I have always heard good things about Ginnos. I moved recently and was looking for new appliances…read more I did some research before and went to look at a refrigerator in person. The man that helped me was super dismissive and treated me like I knew nothing. Also he acted like I was an annoyance to his day. He did nothing to actually assist me. I went to Home Depot after to pick up some small items and walked through the appliance section. The gal there was super helpful and took the time to answer questions and look up a few things for me. I ended up buying the refrigerator from her. Customer service is important especially if you sell the same items that another local store sells. When it's time for other appliance I will go back to Home Depot first.

Walked into this store while wandering around downtown and was pleasantly surprised. The owner was…read morea young lady who explained that she and her sister had just opened and were building up their shop for the upcoming holidays. She was really friendly and gave me a bit of info about the slime she sells in the store. I honestly have never touched slime, the closest I've gotten is seeing it on IG but I've always wanted to touch it. I know, sounds weird but it's slime... it's made for touching! She showed me 3 different versions which were out on display for customers to experience. There was beginner, intermediate and advanced slime. She explained that the consistencies were different in each one and for younger (not slime aficionados, haha) the beginner was the best option due to its consistency. I decided I'd try all three and could definitely tell the difference. Some were more like slime sand and others ultra silky slime, very cool! Finally! I got to play with what I'd seen on IG for the last 2 years, yayeeeeeee (insert super happy emoji). She also showed me candles that were on display, all the different soaps on the specialty soap table as well as all of the other slimes that came in various colors, scents and with different things to mix into it (glitter, rubber ducks, little toys, etc.) as well as pointed out the different levels of what each slime was. I'll def be back, I just have to figure out what scent and toys I want first, it was a bit of sensory overload for a firstie. When I need a lil slime in my life, this is where I'll get it fo sho :)

He finished it quickly, efficiently, and with great care. I was so thrilled I immediately hired him to do additional jobs. He's professional, courteous, and a great communicator. These guys are professionals and perfectionists when it comes to installing granite. Definitely worth it because their quotes came out quite a bit cheaper than all the other places in Chico where granite was available. I saved $2,000-$3,000 going this route.

Could do job in summer. He never called back. I called him. I still had my signed quote to complete the job. Again he was quick to respond. Set a date to complete the work and again canceled at the last minute. Said he could do my job in November. Would call back. He never called back. My bathtub is still not refinished!! He is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. We had a signed agreement which he did not follow through on. Beware!! While he sounds nice and professional on the phone at first- he is a big flake!!

Jason did an excellent job installing my new kitchen sink before selling my home. Jason was able to carefully shape the area for the new sink to be installed and everything turned out fantastic! I should have done this years ago before selling the house. We purchased our home and were searching for a contractor to review items that were addressed in our home inspection. I reached out to a local designer for recommendations and she recommended Mat. He said he was unavailable to help with the items on our list but gave recommendations of businesses who could help, such as Miller Glass. No problem... the trouble started six months later. We reached out to him in January of 2025 asking if he had time to help us build a wall in our entryway sometime that year. He said yes, came over to look at our space, and charged us $100. Since then, he has done barely anything and it is now August of 2026. He has had a couple of conversations with us, said he would come back over for final measurements but never did, sent us a couple of AI rendered photos, claimed he was discussing with his door supplier, changed his business email without telling us so we had to dig for it months later after he disappeared (which he does for months at a time). He quoted $10,000 and said it could go up to $15,000. We told him we budgeted $15,000 but to let us know if the costs would be higher... we weren't fighting him on costs. We were kind and incredibly patient. We were hoping to find someone who could ultimately help us with renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms. We were willing to wait for a quality contractor, but I am appalled at the poor service we have received. Stringing us along for over a year and a half is unacceptable and unprofessional. If he hadn't been recommended by the designer, I would think he was scamming people with fake consults. I'd look elsewhere if you value your time. I feel like a bit of a fool for wasting so much of mine.
