The ranch burger was a good burger. I really liked the atmosphere. It's better than average bar food and I would go back. My only complaint was the lemon pepper wings. They had a good flavor, but they were super salty. Like I enjoy salty things, but we had to wipe the seasoning completely off to eat them. Not sure if this was a mistake or that's normal, but there was a bottle of seasoning on our plate when we finished. read more

I have dined here 3 times now, but no more. On each my first 2 visits, one of the dishes arrived cold or lukewarm. On the 2nd visit, I spoke with the manager at some length about QC in the kitchen. He seemed to incorporate the feedback and said he would speak to the kitchen staff. Hopeful that the problems had been ironed out, I visit a 3rd time today. No joy. The problems persist. From what I can tell the staff is generally well-meaning, but young and seemingly not sufficiently trained (note: there were a number of small mistakes on each of the 3 visits). read more

Super disappointed in sidewinders westbank. What was a wonderful space prior is now broken up and awkward. Has zero ambiance. I am a fan of sidewinders in town but the West Bank location is all wrong. The food was absolutely terrible and salty and whoever making drinks at the bar has no business being a bartender. The drinks were the worst I have had in the valley. I will say the wait staff and host were very nice and good service but the food and drinks were so below par that I will likely not be back for a very long time . I hope ownership and management works hard to get it right in future. We have such few restaurants in westbank it's sad that a seasoned restaurant owner can't get it right or maybe they just don't care. It was a shocking experience! Major bummer. I never write reviews but I hope this lights fire to make it better. read more

LOVE Sidewinders in Jackson. This one needs to take a lesson from them. We were served food and had to ask for silverware. We got silverware and had to ask for napkins. My jalapeño popper grilled cheese was burnt, and I tasted no spicy flavor at all. Thank goodness for the salad I chose, or I would have left hungry. Brussel sprouts were hard to even cut. Music was great though. Only other thing we wanted to add is the window with no shade. For about an hour or so we could only see the silhouettes of our friends. I literally asked to hostess if we could tape a napkin to the window! She acted like I scared her and we had to wait for the sun to move. read more

I love the Sidewinders in town but live in Wilson so do not get to town enough to enjoy it but now I am beyond thrilled that they opened another one practically in my backyard!!! Staff is so friendly, welcoming and attentive! The bar area is absolutely beautiful!!! My new fave hangout!! And the food is delicious!! Make sure to try the homemade pot pie!! They were featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and Guy Fieri is correct in saying this place is a must visit!! read more

The general manager , Grace, was the absolute rudest manager I have ever encountered in my 50 years of dining. Their cage system went down so the beers brought to us was very warm. so of course we sent them back . Dutch the other manager came to our table to explain the issue, many apologies and offered to buy us each a beer so we would stay and order. Our waitress Alex , was the kindness , sweetest and most respectful waitress thru it all. Grace came to our table all but called us liars when I explained , Dutch offered to buy our only 2 beers. she said no way he did and refused to take those off our bill. I asked to speak w Dutch and she rudely said she was the general manager , so I just walked around her to the bar . He agreed he did offer that to us. my husband asked her for an apology , Grace said she was sorry then followed that apology up with , she wasn't wrong and we were. i asked her to walk away from our table. This 22 year old Grace has absolutely no business working as a general manager . she needs to learn how to treat customers and needs more experience and to grow up! If I owned the restaurant, I'd be horrified to learn how she was treating my customers . read more
