Disgusting it's flavored Milk Foam Vietnamese Ice Coffee nothing like a real Vietnamese coffee
    Amani A.

Placed an online order for 2 Vietnamese Coffees. I get Vietnamese coffee all the time and this was not it!! It was water mixed with flavored coffee milk. By far the worst iced coffee I have ever had in my life. I couldn't drink it. Wasted $20 for iced flavored water coffee.

Quick note, dairy-free slush - hubs loved, will def be back just for this option. Got the hot taro tea, 50% sweet (still too sweet) but so earthy and comfy warming - better than my regular chai tea at Starbucks.

Always love going to this place after groceries and errands. Convenient location, approachable staff and lots of choices of boba. Love that they have food options too. Spacious seats inside and outside.

This Gong cha had recently opened up in the Old Centreville Crossing, and as their other locations, their menu offers milk foam beverages, brewed tea, milk teas, smoothies, a marble series, and a coffee series with option to add various toppings. The place itself is pretty small, and I think there are only two small tables and a counter seating with about 3 stools; there are 2 kiosks, in which it seems that is the recommended way to place your order(s). I had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with light ice and the Grapefruit Yogurt with light ice - both were well-prepared. The Brown Sugar had a good strong tea flavor, but could have used more of the brown sugar syrup. The Grapefruit Yogurt was great, as it was the right mix of the both and was super refreshing. Even though there was a line, the staff were able to make the drinks pretty efficiently. Plenty of parking in the large plaza lot. +order via the kiosks +plenty of parking +located in the Old Centreville Crossing

RED VELVET MILK TEA WITH CHEESE FOAM!?!? Are you kidding me!! By far the best milk tea I've had, and it's a seasonal item so come fast!

Gingerbread boba, oolong tea with foam and gingerbread milk with boba

We came here for the gingerbread promotion cups!! We did the self checkout but the workers were great at getting our orders out, the inside was very cramped with minimal seating. This is a very order to go location for gongcha. We all got variations of the promotional drinks ($7.50), and the group favorite was the gingerbread flavored boba one on the left. The sugar level is unadjustable. If you want something more tea based I'd get the oolong tea with gingerbread foam (middle one) thts sugar adjustable. Boba here is always solid and a consistent option in northern va!

This is the first time we have been here. They have collectible cups right now my daughter wants. I am trying a Vietnamese-ice coffee.

First time visiting this location. The ambiance of this location is nice but small I can see this place getting crowded quick . I was looking for something sweet since I had just ate . The service was fine they were helpful . I was undecided on what to get so I let a couple go in front of me . What they got looked good so I got what the guy ordered which was a Crème brûlée Strawberry Latte Size (M) %100 sugar . It turned out to be delicious I would good back for that drink and others .

All or the syrup was on the bottom

Ordered two half sweet milk teas and for one of them the syrup hadn't been mixed in so was just congealed at the bottom. The other drink was a matcha and was too powdery.

It's one of my favorite place for boba! It's great to have another dessert option to choose from after having lunch or dinner around Centreville. I tried the Lemon Ai-Yu with White Pearl during their grand opening promotion of buy 2 get 1 free. It was flavorful and refreshing! It's so hard to pick a favorite, but I'm usually leaning towards their milk tea, yogurt and sparkling series. It was a little busy during their grand opening week. The space inside is smaller than other locations, but they managed to have a couple dining tables. I usually place my order through their app and the wait was reasonable as always.

TL;DR: Great tea, good boba, extensive menu, easy ordering Another great addition to the boba scene in the Centreville area. They had their grand opening a couple weeks ago, and it was already very busy! INSIDE: The inside is rather small, but had 5 small tables for you to dine in. Additionally, outside there are some spaces you can sit and enjoy your drinks/snacks ORDERING: You can order at the register, but they also have 2 kiosks where you can put your order in DRINK: ~Grapefruit Green Tea with boba (4/5): Good fruit flavor, but can still taste the tea, which is yummy. The boba was good, but I wish it was just a hair softer (I chalk it up to opening weekend/high volume boba cooking) FOOD: I didn't get to try any of their snacks, but they have mochi donuts and egg waffles. Will try those next time. Happy this place opened up, but now it makes my decision on where to go more difficult! Will definitely be back!

Cozy cafe, we got the seasonal "strawberry boba" and "tea with pearl". Definitely coming back to try the other drinks! good service for one person making numerous drinks at once!

This was the second time I have been here. I ordered the Mango Marble Green Tea Latte. Which was very tasty. I finished almost all of it before getting home. When you enter there are two kiosk for ordering which I like. As a person who takes a while to choose what to order this is a great non pressure way to order. The service has been quick but it wasn't very full. There isn't a lot of seating and could feel a bit cramped inside if there are a lot of people. So I suggest going at non busy hours.

We've gone here several times throughout the past few months and even my husband has become a fan (he even has his "go to" drink with customizations too). Sue me, but I actually don't order any of the "tiger sugar" signature drinks. I'm a fan of the black AND green tea lattes but when I'm craving for something tangy, I go for the lemon oolong tea (get the oolong jelly too!). They have about 2-3 non-caffeinated drinks if that's your jam as well. There are a variety of toppings (pearls, boba, jellies, etc.) and you can also modify your ice and sweetness levels for most drinks. There's also the option to order through their machine along with the register. There's some seating and the shop itself isn't too big so it can get crowded during peak hours. I'm happy to have Tiger Sugar as one of our drink rotations in this area!

Overall, it's sweet but an absolute must-get -- somehow the croffle stays super crispy despite being absolutely drenched in Nutella. The tiramisu snow, on the other hand, didn't quite hit the same. It was topped with chocolate ice cream, which I actually think hurt the dish. The snow itself is super soft and fluffy, but paired with the rich chocolate ice cream, it made the snow taste almost icy in comparison. Separately, the snow is great -- together, not my favorite combo. I also tried the Thai tea with bubbles, just to sample their drinks. Unfortunately, the bubbles weren't the texture I like, and the Thai tea had an artificial taste. I ordered it less sweet (I usually prefer my drinks a lot less sweet than standard), but after the sugar overload from the other desserts, it just wasn't enjoyable. I'd definitely come back for the croffle and to try their "ade" drinks, but I'm not sure I'd get the snow again.

I like the taste of green tea so I wouldn't have minded but the bingsu was so sweet, I could barely taste any green tea flavor. The best part about the bingsu was the corn flakes and mochi bits but I don't even like corn flakes. The portion was pretty generous and could easily be shared with 2-3 people, which would be nice if the bingsu was actually good. We ended up only eating less than half of it. Would I go back? : Definitely not. I've never had a bad bingsu before and unfortunately this will be the first.
