They have a lot more stuff as well. It's nice to see an old, traditional hardware store like this hanging on in a downtown. Bennie said "no problem, it doesn't need to be in the box - we can do it for you." Music to my ears. And then he helped me get it all from the car into the store, and with the most beautiful smile. I found that the company which makes the tubing decided that it's ok to use a thin wall tube for this weight bearing application causing a very sloppy and loose fit. Not acceptable unless you are a company that does not care about the products you sell. I attempted to return the tubing at Payless Building Supply in Chico, CA. They declined to return it or even give me store credit because the cashier said it was special ordered. I have spent well over $5000 at this store for materials in the last few years.
