There have been several times where the website or store system showed that an item was in stock, only for me to arrive and find out that it was not actually available. This wastes customers' time, especially for people who are shopping for materials for work or scheduled projects. Overall, the service is slow, the store feels poorly organized from a customer standpoint, and getting basic help can be difficult. I understand that retail can be busy, but customers should still be able to rely on accurate inventory and employees who can help locate products. This store needs serious improvement in customer service, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency.

I went to Dave's Tile City to find tile for the backsplash installation. We installed the mural ourselves under the range hood but the trim tile just needed a couple cuts. The big box stores do not cut tile but Steven did and Shanada ordered our tile and supplies we needed. She followed up on our order as far as tracking and keeping me informed. I highly recommend Dave's tile city for all your tiling needs.
