Their employees are all really hard workers but also working very hard... so service can be hit or miss depending who you get. The store is designed really well and the ambiance can be chill or busy depending on when you go, but it's generally a bit loud from all the drinks being made and orders called out, etc. I personally rank their fruit drinks as the best, followed by the matchas and then the milk teas. I expected the staff to be more attentive, professional, and helpful, but unfortunately, the service fell far below my expectations. To make matters worse, the drink itself was terrible. You can't adjust the sweetness on this drink (it's either sweetened or not at all), but the sweetness level was perfect in my opinion - quite light but still tasty. The ingredients were also so fresh and it all pairs really well together. Service is also quick, given the extremely high volume of customers.
