If you are in the VIP rewards group, it has a 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee so you can return for store credit, which can be used toward a different shoe or different size of the same shoe. If purchased online, you can get a refund within that time period. I called customer service to get the same shoe in a different size at the same price and went to the store to do my return of the first size. If you return in person vs mailing, the return is free. Customer service is great both over phone or in store. The three employees there in the store including the manager were so helpful with my return. Definitely recommend this location and this shoe company in general.

While I was in the store, I noticed five to six employees restocking shelves, bringing out additional inventory, and pricing merchandise. They were definitely working hard, which was impressive. The cashiers were very friendly and engaged with all the customers. The merchandise on the shelves and in display was from well-known brands at outrageously, very affordable prices. Limited outdoor parking is available just outside of the store, while additional parking is available underground in a much larger space.

Despite this, Wilbert refused to accept the return, saying it was against their policy. Honestly, this felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If shoes that are practically new cannot be returned, then what's the point of having a return policy? I will think twice before shopping at WSS again.
