I found that the company which makes the tubing decided that it's ok to use a thin wall tube for this weight bearing application causing a very sloppy and loose fit. Not acceptable unless you are a company that does not care about the products you sell. I attempted to return the tubing at Payless Building Supply in Chico, CA. They declined to return it or even give me store credit because the cashier said it was special ordered. I have spent well over $5000 at this store for materials in the last few years. Never again will I buy anything from Payless Building Supply in Chico, Ca. They do not stand behind their products. Absolutely Terrible!

I went to Dave's Tile City to find tile for the backsplash installation. We installed the mural ourselves under the range hood but the trim tile just needed a couple cuts. The big box stores do not cut tile but Steven did and Shanada ordered our tile and supplies we needed. She followed up on our order as far as tracking and keeping me informed. I highly recommend Dave's tile city for all your tiling needs.

Prompt, pleasant, helpful, and informative. The work I had to complete was grueling and not enjoyable but after a long day, Chris in the yard, made it just a little better. Basic stuff made a difference. He was prompt and right there when I both picked up and dropped off. He was more than pleasant informing me how to use thx lift, even if I've been trained, certified, and Experinced. His communication was outstanding. Both helpful and informative in and out just made a long day a little better. His quick anecdote and short story helped put this in perspective. In a time when business has been taken for granted.
