminated. The orange oil treatment is 100% safe and organic with no harsh chemicals and is safe for children and pets. They also do other pest control. They are very personable, professional, effecient and effective. The literally lasaer inpect everything. My Eliminite Termite Service Contract was up for its first renewal. Bobby, Hiram, and Austin arrived promptly on schedule. Our house was inspected inside and out. There were a few areas of new infestation which were quickly treated with Orange Oil and for other areas a new foam treatment which has a 30 day residual kill. Areas were identified which needed minor repair. Being small Bobby recommended Wood Bondo because it is easier to sand than the Auto Bondo I had used in the past. He said it stuck much better than plastic wood fillers. He also told me to wait a few days then call the office and the full report would be available and sent to me. I just needed to call the office and request it, which I did. I was very please in the past with the treatments given. This inspection showed just a few minor infestations. Consequently I have been very pleased with the treatments, the quality of inspection, and the overall experience. I highly recommend Eliminate Termite Services. They do recommend other professionals for more extensive wood damage. It the job requires tenting because of inaccessibility or too extensive involvement, they to not perform that service, and would be happy to give personal recommendations for tenting services. read more
