I have traveled around and always taken my car to Honda dealership service shops against the recommendation of others and had fantastic experiences. But not this time. They charge a ridiculous diagnostic fee for every issue you want looked at instead of an overall diagnostic fee like other service shops. The sales person and mechanics thought they could gouge me with unecessary services at high costs and probably assumed I didn't know better as a young woman. I took my car to a different shop who did not agree with their diagnostics AND charged significantly less for the work and parts than the quotes I was given at Showcase Honda. Don't bother taking your vehicle here at all. read more

BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH. Found a car online and made an appointment to see it the next day. Drove 30 miles to the dealer and when we got there we never met with Nick, Ismael helped us with no explanation of why. We noticed the price of the car had gone up by 3k. We asked about that and were told" that just happens. But it's not his fault, he doesn't do business that way." SHADY. Ismael walked the lot for 15 minutes and then came back and told us the car was not available. He then showed us 3 cars with 5x the mileage of the car we came to see. The entire visit was filled with disrespect for our time and no regard for us as customers. It's honestly everything people hate about buying a car and gives sales people a bad name. read more

We are very pleased and thankful for the salesman Sebastian and the manager Tim. They worked extra hard for days for us to get the car we wanted that Sebastian came in on his day off to help us get approved for the car. He has amazing customer service and he went above and beyond for us. The finance guy Trey also went above and beyond for us to get a better deal for the car. He is understanding and easy to talk to which is hard to find in dealerships. Showcase Honda made us feel like we mattered to them as customers. Thank you Sebastian, Tim, and Trey!!! read more

Don't EVER buy a USED car from Showcase Honda. They are the worse. I bought a fairly new preowned car and when I took the car to get an oil change, it had NO oil in the engine. A oil change is the very least a car dealership should do on ALL vehicles, new or used. Buyer beware. Stay away from Showcase. What a horrible experience. read more

I stopped by here to shop new CRVs, and the experience could have been better. The salesman was really nice and did a well enough job, but Honda doesn't seem to care too much about CDC recommendations. I understand science is politicized, but business are best served just following recommendations. Most of the people were inside with no face coverings. While my salesman wore his mask consistently in my presence, including on test drives, he seemed the limited exception. I ultimately realized I didn't want a Honda or a SUV in the end, and they only bothered me once after I left, so I appreciated that. Some dealers can be intense, but Showcase was the right amount of pressure, so I give them credit for that. Plus, I am out of the incubation period now. read more

**Warning: Avoid Showcase Honda at All Costs!** I'm sharing my deeply disappointing experience with Showcase Honda at 1333 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ. As a loyal Honda customer who's purchased six Hondas since 1996, I expected honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience with the Internet Sales Rep and the unprofessional General Manager (GM) fell far short of these expectations. Here's what went wrong with my 2024 HRV Sport purchase: 1. **Inconsistent Quotes**: Despite negotiating a final sales price of $26,000 with the Internet Sales Rep, the final out-the-door quote shockingly exceeded $30K. 2. **Hidden Fees**: The GM provided multiple quotes, each including hidden fees ranging from $800 to nearly $2,000. These were buried as "lieu taxes," a term that doesn't exist, making the total cost unclear and inflated. 3. **Bait and Switch**: Initially told I qualified for a military discount, I was later informed I didn't meet the 25-year service requirement. This sudden change felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. 4. **Lack of Transparency**: When I refused to accept the inflated quotes, the GM swooped in with excuses, claiming a "lieu tax" was responsible for the discrepancies. This term doesn't exist, and he failed to provide a detailed breakdown. The GM clearly thinks customers are too stupid to do simple math. When I confronted him about the discrepancies, he blamed it on the system being down. When I said I was ready to walk out, he literally said, "I'm OK with that!" 5. **Unethical Behavior**: The GM's inability to provide an honest quote and the introduction of hidden fees demonstrated unethical behavior. The discrepancies between the initial quotes and final totals were masked as non-existent "lieu taxes." If this is how the GM conducts business, there is clearly a cultural and ethical problem at this dealership. Having dealt with Tempe Honda and AutoNation, I have never encountered such deceptive practices. I am escalating this matter to Honda America and the Better Business Bureau. In addition to filing a formal complaint, I'm sharing this experience to warn other consumers. Please avoid this dealership to prevent a similarly frustrating and dishonest experience. **#Honda #ShowcaseHonda #ConsumerAlert #AvoidShowcaseHonda** Feel free to share to help others steer clear of this deceptive dealership. read more

-100. I need a tire replacement because I have a warranty and I am on a donut. Called Service Advisor Cassie Allen. She explained they had a 30 min authorization wait time so we factored that into my appointment time. Considering I work mon-fri 8-5, I took off work early for my Scheduled appt at 4:30. I get there early and they won't accept me because the warranty department is closed. Told me I can pay out of pocket and a refund is NOT guaranteed. Told me to come back tomorrow because I shouldn't be driving on a donut, when I already explained my work schedule. Every time I go there, even for oil changes, there is always something. A hassle to say the absolute least. Go anywhere other than showcase. read more

I bought a Honda Pilot on Saturday, June 1. No complaints about the sales process or salesman Nicholas Le Jander, everything was smooth and he will get his good survey. I am happy with the car. Finance was another story. Fernando Rascon sold me what I thought was one extended service plan. Upon arriving home, I realized that it was actually TWO separate top-tier plans (hard to figure out, as I was not provided any paperwork for the sale via hard copy or email, and to this day STILL haven't received anything) and that I was being charged what I believe is an excessive amount for them. No problem. I returned to the dealership the next Monday to cancel the plans, as is my right. Fernando had me fill out a form and sign it, but specifically asked me to not date it. He then asked me to return on July 17 (after my first payment was due) to date it and complete the process. That sounds extremely fishy, but I said OK. After I returned home I thought more and more that things still just didn't sound right, so the next day (Tuesday) I called the warranty company and cancelled directly. They told me the dealer had not yet submitted the paperwork (and they sounded a little mystified about not receiving it yet) and said they would reach out to the dealer themselves and get the paperwork, and to please give them a couple of days. Sure. I called back later in the week, and they had completed the process with no issues. Why couldn't the dealer have done so directly? This is the third higher-end car in a row I have purchased from Showcase, and I have used their service department exclusively for all of them (Devin Suzuki is a wonderful service advisor). I am a very loyal customer when I am treated fairly. Based on this experience, however, I will have to seriously consider using another dealership in the future. read more

It started at the car salesman, Aaron I believe, his desk is right in front and has tons of medals/awards lol But anyway, asked him to do the impossible and him and his financial guy (some man who played minor league ball lol) they did the impossible and I was not only surprised but thankful. Great experience. Then I get over to this lady named Kelly for paperwork, that's where my great experience took a turn. I've never felt like such a burden and I've never had someone so not eager to take my money... almost a WEEK later, I had had enough and I asked to speak to a manager. Some blonde lady, I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, she was kind and empathetic. Which as a manager myself, sometimes(most of the time) people just want to be heard and she heard me out and I was very thankful. I understand, yes she's a manager, but it wasn't her fault that Kelly made me feel the way she did, and maybe Kelly was swamped - regardless.. The manager, WITHIN SECONDS, got someone else to help me, Trey and literally within minutes my paperwork was done, I signed it, and walked out. Kelly might have done all the "hardwork" of the paperwork and I see that and understand that, but was in no hurry to make anything convenient for me as a customer. Long story, well long, I'm thankful for everyone at showcase Honda... but maybe not Kelly. I almost went in and caused a scene due to her lack of customer service Thanks for reading my review if anyone even reads these and thank you to the blonde manager, guest recovery is so important and you will have my business again. read more

I had inquired about a used Mustang that was advertised for sale, I went and looked at it on a Sunday near their closing time and told the salesperson I wanted to respect their time and just take a look at the car physically, I didn't need to drive it. I got a call on Tuesday from one of the sales managers asking if I would like to trade in my Mustang key for key, he explained to me about some tax rebate. I told him I wouldn't take less than 40k for my car and he told me "not to worry about it". I show up with my car and mind you I am trying to keep miles off it for the next owner, only to find out the person I made an appointment with already headed home. I drove the car and could immediately tell the clutch was shot. It will show on the carfax that dealer did a transmission flush only. Whoever is interested in this car, I highly advise you have them replace the clutch or negotiate the cost of a clutch replacement and take it off the price of the car. When we got back to the showroom, the salesman I was working with simply told me, "Yeah there's no way this is going to work." Didn't even offer to negotiate or show numbers. Don't bring your trade ins here plain and simple. read more

Showcase Honda is Ripoff Honda. They quote you a price. They act friendly and kind while showing you a vehicle. Hondas are fantastic. They don't have to sell you on the value of a Honda. They give you a discount. Then add it back in with their "Showcase package." They lie to you about Honda warranties. Charge you for what is already included By Honda Corporation. I won't mention a particular sales person's name because they are ALL bad, because the lies, misrepresentations, bait & switch tactics are not only endorsed by management, but part of their sales process. I had to wait a little longer due to the holiday, while I was waiting for my car to get serviced there was no bottles of water and no creamer or sugar for the coffee. After the parts person called over to service so they can come out some water in the waiting room I waited 20 minutes and nothing so I had to go to where the service advisors are and told them and they gave me a bottle of water and said we will come stock up right now. 1 hour and 45 minutes went by and nothing. This is not right customers are waiting for hours and paying money to get their cars serviced and you can't even have water for them, That's terrible service. Also when my inspection came in they said I needed both my air cabin and air filter. I told the service advisor that's not possible I just literally changed them myself then he replied well maybe there was some dirt there. He also mentioned me needing tires very soon but they failed to find a nail I had in my tire. I then took my car to Costco because of that nail I found earlier that morning and told the tire technician about what Honda had said about my tires and he said these tires are brand new you only have driven them for 10k miles you still have about another 40k-50k miles left on them. At this point I went home to inspect the both filters myself again and yep they still are brand new filters no dirt on them. Showcase Honda technicians have no integrity and just want to make money. They can't even do their job right. read more

This place made me feel horrible by the time I had left after six hours of being there. During negotiations I walked out as the salesman was playing me as a fool. Another member in finance chased me down literally running after me and somehow found a way still inflate the final price. The finance manager makes you feel stupid if you don't sign up for their most expensive additional coverages they offer. Yes I did get a car here as I needed one asap. Car is used, which I understand but it seems like they did patch work to this car before selling it to me. Minor repairs are needed as they slowly revealed themselves not long after me having the car. Also still have not received my plates yet almost SIX MONTHS later. Called all the departments multiple times and can never get thru to anyone in finance and they do not return your call when leaving them voicemails. IF YOU'RE ABLE TO GET A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO. read more

I approached this dealer online about a vehicle they had listed at a certain price, supposedly a base model. After getting a return call from William Giron on the phone and expressing interest, I began realizing it was the ideal vehicle I had been looking for. I began asking technical questions about features to verify the truck would work for me. I was then put on with Robert Schilling. As we talked he started saying things like he didn't know base models could have this and that, he realized that it was probably not a base. Still I told him I was interested in making a deposit and to let me call right back to move some money around for this $1K+ deposit. He said sure and gave him his own personal number and said, and I quote, "You know we are gonna be great friends, right?" So I give a call back in less than an hour, and no response. Text him, email, sent responses to the general manager PJ Arnal who sent an e-mail to ask about level of service while I had been talking to Robert. I also called the front desk and expressed specifically that he had said he was ready to take my deposit. They said they would get back to me because he was away from his desk. All these lines of communication and suddenly there was radio silence. Finally I get the e-mail several hours later from PJ. The truck has been sold. I was frustrated but moved on to try to discover other options. That night, as I keep up my nightly scan of available trucks routine. And lo and behold, what do I find? The truck they told me was sold.....LISTED AT A HIGHER PRICE! Almost $1.4K more. They took the info I asked about features and used it to raise the price. I am not one to often leave scathing negative reviews. But how I was mislead and used in this process was the absolute nightmare and anti-thesis of how a customer should be treated. My only solace is that the true colors of all involved were revealed before actually making any purchase, saving any financial commitment to a dealership whose sole bottom line is 100% their bottom line. I hope the $1.4K of profit was worth the price of a negative review. Your business is the reason people have such disdain for the car purchase process. read more

WOMEN BEWARE! Have been a Honda customer for YEARS cant count how many- you would think that would get you some sort of deal- WRONG. Went in to help my 19 year old daughter purchase her own vehicle she has worked and saved for as well as lease another car for myself. Tristen Dailey who leased me my previous vehicles at an awful rate- $650/mo with $2000 down and paying for my own taxes/etc at time of lease (I knew nothing obviously about leasing a car at the time and boy did Tristen take that to his bank). I also turned in my Honda 2018 CRV and leased another vehicle HRV at that time so he did well. Now he and another salesman try to sell my 19 year old daughter a new HRV knowing her car insurance will be through the roof telling us oh its a better deal, lower interest rate. No you dont want a used car the interest rate is too high and we'd have to go through a credit union (um isn't that what I want?). And to lease put as much money down as possible for a lower monthly. EVERYTHING was to make us as broke as possible and them as rich as possible. On top of it they wanted to run my credit right there so I get a hit. I am so disgusted thinking we could trust people here. All I can say is learn everything you can about leasing and purchasing a vehicle before walking into this place of vultures because they are NOT in your interest AT ALL. It's disgusting how they will take advantage of women or anyone who work harder than they do and with integrity to make a buck. At least I can live with myself. Time to stand up against this, don't count on them at all, they are NOT your friend. DO NOT walk in here unless you 100 percent understand leasing and purchasing vehicles. DO NOT rely on these people at all, think of them as vultures only. Any good reviews I am guessing the people don't realize how much money these vultures took from them. Seriously, the car dealerships now are as bad as internet scammers taking the savings from elderly. Don't tell them ANYTHING about yourself, don't let them run your credit, know what you are doing to protect yourself from being ROBBED before walking into any dealership but skip this one because the trust value is ZERO here. read more

I have purchased 9 cars and this was the most efficient deal. The salesman was new but very polite and professional. Recently purchased a used 2002 Honda Accord from showcase Honda back on Tuesday August 11th of 2020. Now I realized I am buying a used car and their are always risks but this car had a clean Carfax, and I was able to speak to the technician at Showcase Honda who was servicing the vehicle prior to the purchase. He told me he replaced a leaking distributor and fixed / replaced other components to get the vehicle ready to sell. Between Honda's reputation for reliability and me buying a used Honda from a Honda dealership I thought I was in good hands, I was not correct. My first realization of something being wrong was when I noticed the odometer was incorrectly advertised. They advertised 130k miles but the actual milage was 136k. I reached out to the sales person to let him know this and he did apologize, ok not going to make a big deal there. Second issue was one of the fans failing. As I was driving the vehicle I noticed the coolant temps were getting pretty high. This was about a week post purchase. I reached out to the dealer and of course they wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee to even look at it. I took it to my local ASE certified mechanic and he confirmed one of the electric fans had failed. Again, I realize it's an old car and things happen, no big deal, I spend $60 on a new fan and repair the car. Hopefully my issues are now over.....WRONG! About another week or so goes by and I start noticing oil drips in my drive way under both the driver and passenger side of the vehicle. Took it to my mechanic again and of course this vehicle needs quite a bit of repair. The list of components to be replaced is as follows: 1) Distributor and O-ring (yes the same one I was told was already replaced) 2) Power steering hose due to bad leak (dealer cleaned it up well before selling me the car) 3) timing belt cover and timing belt (due to swelling from having power steering fluid leak all over it) 4) serpentine belt (same issue as timing belt) 5) other smaller misc seals Overall the dealer took this car in, cleaned it up to hide the issues, and sold it without repairing anything. I am terribly disappointed in how I was mislead here. This is a car for my son who is learning to drive and will need reliable transportation for work. We aren't rich so we tried to find a good deal on a used car from a reputable business. Do not Buy from Showcase Honda. They are not forthcoming about the condition of their vehicles! read more

Oh I didn't want to do this buuuuuut I have YET to receive ANY answers -_- Yes, I can be a patient person, understanding and cooperative but 2 weeks is long enough. I've been coming here for 3 years and this is my turning point. . The night of Saturday, April 10 & morning of Sunday, April 11th I sent this email to Showcase Honda. "Greetings,  Hope that all is well. I would like to ask for clarification on the oil change service coupons that you offer.  Friday, April 10 I recieved an oil change for my HRV. I spoke with my representative and mentioned the "better" $39.95 coupon that I always use. He informed me that deal no longer exists. However on your website it is still stated and I received a coupon in the mail. He told me that prices went up and the cheapest was $59.95. He has been of great service in the past so I took his word for it and after taxes I paid $69.12 , which was way more than I anticipated to spend especially during these times. Attached you will find the stated coupons.  All in all, as stated I would like clarification on this matter. If the offer is no longer valid then why is it on your website and mail flyers?  I am not trying to get the representative in any sort of trouble but I am disappointed in being misled to over spend my budgeted amount.   Thank you for your time,  Williams" No response. Tuesday, April 14th I received a phone call at 9:53am and 9:57am from Showcase Honda with voicemail asking for me to call back. Cool. I thought someone was reaching out to me. 9:53am was from a representative (602) 274-3800 9:57am was from Robert S. (623)262-4288 who cared to share on the 3 minute long voicemail how the "room was still spinning" and recording conversations he was having with other customers as well as coworkers. Upon calling Robert back, he mentioned I sent an email requesting to buy a car. Nope! At first he was pretty persistent into getting me on that hook but I pushed back mentioning the ACTUAL email I sent. Silence. "Oh. Well, I will have (female rep's name) call you back by the END OF TODAY to help you with that she is from customer service." I agreed and proceeded with my work day. No phone call. I called that following Thursday, and the phones magically rang without an answer. Following Monday I called and was told I would get a call back. .Nope! All in all, I just wanted a simple answer. Was the wool indeed pulled over my eyes or is there false advertisement afoot? All I wanted was MY USUAL oil change. Didn't even.complain due to COVID carwashes are obsolete. Fine. Safety first. Bought a used 2017 explorer from them, shortly after purchase felt car was having transmission issues. Brought to their service department. My service advisor Cassie said was just engine mounts, so I had them do the repair. A few months later same issue but now worse, vehicle shaking. They said other mounts needed to be replaced. So they did. Several months later same issue returned. Kassie told me they were not equipped or qualified to diagnose and repair a ford and I should go to ford dealership. I did, they replaced torque converter and other transmission parts. My third party warranty was denying claim on engine mounts now because showcase had already replaced them. I escalated situation to Sean the "service manager" he was arrogant and very rude, telling me I should have never brought the vehicle somewhere else even though I was advised to by his employee Cassie. I escalated situation to his boss who claimed to be dealership manager, he was nice at least but did nothing to remedy the situation. I was left to cover the cost of engine mounts myself after purchasing warranty they sold me and paying them to repair them once. They don't stand behind their work and blow you off unless they are trying to take more of your money. Sean is a total POS and should be fired immediately. Hahaha! I'm laughing because this place is a joke. Seriously.... Starting talking numbers on a used Audi they had for sale. All of a sudden, an extra $2,000 was tacked on for "options" they added to the vehicle (price online was $32k, price when I arrived was $34k). They said they added window tint when it arrived and the car was detailed. $2,000!!!!! It was clearly obvious they lied. I looked up the vin prior to arriving and it had the same tint when it was up for sale in another state before showcase Honda purchased it. I asked for my keys, and he then involved his manager. I asked for my keys again and walked out due to the way he was pushy and made me uncomfortable. Showcase did not earn my business because of Nick Le Jander. Terrible customer service. I showed up twice for this joker on the day of our original appointment ready to purchase that black TLX you all had. I showed up hours early to let him know that I'd be a little late; I am a Naval Pilot and received flight orders that's day which always come first in my life. He wasn't there the first time when I came that morning. No worries, I was told the message would be relayed and he would reach out later. After flying, I came back only an hour after our original appointment time..... he's STILL not there. Not only that but the vehicle had sold and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me and let me know. Instead he let me drive across the valley and show up not once but twice for this guy and the vehicle. Since then he's never reached out to me. I still don't know what he looks like. Unacceptable. Upon posting my review last month regarding my experience at this Dealership, namely in their finance dept. with Trey Sutherland, I received a call from the G.M. of this store. He did me a solid by contacting the lien holder and reducing my loan balance by the amount of the extended warranty I was tricked into by Trey. I could understand if he were new to the industry, but after learning he's a 19 year veteran in the business, there's no excuse for lying to a customer - just to make a sale. There's no place for this, especially in a Brand Name Store, such as a Honda Dealership. Nonetheless, this store's G.M. (Jerry Green) is a stand-up guy and made it right. We all make mistakes, but Jerry did the right thing by what he did and I'm grateful to him. read more

I have left a message for the service manager and am hoping to get this resolved but I'm not feeling very confident. I am giving one star because the customer service representative was very polite. read more

Showcase Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

First of all, I want to say my salesman Isaiah was great. I didn't have a problem with him. I've purchased 2 cars in the past, not from here. I decided to purchase one from Showcase because they had exactly what I wanted. The problem I had was in finance with a man named Trey. I don't know who the f does the training for finance, but definitely needs to change how they go about things. I was quoted 390 for my payments which was a little higher than what I paid for my old car, but I agreed to it. We get into finance and he has this whole speech about some warranty package for 5 years and when I told him I didn't want it, he was asking me how I could say no to that when I have children and when I was on my phone is asked me who I was texting to get off my phone and I was speaking to my father who also advised me to deny the warranty and then he said "what, is your dad going to pay for all your maintenance if something goes wrong" mmm yes he is actually and does. Also it's a Honda so after I said I didn't want it, he should've just listened to me. He also made weird comments about my friend who came along with me about if we were a couple and how we haven't done anything and that he's just my friend. He was very persistent and if I said I didn't want something just give me the paper to sign and be done with it. I don't even want to come back here for service I'll just continue getting service at Bell Honda. I should've just left. Pretty disappointed in Showcase. read more

I had a great experience buying the car but there is an open recall on my vehicle I've been trying to get support as it's a safety concern and after multiple attempts of contact I have yet to be helped. I will update if showcase Honda ever contacts me back on this issue. read more

Horrible service, I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time I was hustled to pay $450 out of pocket for my A/C on something that was covered under warranty. The 2nd time I paid $250 for a full detail service and I'll just say after returning my vehicle for the 3rd time they couldn't even wipe my mirrors or windows clean. I thought dealerships were supposed to provide top notch service. Save money by going elsewhere to get your work done. I'm sure you'll get better service than what this place could ever provide. read more

Where do I begin... I do not recommend going to this dealership. All the employees care about is a sale and not the best interest of their customers. My experience in the beginning was relatively decent aside from the initial sales guy being extremely pushy and salesy so I chose to work with someone else (which they still gave a $ cut to the first sales guy for simply approaching me for the sale even though he didn't do anything to earn it). When initially going to the dealership I had interest in going with a specific model of vehicle however after waiting a week for them to get the vehicle in and then test driving it, I decided to go with a different vehicle (don't get the HRV they drive terribly for a brand new car.. that's why they're so affordable). I deliberately chose to continue working with this dealership even though I could've gone anywhere else.. and I should have. I regret working with them. I went to the dealership on the 4th of July and worked with a new salesman, Jay, who told me about an offer they had going on where I could defer payments for up to 90 days. After signing all of the initial paperwork with Jay and coming to an agreement about how much I'd pay for the car, I then waited 2 hours to speak with a finance person.. with a one year old baby nonetheless. Finally I met with Will Lane, their FINANCE MANAGER, and a complete unprofessional and con-artist DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. He shouldn't even be working there much less in a management position. We discussed me taking advantage of the 90 day deferment which was THE ONLY REASON I decided to work with this dealership. Then Jay entered his office where we proceeded to talk about the 90 day deferment where they then stated that it would only increase my monthly payment by a few dollars a month which I agreed to. Will told me that their "system was down" so I didn't get my documents emailed to me that day like I should have. A month later I got a bill for my first months payment that was due in 2 weeks! I spoke with James Cornell, Finance Director, to help me expedite all of the issues I had been dealing with including a delayed "payoff" payment for my trade in vehicle that Will also disregarded and wouldn't have been handled had I not reported this to James. James then proceeded to tell me "I apologize. I can not change your due date" so they didn't help me at all with our agreement. I then asked James who I could report all of my issues to since no one was willing to help me and he said he would have Lindsay Voss, Customer Relations Manager, call me. I had 1 missed call from her and have tried calling her back 7 times and have left her messages with no call back. It is very clear that this dealership does not care about people and are only concerned about a sale. I will vocally communicate my experience to everyone I know and leave a poor review on every platform to ensure people are aware of what they're getting themselves into at this dealership. This was my first experience working with Honda and owning a Honda and I can firmly say that I will never work with them again. This is the only impression I have of Honda as a brand and it's not a good one. read more
