I've gotten the opportunity to work with Simple Pest Management and they've been amazing. I had a rat issue around this time last year where a rat chewed its way from my neighbors attic to mine. Ty Archer came in and set some traps, sealed the hole it made and sealed the exterior. And within 30 mins of him leaving the trap snapped, that fat rat was caught! This time around I specifically asked to work with Ty as my whole row of neighbors have been having issues with rodents. Ty came out and set some traps in the attic, sealed the place and set up a bait box outside. A mouse was caught, don't know if that's better than a rat. But the bait box has been helpful and has seen some significant activity! I can say without a doubt that Simple Pest sent a me a technician who should have been wearing a cape when he showed up because he is my HERO!! Shout out to TY for being a masterful pest control technician who didn't offer excuses about helping tackle my need with the attitude I have received from some other technicians. Their attitude is usually, "Lady what do you expect, look where you live." Not Ty!! Instead, he got excited about helping me problem solve and said, "It's like a puzzle, we will fiqure it out together, I got you!" Then with utter joy this technician gets to work investigating every nook and cranny saying out loud, "I love my job". He got to work taking pictures showing me all the problem areas and his masterful plan to attack them. He then sent traps, did exclusion work and said, "I'll check back and see how we are doing in a few days." This hero then showed up in the rain a few days later, crawled under my house in the dirt to clear traps and set new ones!! All of this for an incredible reasonable monthly fee. Justin was my tech and he went above and beyond to make my home safe. A few weeks ago I realized I had a TON of black widows and black widow nests with eggs in and around my house. The worst part is that they were on the underside of my daughter's toys. At first I thought I could deal with them myself...but quickly realized I could not. Justin made an initial visit to my house where he cleared all the cob webs, eggs sacs and nests and then sprayed. I saw a visual difference immediately and within 24 hours I had a LOT of dead spiders. Justin made his 2 Week follow up on Thursday. We chatted and I told him how happy I am. He checked the whole house for webs and nests and then sprayed for a second time. He told me my house was one of the worse one he's seen and I believe it. I had both black widows and brown widows. This business is so inconsistent with the service. We used them for two years and I recommended them to my sister because she thinks she heard a mice or rat in her wall. They took all my information and said they would send someone out between 3-530pm. Well no one ever showed up. Didn't even bother to let the customer know so basically they are sitting around waiting. They clearly don't value the customer. I've given them chances before but I would not recommend again. It wasn't even that they didn't show up it was the fact that they don't even have the courtesy to let us know. Ended up going with someone else who was great. read more

For a mice they quoted me $500 minimum ($99 per week for 5 week minimum) just to place traps and poison and to "monitor" them. I have mice every couple years and it takes about an hour or two to place all the traps and poison, "monitoring" them is simply throwing away the traps once they catch something. Prior to starting service with this company, I called for a quote, to ask how their product worked and how Simple Pest was different from other companies. They answered all my questions and had availability to come within 1-2 days. They explained how the products used are like the non hazardous products used in hospitals and I decided to give them a try. I find their pricing to be much more reasonable than other companies and they even give a courtesy call before arriving without having to be asked. Ty was my service technician last time and he was polite, professional and helpful when I explained the areas of concern I had. Following my last in home treatment I have seen no spiders!
