Awful customer service,be warned! I walked in quietly and went to the back to look at the women's shoes . I personally was excited because I had saved up to buy spring/summer shoes. Long story short the way my happiness was killed in seconds by associate named Amber I believe was insane. Rude comments, snarky responses and when asking for a shoe size she tossed me the untied shoe and said "here you go" and walked away as fast as she could. Everything I said was an eye roll and deep breath, I work in customer service I get it but I was asking to the point questions. I was ready to just get my size and walk out, I didn't even want to try on the shoes. I felt going to another woman in a dominantly male store would be better but absolutely not. read more

Forgot to take the sensor off my shirt . And act like it was a problem trading it for a fresh one ( old one sat in my truck for 2 weeks and got wrinkled) I was super nice to them I didn't get angry, when I left I told them " thanks for making it right " They just looked at me bad and didn't say anything like "Have a good day " or " thank you" or "my apologies " They acted like I stole it or something and I seen the exact person who bagged it up. read more

If you are sports fan, this will be like kids in the candy store! This location has so many merchandises from different sports teams. Their staffs are super friendly, helpful & attentive. Love their customer service! Best part of this location is that it is located right next to the parking structure so I can drop off my shopping bag in my car so I don't have to carry it around. read more

Bad customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in and no greeting or smile or anything. The workers looked annoyed we were in there. I was looking at the shoes in the women's section for at least 10 min and no one approached me. I found a shoe I liked and had to carry it to the cashier area to see if someone could help me get my size. I guess one of the girls was on her break even though she was behind the cash register so I approached her and she just looked at me and didn't even respond and yelled "Oscar!" Across the room for him to come help me. Not even a polite, "one second I'm on break but I'll get someone to help you." He was pretty nice and said they didn't have my size but didn't even ask if there was anything else he could help me with/any other shoe I wanted to see. I don't know what's wrong with these young kids today even though I'm young myself but they have ZERO customer service skills and make the shopping experience so unpleasant that customers march right out. read more

Was checking out shoes and was helped out by a couple employees which was awesome. I decided to stop by to purchase some shoes because the customer service here is usually fantastic. They have pretty great sales all around the store and aisles are easy to walk through. This one employee in particular kept getting in between my friends and I constantly. She would for some very weird reason just get in between us which would make us very uncomfortable and she did that the entire time my friend group was there. Definitely wont bother stopping by if that employee is present. Very unfortunate. read more

This location is on citywalk and doesn't isn't too big, but their guest service is amazing. They're quick to help you out. I have bought shoes here a couple of times now and they always have all the sizes. They have a huge selections of Nike shoes and adidas. When it comes to clothes, they don't have much of a selection, but I mean it's a shoe store not a clothes store so you can't be mad over that. The lady that helped me out can't really remember her name, she even offered to lace up my new shoes before she even charged me, that's amazing service right there. Corporate please contact me asap. My girlfriend just won the raffle for Chicago 1s in my size they call and confirm. Then the guy calls back 10mins later saying they only had one pair of Sz 12 . That's something you would know before calling. I did the raffle fair and square. We support your store. Why does an employee get to do whatever they want with my pair. Then tell me to take another size and go trade mine for my size . That's not ok and I won't tolerate the backdooring of sneakers by employees. I thought this was a fair and respected raffle. I went to citywalk to have lunch with my son turned out after lunch we end up going to look at some shoes fell in love with some air Jordan's had asked one of the girls to help me out with Afterpay she didn't know so she went out and asked another employee I really hope I'm getting her name right , her name was Cassandra she was so patient with me didn't give up and she just kept trying to help me. Went with my boyfriend looking to get him some new shoes, I've been to this place a couple of times and I always get so excited to go here when going to the CityWalk! Absolutely amazing customer service, always quick to help, even when they're really busy like they were tonight. They try to get to know you beyond just helping you with shoes, they're looking to make conversation, not just sell to you. The guy who helped us was named Luis and he was so sweet! Rushing around the store to help all customers, but he always made sure to check up on us, couldn't recommend this place more, wish I could give it a 6/5! read more

I came in this store and was about to spend $$$ i was going to buy shoes for myself and both my kids .. until i noticed the cashiers laughing and making faces to each other about us trying to decide what to get ?? No wonder they got such a horrible review. Their service is beyond horrible! I went in looking for some shoes for my son. The lady that attended us took such a long time looking for a pair of boys shoes. When she brought them out no service in helping us fit the shoe to my sons foot. She said there was no measuring device for the foot since they lost it. Seriously?! I still decided to buy the shoes went to the register and stood there for about 10 minutes until someone got to the register just to tell me "I'm helping these people first and proceeded to ring up someone with 4 pairs of shoes! Horrible employees!!! I ended up buying my shoes online with another company. Fast good service and free shipping. These employees should consider how ma y retail stores are closing and how fast they can lose their retail jobs.
