They refused to remake the paint we wanted and we got strong armed into purchasing the mistake paint. Looking back, we should have refused it. It looks like they need to revamp their customer service and/or policies. It's easy to give great customer service when all things align, but the true colors of a business really shine through when a problem is revealed. I really wish they would have risen to the occasion.
