For the waffle package you can get it made with the waffle on top of the açaí or you can deconstruct the package and have the waffle on the side. There's an option to eat inside, which is always very tidy and nice or outside of the establishment, which is comfortable either way (or of course, take your order to go). I even saw her scraping the last bit from the blender into the cup, clearly aware it wasn't enough, but she didn't address it or offer to top it off. After waiting extra time for the corrected order, it felt frustrating to be shorted again. All I'm saying is if I'm promised a size, it shouldn't come up short, especially after a mistake was already fixed. The reason for the five stars is because this place is usually very good to me. So there is $3 more wasted in exchange for nothing. So, no help at the store with a pricing issue, no boba even though got charged for it, and the food was sub-par. I did contact corporate and they told me this location refused to issue any refunds, although they (corporate) were willing to give me a $25 gift card for my troubles.
