Might be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I payed for a two year plan Recently they told us we had termite damage so we used the company they recommended to replace the wood. Now we have asked for a closing/clearing report. Their inspector came out and said everything looked great! However when we spoke with Stacy she refused to give us this report. They just treated our house less than a year ago and when we call them back to tell them there are active termites in the house they say they are so busy and give us an appointment 45 days from our call date. Don't get fooled it's expensive and they don't stand behind their warranty. Horrible customer service! read more

I would not have given one star for this company, but I had to select something. I would never suggest anybody using this company to eliminate your termite problem. All they did for me was chase termites around my house for two years. After two years, they want me to spend more money with them so I guess they could chase termites around my house for another two years while I watch my house being eaten up. Updated review: Recently we replaced the door and the door frame that had termites and required multiple treatments. I dissasembled the door frame and it did have significant termite damage but there wasn't any termites and they had been eraticated. I am horrified by the customer service that I have received. I can not believe how hard these people try to avoid adhering to their warranty. EVERY SINGLE YEAR I have to literally fight to get an appointment. Even when I book an ENTIRE year out. They contracted for a service (and were paid in full) and annually attempt to evade living up to their end of the contract. It's obnoxious and time consuming for me. I can understand once in a while having difficulty finding the right time, but after years and years in a row, being unable to schedule warranty service is just evading their responsibilities. And customer service isn't even nice about it. If this was my business policy I would at least hire polite customer service representatives. So it wasn't so painful to speak with them. It's so bad I almost want to walk away from my warranty that I paid thousands of dollars for because I dislike dealing with them so very much. Apparently that is Xtermite's objective. My parents had their mobile home treated - my stepdad brought home wood from the job to build stairs - that was infested with termites! Not the fault of Xtermite by any means, but my mother was very ill and could not vacate the home easily, so orange oil was a much better solution - It seemed to get rid of all the termites - however, a year later they did see a few, and Xtermite came out again and took care of them. My house has been treated by Xtermite for years and it's doing well. I have an annual contract so they come if I see droppings and treat the area. No deadly poisons, no tenting. I just had some droppings in the garage and had it treated. Daniel was efficient, so nice, and took care of everything. He inspected the suspect spot, infused more orange stuff into the wood in question and even swept up the droppings.
