Service: They called our 2bd/2ba apartment to where the countertop shined and the floors were glistening. They even texted us through the day about stuff we forgot about, which was really nice of them. Their service is definitely top notch. Communication: This is honestly where I felt a little frustrated it. My boyfriend texted/called them for a quote and date. They were super nice and helpful. But it took about 2 or more weeks to confirm and finalized everything. And by that time they told us that we didn't get back to them in time so they couldn't do the date we originally ask for. No big deal we were pretty flexible with the dates. The lady said that she would send up a statement later and we could pay by credit card or venmo. Cool! My frustration was that she sent the statement a month later with a due date of 3 days later without any instructions on venmo or credit card. My boyfriend tried to e-mail asking for instructions to pay by credit card or venmo... and silence! No e-mail back. No text. Tried to go on their website and it was a broken link. Just frustrating! Overall: I really loved their service and thought that they did a great job cleaning. But communication is super aggravating!

We started this project by filling out a need request here on Yelp. That produced five (5)…read moreestimates from local companies. Of the 5, Pyramid was the lowest estimate and since this was a mandated project from our insurance company and it's an investment property, price was my primary concern. But, they weren't just the lowest, they were the lowest by 20%. Next, they did a great job of explaining things that were new to me or things I wasn't expecting. An example of it is paperwork for the city of Chico. They took care of both permits and the addition documents the city requires. On the start day of the project, they were both on time and ready to jump right in. While I was chatting with Jorge, they almost had the old shingles off the roof. No, they weren't that fast, but it sure felt that way. In fact, Jorge advised that it would take 4 days, yet they were finished in 3. After they had the roof stripped of the old shingles, they found several spots where additional remediation was required including under the roof. They fixed those nicely but didn't charge an exorbitant additional costs. In the end, I'm exceptionally pleased with the result and cost. If you have roofing needs in the Chico area, you should go with Pyramid Roofing.
