Footprints, black dirt under the counters... the whole store needs cleaning by a top-notch professional cleaning service. Even the store sign out close to the street has been missing--presumably broken?--for months. I go there because they do the best paint matching job around--way better than big box retailers. But wow, get a mop!

I was selecting paint colors and ready to order a gallon when I heard a man who works there say in a loud voice, homophobic slurs. He said the f word, and many other offensive comments, describing a person. It was so beyond offensive, that I went to the register and told the two men and the woman who were behind the counter, who worked there. I let them know how offensive it was what was being said, let alone during business hours while a customer was in the store and that I would not be giving them my business. I will not be returning to this store again after this experience.

My recommendation is they dump the whole system and get some employees that actually care about the business, customer service and answering calls. I can't very well tell what the selection is because nobody will pick up the damn phone. As far as value, I can't really make a comment on the cost because again, nobody answered the phones.
