I've been addicted to bubble tea since 2009 (lived in Asia), so I know what I like in milk tea. One of my favorite boba tea places in the area. They have a variety of non-tea drinks that other places do not have. The percentage of sweetness and amount of ice can be customized. I usually get the oolong milk tea with regular pearls or the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly. read more

Typical, well-made bubble tea place. My only complaint, and the reason I give them 4 stars, is that their mini tapioca pearls aren't always consistent. Some days I would get them as individual, separated balls and other days I would get them a weird tapioca clump. read more

Boba well prepared and not too soft. Got the standard taro and was pleased. You can adjust the sweetness level, which I recommend.

We drink a lot of tea and this is one of our favorite bubble tea spots. I used to go to KFT, but after drinking Sharetea, KFT's tea is too bitter. Try the Hawaii Fruit, kiwi, any of their fruit teas are on point. Their classic Black milk tea is very good, both hot and cold. Love their mini pearls! The only thing I would mention is that their tea runs sweet so I highly advise you to get 30 or 50% sweetness level. You won't regret it! read more

Way better than Kung Fu Tea and has a better variety of drinks! My go-to drink is the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea (caramel toffee flavor) with mini boba and herbal jelly. Even when it's really busy, the service is pretty good and you don't have to wait too long for your drink. The blended ice drinks topped with ice cream are pretty heavy, fruity drinks are very sweet and refreshing, and the milk teas are somewhat above average. The blended ice coffee drink with ice cream is ok but not worth getting, it tastes like roasted coffee beans and toasted rice. Only thing that sucks is that it's the only location in nova, but I don't mind driving. Also, their seasonal drinks are always worth trying! read more

I would actually give this place 3.5 stars. Depending on the time you get here there could be long lines or no lines at all. They have a pretty extensive drink menu with many selections and different toppings you can get. If you've been to other "bubble" yea places you know the drill. Surprisingly they only offer one drink size which is pretty large. read more

Tried the wintermelon fresh milk and QQ happy family today at their soft opening. Both drinks were ordered to have less sugar but both turned out to be excessively sweet. The wintermelon fresh milk was disappointing since I paid nearly $5 for a cup of sugary watered down powdered milk. Since it was just the soft opening I'm guessing the staff is still learning how to make each drink with the correct proportions. Willing to give it another try. Hopefully it'll be better next time once they've learned how to operate everything. read more

Pretty average bubble tea. It's tough because there are so many other bubble tea places in the area! I ordered a taro bubble tea and it was pretty good. It had literal hard chunks of taro in it if you like that (I know my mom personally doesn't). I don't know that I like the set-up/decor of the place all that much. It just seems lackluster. They were extremely nice when I brought my niece/nephew in though. They really didn't like their drinks (I was unaware that they don't really like milk...) but they let us exchange for a mango juice tea instead which they liked better. They handled that really well and I appreciated that so I know that their service is on-point! read more

Nice place , can't say their bubble tea is above average but it's not bad. Ordering can be complicated if you don't know what you want and sometimes the baristas aren't helpful, do know your order well (you can play with sugar level, ice levels, boba type, milk tea etc,) Probably the best part is when they have specials (once they had a special where they served bubble tea in light bulbs ! Am I the only one that has a craving for milk tea early in the morning? I hate how all of these places open at 12pm! I guess they don't want to compete with people's morning coffee...that could be dangerous! There location is perfect for my commute with plenty of parking and other great food places nearby, so grab a muffin to go with your tea or after you eat get some tea for dessert. I got the milk tea with the regular sweetness and I thought it was perfect, not crazy sweet like other places and you get that delicious black tea flavor. The first time I went the cashier recommended the Okinawa pearl milk tea. I liked how it wasn't too sweet but it was way too rich for my liking. The second time I went I got the mango passion fruit green tea which I liked better. I love how they have mini boba!! I'll be back if i'm in the area to try the other drinks. read more

One of the cutest and aesthetically pleasing tea places around NOVA! I got the matcha green tea creama. They make their own special whip cream that is salty, but mixes very well with the tea itself! Pros - I'm glad to finally have local bubble tea place nearby. I've tried all of their milk teas and they're pretty good! My favorites are their taro and ginger milk teas. Most of the staff is friendly and always greets their customers which makes the atmosphere nice. A lot of their flavors are unique and very tasty (better than others in the area). The only con is that they sometimes they run out of ingredients like bubbles/tapioca. The management is very genuine in handling any issues and ensuring professionalism among their staff. Its obvious they really care about their business and customer experience which I appreciate. Overall this place is solid. Its a nice bubble tea shop to go to year around. read more

Cool bubble tea shop that's not as crowded as other tea shops around. This place specializes in fruit teas rather than your Boba tea. I got the Hawaii green tea w/ 80% sugar and aiyu jelly. New place just opened this weekend so it was a tad busy. Waited twenty minutes in line for the honey green tea with pearls. Flavor isn't quite right. Pricing isn't bad considering it can be upwards $4.50 in other nearby places. Disappointed there's no Thai tea I can easily get to near my office. read more

Trying this out only once I was excited to experience another boba shop in the area as I am a huge boba enthusiast. I ordered my go-to drink: taro bubble tea. However, I wish I had ordered it sweet because the drink I got was pretty bitter. Of course, the staff was nice enough to make it sweeter but I prefer having to order my boba without having to add "extra sweet" like other boba shops. The plus side, the store itself is very cute as the walls are covered with sticky notes from customers. The environment is pretty neat so I guess if you like sweet drinks like me, be sure to order extra sweet! read more

The service: it took us 45 mins wait to get the drink. I never waited that long at any other milk tea place to get a milk tea. The server told me they ran out of pearls. The girl(s) behind me was able to get pearl in her milk tea. Highly recommend for all the employees to get on the same page about their inventory. Please have more trained staff. So I've been back here 3 times after my positive form time experience and it has been pretty bad. I had a matcha with double matcha and it was sooooo bland. Love Sharetea- Hate the wait. Tea is awesome. I am addicted. We come here at least once a week. Sometimes more. But every time it takes at least 20 minutes. I know each drink is made fresh and custom but they need more staff or to increase efficiency. Kung Fu Tea is much faster. Oh and a rewards program would be a bonus since we are regulars. I am disappointed in the customer service of this place. My kids and I visited Sharetea today, and came away upset by out experience. First, the young man taking our order rushed us without explaining anything such as the ingredients or what each of the toppings were. We were hurried and did not know what to get and were offered no help. There was no one behind us in line, but it was clear the people behind the counter wanted us to quickly pick and move out the way. Second, when my son asked for no aiyu after we asked what that was, it was still printed on the label of his drink and it appeared it was in his drink. I took it to the counter and pointed it out, but was told it had not been added and the label always says "with aiyu." It seemed to us that it was visible, but since I did not know exactly what it is, and no one wanted to help us, I dropped the matter. Finally, after giving it a few sips, my son realized he just did not like the taste of his drink. I let the people behind the counter know the taste was not pleasing and was told there was nothing they would do. We ended up tossing his $4.50 drink because none of us liked it. It was frustrating to not get any help and end up with such a disappointing experience. read more

3.5 stars Had the classic pearl black milk tea and honey milk tea with pudding. Their tea and boba texture is better than KFT. I know they just opened so the employees are still getting acclimated and some wait time is expected. It took them 31 minutes to make my 2 drinks AFTER I placed my order which is a little ridiculous. There was only 5 people ahead of me when I got in line. I'm hoping they can sort out all the kinks and dish out drinks faster. Would prefer to come here over KFT if speed improves, plus they have a stamp card. read more

I really enjoy the bubble tea from here. To be honest it did take some time for me to get my order, but I think it was worth it. Mainly because they don't use machines to shake there teas, so you don't get that extra form in your drinks. Also, you get more for you buck compare to the other bubble tea. I ordered a QQ happy family and I essentially got every kind of toppings, and it's the same price as a normal bubble tea. And the workers there are really nice too, they are really easy to talk to. So over all, if you have the patient then this place is definitely worth it. read more
