I've been shopping at this location for 15-20 years. Since the Us Foods takeover, the experience has become frustrating to say the least! The products my business has purchased on a regular basis are often out of stock for multiple weeks/months. The checkout process has become a slow agonizing ordeal and there are typically several mistakes made upon review. I currently spend less than half of what I used to spend due to lack of availability of my regularly purchased items. Since Jerry passed away, the weight of this mess has clearly landed on two individuals that I've known and worked with for a long time (Brandon and Mike) They are still stellar representatives of what this company needs MUCH more of. Two men can only accomplish so much and they work their butts off! They are the only reason that I'm giving 2 stars. This store did not need to spend so much time and money with the recent remodel. The energy could have been much better served building an efficient store that was perhaps not quite as short staffed and maybe just a little bit outdated. Curtis, I think your name was. Kudos to you for excellent service. I bought some frozen razor clams here and needed dry ice to hold them frozen tor 10 hours. Curtis evaluated the situation...Do you want them to stay frozen, or just cold? I brought in my freezer box, which had other frozen meat in it and Curtis chose the amount of dry ice and even packed the chest for me...That won't happen at CostCo. Items arrived frozen, as he predicted. How great would that be for your next picnic or boat trip? Parking is easy, I even got a shady spot. The lines are short and service, as I said, is excellent. This store has bulk items,produce, ice cream, restaurant supplies, dry goods, paper goods, bulk meat for jerky or family reunions,and how bout that frat party...? But boss, I gotta tell ya, It's the razor clams that keep me coming back. One pound packages would be good. read more

We went shopping on Sunday at around like 4:15 and saw some people throwing gatorade into their cart like mad, they left a few boxes on the ground instead of putting them back on the display like any courteous customer should have. An employee asked them nicely if they could pickup after themselves and they threw a fit and split without buying anything. Turns out that customer owns a place in Magalia called "Chuck's Place" which has multiple 1 star reviews here on yelp for being dirty and unorganized, so I guess I'm not surprised they were not picking up after themselves in someone else's store if they can't even do it in their own. read more

Normally I like this store. But the manager has horrible customer service approach. He approached me saying I was not wearing my face mask right! In a aggressive matter which I told him I did not appreciate. My mask was covering my face and he stated that I should get faceshield or not shop there anymore. I will be filling a complaint at corporate about this manager behavior. read more

This is a hit or miss store depending on what you want. Lets say you want some to go coffe cups at a great price, GO HERE. Want a lot of tri-tip at a good price go here. Specific and individual type items, go somewhere else. read more

A great place to shop at very competitive prices, whether you own a business, are having a get together or throwing a party this is the place to go. No alcohol of course but im talking as far as plastic utensils, paper plates, coffee, meat, milk and much more. read more

I am a 73 year old woman with ALS disease. I rarely shop any more because I can't be understood. My speech and my energy level are very poor. Because I can't maneuver the carts, I was carrying a bag with my items for checkout. There were two checkers, one named Carl. I missed the sign that said to wait behind it for the next clerk. However, there was no one waiting n that area. Carl waited until it was my turn, then spoke up and said to go to the end of the line. Couldn't I read? Because I needed the things I had and because I couldn't speak up to defend myself, I went to stand behind three full carts! By this time I was in tears...I will NEVER go back. My age alone should have called for a little respect. I spoke to the manager who said he would look into it.... If I could have explained it, maybe it would have been ok.but I hadn't cut in line ahead of anyone and he certainly knew that! read more

The people here are VERY helpful. Their prices for bulky things are generally in line with Costco's. They carry many smaller items also. Perfect place to get a decadent dessert for a party. Walk all the aisles, you'll never know what you'll find. We get all our coffee flavorings here, they have an amazing selection. read more

I love Cash & Carry, they have great prices on bulk veggies and other items, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store. Just make sure when you are buying veggies that they are not going bad, sometimes when I am not paying attention I will grab a bag of squash and realize it was not very fresh, they always have fresh ones available, you just have to pay attention :-) read more

This is a great place to go for party, catering, or restaurant supplies. The employees are cheerful and eager to help, and the parking is plentiful & close to the doors. If you are a regular Costco shopper you might want to give Cash & Carry a try. It's much less busy, with easier parking, and good prices on larger/bulk size items. They have larger containers of ice cream, every type of disposable cup/plate, etc, great prices on ziploc-type freezer bags, and an astonishing array of specialty coffee supplies. Also worth checking out is their selection of frozen soups. They really are pretty good, and while not quite as good as homemade soup, they are head & shoulders above any canned soup varieties. The frozen veggie selection is nice, and if you want a place to buy some really nice and convenient frozen desserts, this is the place to try. read more

Hit and miss as far as produce is concerned but other than that it's a great place to shop. I run a food truck and get all of my meat, cheeses, frozen items and paper goods/janitorial supplies here. Employees are super helpful to the point they even remember my regular products better than I do some days. read more
