I stopped by this location yesterday and couldn't have been more disappointed with the product received. The "smoothie" was super watery and tasted like nothing. I ended up tossing it. I will never return to this location. read more

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I got a big protein smoothie because it was my calorie count for the day. I enjoyed it, it was delicious. I loved it and it filled me up so much I didn't have room for anything else. I love Smoothie King more than Tropical Smoothie because they have larger sizes, Tropical Smoothie doesn't. read more

I love smoothie king! It has great smoothies, smoothie bowls, cookies, and beef sticks! The smoothies are soo good! Do NOT DOOR DASH It!! It's like twice the price. It's like seven dollars to get a smoothie. It's like 30 dollars if you door dash it. Although that's not really smoothies kings fault. I give smoothie kind 5 and door dash 2.5 read more

I received a quick response from the manager from my prior issue. They made everything right and I will definitely be back.

Mary and Luke were great!! They were really polite, explained the ingredients to me (I don't know the difference between the Bend and Stretch and the Extreme- sue me) Then, best of all, the made brilliant smoothies. The Cherry Bend snd Stretch for me was PERFECT and my daughter's Caribbean Way was apparently delicious too! I don't need sappy greetings and flair but I really appreciate professionalism and competence in a good service joint. Great job Mary and Luke! read more

This smoothie king worked so quickly! I got Angel Food smoothie and it was delicious. This is the best smoothie that they offer. I've had others but they weren't good. Highly recommend drinking the angel food smoothie. It's strawberry banana flavored! read more

Fairfax and Woodbridge locations have always been consistent when making their smoothies no matter who makes it. The smoothies have been thick and rich, which has made a perfect treat for snack or pleasure. The few that I've been into lately are the Mango Ginger, Veggie Carrot Kale Dream, and Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana. I'll be switching it up soon! I appreciate that their smoothies do not include globs of added sugar. Also, the customer service in Fairfax is better than Woodbridge. Thanks Fairfax for being so inviting! read more

I came in to get my normal smoothie but was helped by a staff member Pauline who was extremely helpful with helping me change up my order an explaining to me the different alternatives that would meet what I was looking for. She even gave me a tester of the one I order to ensure that I was satisfied with my choice. Great customer service. read more

I feel bad writing this as the workers were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a medium smoothie today and gave it to my brother to finish. As he neared the end of the smoothie he tasted something minty and spat out a small wad of blue gum (pictured). I am not sure how but there was a small piece of gum in the bottom of the smoothie . We are pretty grossed out and can only hope it wasn't previously chewed ... read more

Ive been there once and every often. I get to see same staffs every time with smiles on their faces :) Loved customer service. Great recommendation which it just became my usual drink as a meal. Awful smoothies and a very rude staff...the price of the smoothies keep going up but the quality keeps going down

Can't Believe these rates ! And of course they are for million years ago!!! I loved my smoothie even though they say I can get a new one if I did not. so delicious, so many ingredients and healthy !! read more

The Chantilly Smoothie King is my go-to when I know I will not have time to eat a meal or when I'm just in the mood for a smoothie. I bring up Chantilly b/c they're customer service & smoothie taste is consistent & always on point. I'd give it a 5-stars if I were reviewing it. The Fairfax location is different. The menu is outdated, so it's a challenge ordering. I tried to order the Hulk w/strawberry flavor, and substitute the weight gain for an equivalent enhancement like multivitamin or immune support; typically Chantilly location can handle this order without question, but fairfax will not substitute this enhancer for equivalents, but only other proteins. I figured Smoothie King policy across the board was the same, but either it varies by location, or Chantilly workers finessed my order every time. I usually tip anyway, so it's much deserved. read more

Vachon is awesome. Our first trip to a Smoothie King. He was kind and funny and patient. And helpful. My sons had no idea what to order and we were greeted so nicely. I had to get his name as I checked out so I could leave a positive review. PS: woah - the prices !! PPS: love the availability of vegan cookies!!! read more

Man Ohhh Man!! Who doesn't like a delicious refreshing and healthy smoothie! Especially now that its getting warmer, the smoothies here will hit the spot more then ever. Smoothie King is my go to spot for all my smoothie cravings. They have humongous cups, so you will never finish your cup saying, "dang I want some more." The staff here are also awesome, whenever they have extra leftovers that they can't fit in your cup, they always put the remainder in a small cup for you. What a kind thing to do right? Every time I come here I always get the gladiator shake. This shake come with the gladiator protein and your choice of 2 fruits. The shake is very healthy and is packed with about 40 grams of protein, little to no fat, and of course carbs from the fruits. Very delicious and can come with endless combinations. Smoothie King is definitely the best smoothie place, well out of all the places I've tried. So until I find a better spot, this is my go to spot. Definitely better then Robeks or Tropical Smoothie. read more

I don't wanna knock this place but Iv been there two times for their Friday deal and both times my smoothie was super watery and tasted like nothing. Always disappointed when I see the manager/owner who drives the black Toyota FJ park right in front of the door during the prime AM rush when everyone is stopping in at the various shops. What happened to common customer courtesy?? read more

Smoothies are hit and miss. Personnel working aren't the friendliest. I'd rather drive further away to Tropical Smoothie.

Stopped in for a treat on my way home and what I got was NOT a treat. I ordered a pineapple smoothie with some strawberries. It was the color of a pink crayon mixed with gray which was totally unappealing. They were pumping some clear liquid out of a big jug that was not labeled. My daughter thought it was liquid sugar but we asked and it was water. Why would they need to add water when the add a ton of ice? I don't think health codes allow for liquids to be kept in unmarked containers. I took the drink and straw and left. I took a sip while waiting at the light out of the parking lot and was so grossed out by what I had just tasted, I turned around and went back to the store. My daughter got her drink and said it was not very good but she wanted to keep it. I asked for a refund and was informed by the worker that she did not know how to give refunds. Another guy walked over and he didn't know either. Finally, she said she would cancel out my transaction for the two smoothies and then charge me for the one we kept. This did not happen... just as I suspected would happen... note: she would not give me a copy of the receipt... I checked my bank account the next day and I was DOUBLE CHARGED. She did not cancel out the transaction like she said she would and then charged me again. I have called but have not received any solution so I have to now call my bank and dispute the charge. This whole experience was a huge waste of time and I will NOT return. I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe which will remain my go to place. read more

Drove around the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to find the store because the staff turned off the giant neon sign 15 minutes before close. Finally find it and walk up to the door, where the Open sign is still lit and the door's locked. I knock on the window and point to the open sign and the boy inside shrugs and walks away. Have no idea how their service is, but this experience was enough to ensure I'm never coming back. Way to lose my business. Oh, and as I write this your employees are walking out /locking up with personal smoothies in their hands. Hope you're aware of their thievery. Feel free to verify with your on-site cameras. Hope your location fails because your employees are idiot kids. Cheers. read more

This place screams meat head. Wall-to-wall protein and other almost entirely useless supplements along with the teeny-bopper gym rats at the counter, lands this place onto the low side of my rating scale. Not to mention the prices. When Tropical Smoothie Cafe will give you a 24 oz. smoothie for $4.79, why would anyone pay around $2.50 more for a smaller size? Yes...fine...most of the smoothies at Smoothie King have supplements already added, and Tropical Smoothie makes you pay more for them, but still, what about when you don't want whey protein, immune boosters, or energizers? Will they reduce the price? I'll be sticking with Tropical Smoothie from here on out when I want a sippable treat. I like choosing when I do and don't want to waste my money. read more

I love smoothie King. I am very picky about my smoothies. A lot of companies make them watery but smoothie king does not. They use fresh fruit and have tons of options. The flavors here are creamy and delicious. I love the peanut power with chocolate or the banana and strawberry one. I also come out of my way to come here over any other company ! read more

These smoothies aren't just some sweet empty calories. We first discovered this place when I had oral surgery and wasn't allowed solid foods or hot drinks for days - a 32 oz smoothie kept me full and satisfied as if I'd eaten a whole meal, and with the different customizations, I was getting much better nutrition than instant pudding. The prices look high, but don't compare these to those smoothies from the tropics - whole different category! read more

I was shocked. I thought it is a healthy store, but I found, it is all syrup except the banana is real. Unbelievable read more

EH is all i can say. smoothies are mediocre. I prefer Robek's over smoothie king. maybe I just chose a crappy flavor. It wasn't that great.

I gave a 3.5 rating. Supplied with supplement powders such as ginkgo biloba and protein, this place is good for a quick pick-me-up. I usually order a medium angel food (strawberry-banana) smoothie mixed with energy supplement. It usually does the trick. Although, it is very expensive (8 bucks for the aforementioned smoothie). If you are a calorie counter watch out, a 20oz. cup contains 75 grams of sugar... Sometimes if you are lucky, they poor the remaining smoothie that can't fit in your smoothie cup in a little shot container so you get more bang for your buck. Really depends on who is working there on a particular day. read more

I've been coming here regularly for the past few months. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They will help you by answering any questions, usually. I get the Lean 1 chocolate smoothie. Could be a little powdery texture if you're not used to protein shakes, but the taste is by far the best out of all the other protein powers I've tried. Smoothie also includes banana and almond. Very filling- Can be a nice meal replacement. read more

Smoothie King by far provides the best tasting smoothies of any other chain I have been to, including Tropical Smoothie and Robeks. The texture of their smoothies are so much smoother than other grainy/pulpy smoothies I've tried at other competitors, and I believe have a better taste in general due to their usage of turbinado sugar. My favorites are some of their strawberry/banana-based options, which include the Angel Food and Power Punch Plus, which has a refreshing vanilla undertone to it. Every once in a while, I'll also find myself having the Orange Ka-BAM!, but as you can imagine, has a sometimes overwhelming citrusy flavor and a whopping 108 grams of sugar. My only complaint, which is not store-specific, is that their smoothies are on the pricier side. Their "Small"/20 oz. runs at about $5.50. However, at this location, they'll dump the leftover couple of ounces from the blender into tasting cups and hand over to you if you're polite! read more

This establishment is very unclean. I've been there multiple times with some friends after work and it's always messy. I once seen an employee drop a decent amount of someone's smoothie on the counter and quickly scoop it into the cup without the customer seeing. The management is terrible and their overall communication is lacking. If i could give it no star i would. read more

smoothie king is king, alright. i've only had two different kinds of smoothies here, and more often than not i order my regular "small green tea tango, no fruit", and boy oh boy, is it heavenly! i get one almost every week, b/c i can't get enough of it. i also really love the seitan strips, and i'm not saying that from a vegetarian's standpoint, b/c i'm not one. i just like seitan a lot. the only thing with this smoothie king location is that the employee turnover rate seems pretty high. it's that, or there are a million employees there, and each time i go, it's just a new batch. some of those kids are more friendly than others though. really though, it's all about the smoothie, and smoothie king is #1 b/c of taste, and the great variety of smoothies they have. read more

I've been looking for a Jamba Juice in this area and came across this smoothie place on Yelp. So I went there today to give it a try, first impression is that it is focused on nutrition. As you walk into the store you see shelves of protein powder, then to your left is a wall menu with an extensive selection of smoothies. I decided to try the Island Impact smoothie, it had pineapple, papaya, mango and a protein blend. The 32 ounce medium-sized drink cost $6.99 and I thought it was pricey but I ordered it anyway. It had a lot of flavor but I thought it was a little sweet. I later read the nutrtion info they gave me and discovered that although they use a protein blend for this drink it only had 1 gram of protein. My search for Jamba Juice continues.... read more

Great service and delicious drinks. Cookies on the counter are a bit expensive but yummy. My first time there and I will be back.
