Service! After 25 years of using this establishment as our primary paint and stain store, we are done! Two wildly incorrect stains - from a list of standard colors. Trying for regular dark brown. First was bright orange (no dot on top of can), second was light brown (some -no dot on can). Don't mix stains...Trips back and forth to town to fix. Received 'apologies' that they entered the incorrect code. Never happened before! Ever. I confirmed stain was mixed by seasoned employee/owner, not a new employee. Apology felt insincere. Mistake was too off - felt deliberate. Lost our business and our neighbors' business. They know why. read more

Great product selection and equally impressive customer service. Lots of pro grade contractors buy here and although thats the case you feel right at home as a DIY'er. I have painted two full home interiors and exteriors with the help of the Knights Paint team and their input and guidance has really sped things up and boosted confidence. The paint quality of the Aura line is amazing and it really took my home exterior to the next level. Highly recommend this place. read more

Wow.. that was the strangest interaction I've had with a human. Whoever the chump is with the tattoos has a problem with customer service, or he just has an unnecessary need to pull alpha rank with someone he's never met before. All I asked was for was nontoxic stain for my kids play structure and he went out of his way to be oddly disrespectful. I think people struggle to find self importance in life. I guess this guys importance is paint.. The place smelled like open cans of paint and ethanol. Maybe he's been huffing fumes for too long. I dunno?.. it's people like this that allow me to enjoy my time at home during a shelter in place. I will never give this guy my business and will go out of my way to tell people he's a cunt for as long as I live. Cheers read more

We are new to the area and went to this paint store on Monday because they carry Benjamin Moore paint. WOW...what a nice find. The attendant, Jason was super friendly and beyond helpful to us! I wish more retail attendants we're 1/2 as friendly and accommodating! Thanks to Jason, we had a great experience at Knight's Paint and will be back for more paint very soon I'm sure! read more

Their staff is very knowledgeable and several of them have been there for many years. I have always found the products they sell to be top quality. And their advise and problem solving skills are excellent. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is there is one staff member that several times I have been there they are involved in what sounds like a personal conversation on the phone, and they are not quiet about it. It's no huge deal but it is distracting when you are trying to think about what you are buying or ordering. With that being said, this staff member has always been as nice as the rest. read more

The store itself was well supplied, had many samples, and I was out the door about five minutes after requesting my two buckets of paint of that had to be mixed. Unfortunately, upon entering the store, there were two customers WITHOUT masks on, and in the time I was there (which was a solid 20 minutes between choosing a color and waiting for it to be mixed) neither of the employees working had requested the other patrons mask up or leave; which made it extremely uncomfortable to be on the sales floor with them in such close proximity. The employees themselves also weren't wearing masks during all interactions with customers (one employee literally took his mask off for every phone call at the register with customers right in front of him, and the other basically only pulled it up from out of his beard to put on his face/nose if the customers he was serving were also masked). Lastly, the bearded employee I referred to was EXTREMELY condescending to not only me when I initially asked for the paint (and gave the most sarcastic/insincere "have a nice day" when my purchase was completed and I left), but to the unmasked patrons in the store asking general questions about products as well. Due to the unprofessional behavior I experienced first-hand by the employee that needs to take a course on customer service etiquette, along with the store and it's staff not complying with COVID-19 business guidelines; I will gladly take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I Always get expert advice for all my needs. Not just advice on painting but advice such as, how to remove cedar sap off my deck or how to take care of the mildew on my wicker. The guys are well trained and very knowledgeable. They are always making sure everyone gets help in a timely manner. Go to Knights Paint for most of our paint needs. Was just there to pick up another can of spray paint and it took me a bit to locate it since it was purchased by someone else. The annoying point was an employee on the phone loudly talking about her gold fish and something about taking out the trash, really? If she's on a break then go in the back and talk on the phone there. If she was suppose to be working, then be courteous and help customers. Want to add that another employee, a guy saw I was ready with my purchase and rang it up shortly after I walked up to the counter, thank you. read more

When I walked into the store, it appeared empty other than one customer standing by the register reading a pamphlet. A girl was standing by a mixing machine in the back, with three guys standing around talking to her. One of the guys heard me talking and came out. I told him what paint I wanted and he turned around and walked away. Moments later he popped out saying this guy will help you, pointing at another guy heading to the counter. After about five minutes of him playing on the register, he walked back into the back room. Not once looking over at me, or the other customer. I walked out. Thirty minutes of frustrating time wasted. This is like the only local place you can get automotive paints. I try to shop locally to support our little town, but I can't deal with people that don't need the business. So,it's back online. Better prices, quick delivery and no attitudes to deal with. read more

The only reason to go there is to purchase the Benjamin Moore paint. The quality of paint is good. Otherwise, the staff and level of service provided is a joke! They did not even stock enough paint in my desired finish to paint one house exterior. What kind of paint store doesn't stock enough paint to complete a single family exterior house? They don't keep track of colors of paint previously purchased for matching - and were not even helpful at all in trying to obtain a color match. They left it to me, the customer, to go find out what color I previously bought from them by searching all the color charts on the wall, or I could go home and bring in my used can of paint and show them the color from that. Staff and service at this facility are extremely unprofessional and absolutely not customer service orientated. My next two exterior building projects will not send me to this store for product and service. I will find another source. read more

My husband an I just bought a house here and wanted to paint our new home. We went to true value to pick out new paint for our house. While we picked out colors we over heard another customer raving about Knights Paint and how helpful the staff is there. After waiting for over 20 min for a question to be answered, we decided to find and go to Knights Paint. WOW.... what an improvement !! We were greeted right away by our sales man Kevin who not only took the time to answer ALL of our silly questions( without once making us fell like complete idiots for wanting to paint on our own home) but he walked us threw the whole process. He even was able to complete our transaction, and help us out to our car. Complete customer service!! Oh and for those of you that don't know they even sell automotive paint. Which is half the price from a dealer and Kevin will easily explain what you need and how to apply it so it looks professional did it. Thank you to not only Knights Paint but Kevin what a great job!!
