10/1/2025 ~8:30p A little disappointed bc I placed an order for two 44oz, but when I got there the lady had made two 32oz instead. When I explained to her, she checked the receipt and realized her mistake then remade my drinks, which is fine bc mistakes happen! But when she handed me my drinks, i noticed she shorted me for one of the drinks.. I even saw her scraping the last bit from the blender into the cup, clearly aware it wasn't enough, but she didn't address it or offer to top it off. After waiting extra time for the corrected order, it felt frustrating to be shorted again. All I'm saying is if I'm promised a size, it shouldn't come up short, especially after a mistake was already fixed. The reason for the five stars is because this place is usually very good to me. I'm hoping this was just an off day. read more

maria and rosie were so helpful with preparing my order and assisting with my requests:) thank you.

Terrible Customer Service - Never Again I visited Smoothie King for the first (and last) time after a workout, hoping for a quick protein shake to raise my glucose levels as I am diabetic. Instead, I waited 15 minutes for my order while another customer who ordered after me was served first. When I inquired about the delay, I was told they had forgotten my order due to a mix-up. To top it off the two employees were laughing. Frustrated, I requested a refund, but the teenage employee said he had to call the manager--who wasn't even present. When I questioned why, he had no answer and insisted he couldn't process the refund. I told him that I would call the police. He called the manager, who asked to speak to me, I explained what had happened. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, he asked for my name and number, which I refused to give. He then dismissed me, told me to "call the police," and yelled at me when I pointed out the extra time and his unsanitary food-handling practices. They didn't have on gloves while handling fruits. A business should empower its staff to handle refunds when service fails. Additionally, kindness and professionalism should be basic expectations in customer service. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. I won't be returning, and I hope they take steps to retrain their staff and improve their policies. Needless to say, I was not refunded my money and I declined to wait another minute for a now 20 minutes. Smoothie King will never get my hard-earned money. I left and came back to tell them that they were wrong and that I would share my experience so others are aware of their no-refund in-person policy. read more

No complaints at all smoothing king is a good franchise. I came here to get a good high-protein shake. 45g of protein is pretty good. I notice they have also implemented coffee into the smoothies as an option. Since most of the world is so addicted to it including me I decided to add that as well. The shake was great! Customer service was very friendly. read more

No complaints here. The store was clean, the staff busted their butts (two staff members and about 10 people waiting on smoothies), and the smoothies were delicious. read more

Painfully slow. Always have to wait even for online orders made ahead of time. This time just to see, I made an online order, dropped my gf off to wait for it since I knew it to be on the slower end, went and got a car wash, stopped at the donut shop, bought 2 dozen donuts, and came back with enough time to write this review. Still don't have our smoothies. There were 2 customers in ahead of us waiting and only one has gotten their order. Still waiting as I write this. read more

I always purchase the 32 oz no ice, but because of I didn't request ice on my smoothie here they gave me less portion stating that because of No Ice request it was not possible to give me a full cup of 32 oz. I'm not coming back to this location read more

One of the cleanest Smoothie King locations I've been to in a while. They have a wide variety of smoothie options to choose from, fresh ingredients, and very friendly staff. Anna took my order and made me a Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana smoothie- full of flavor and a perfect consistency. I'll definitely be returning. read more

Always a great place to grab a healthy and refreshing smoothie. This location has always been consistent when it comes to making my smoothies. Always friendly staff and quality food/drink no matter what you choose. Parking can be a hassle on the weekends but as far as the weekdays, it's good. The location sits in a heavy populated area but is easy to get to. Overall, I will continue giving them my business. read more

Stopped in for a quick smoothie! Smoothie king has tons of choices so it's always tough for me to decide. However , I opted for a fruit smoothie with blueberries , raspberries and strawberries. Inside was clean and they had sanitizer available to use. I also saw they do 5$ smoothies on friday's which is an awesome deal. Be sure to download there app to earn rewards. read more

THANK YOU BABY JESUS FOR SMOOTHIE KING!! I went in after a long wednesday and I decide to visit the place around evening time. And as I come in i immediately felt like a guest there, the place felt so heartwarming! When i got to the counter this young girl helped me figure what i should get because i was a little indecisive, the whole time she was patient and so sweet, phenomenal customer service! I also received the smoothie right away, as it felt like a fast food order and when I tasted the smoothie it instantly became my favorite! 10/10 customer service and 10/10 smoothie! definitely will come back just to be greeted by those girls again and to order my new favorite drink! read more

By far my favorite smoothie place. Use to go here all the time as the chain was popular in my old home state of Utah. Glad to see it spreading a little more here in VA. They have lots of great stuff and do not taste processed as I feel many other smoothie places do. I also am I big fan of their gladiator protein that they sell in bulk. It lasts a long time, is very low cal low carb and low sugar with high protein content. Some of the best protein I have been able to find. Very friendly service in here. My favorite smoothie is the vanilla slim and trim which is rather plain but to me it tastes like banana bread in smoothie form. Yum. So happy this place is here. Come on Fridays when the medium size is only $5, great deal. read more

I love coming here in the mornings before class, the employees are super sweet and attentive. They're always patient with me because I never have any idea what to order and they recommend smoothies and different things they can do to make them better. I absolutely love this location, I have never had a bad smoothie from here. Usually I come in the mornings to get meal replacement smoothies and it's taken less than 3 minutes for me to get my smoothies and be on my way. Love it. read more

I don't give very many 5s, but Smoothie King deserves it for many reasons. They have many meal replacement shakes options, in which 3 use Sun Warrior Vegan protein. I have that brand at home, since I don't tolerate whey very well. They got rid of all soy on their menu as well. They don't add extra sugar unless it's mentioned and it's Turninado when they do. You can always decline it as well. Their medium is ginormous, and on Fridays it's $5.00. On fact I'm drinking my Mango Kale Vegan Meal Replacement right now. Dinner served! I actually like that they don't have all the food options like Tropical. Hence, Smoothie King and no need for sandwiches and wraps when the have multiple MR smoothies. Out of all the smoothie joints this is the best chain in my opinion, and I've bought at Tropical and Jamba more than enough times... read more

Just moved into the area and wanted to get a smoothie and saw this place come up on yelp. Thought I give it a try. I order a berry punch and a mango smoothie. The mango was for me. I thought it was good. The punch was for my wife and she also thought it was a decent smoothie. We have had better smoothies in the past hence the 4 stars. We will give it an other try and see if that changes our view on the smoothieking read more

I love to go this branch as I couldn't and ask for more. Polite helpful and friendly staff. I like to try new things, they are always patient with me and ask for how's my day so far. they has a lot more variety than Tropical Smoothie. Especially, they have special promotion every time, so check the website and visit for better deal. Anyway, You will not be disappointed. read more

Never have a complaint here! Smoothies are always up to par, staff is super friendly and really good with my toddler! What's soccer practice without an after soccer smoothie? This is my second time at a Smoothie King and I would definitely recommend this place for those smoothie lovers. It has a lot more variety than Tropical Smoothie (where I typically go) but it is a little pricer. They do however have awesome deals on certain days. For example, Fridays their smoothies are $5. They also have a reward point app with a free $2 off your first smoothie coupon. This particular location was really neat and clean. The two times that I have gone I've had a pleasant experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are pretty fast in making the smoothies but then again I do come somewhat early so it's not really busy. The smoothies are really delicious (even the healthy one haha). I will be going back this week! read more

I might have a small smoothie addiction and this place is my favorite. They have a smoothie blend for anything you're looking for from weight loss to protein to just a treat. You can also customize with all types of add ins. My kids favorite is angel food (strawberry banana) and mine is Caribbean way (strawberry, banana & papaya) and we always add frozen yogurt. The staff is always super friendly and will always make you a new smoothie if you don't like what you order. read more

Smoothie King has been a go-to stop for my boyfriend and me every Friday. It's been pretty consistent, but lately it's changed for the worse. We've been noticing the decline of our smoothies since the arrival of new staff. Today, I ordered a mango strawberry recharge. When my drink order was called, she said it was a mango recharge. I said that I ordered the mango strawberry and she insisted that it was just that. However, I do not taste any strawberry in my drink. To top it off, I could not get any of my smoothie through my straw. I opened it up to stir and found five or six ice cubes inside. My drink wasn't properly blended. I hate to go back in and complain, but this isn't acceptable. read more

Woo-hoo!!! Finally, a smoothie joint on my side of Manassas! I love Smoothie King. They have a fantastic variety of options ranging from meal replacements, all veggies, all fruits and dessert types with things like added chocolate! I am a sucker for the Berry Carrot Dream which is a combo of carrots, orange and apple juice and strawberries. The menu version calls for bananas also, if you know me, you know that me and bananas are like vampires and garlic - so I always ask for it without. They people there have caught on to my anti banana campaign, so my last trip in they asked if I would like to substitute something for the evil fruit I hate, we decided that pineapple would be a good addition ... and it was. It was delicious! The only thing that I don't love about Smoothie King is the lack of food options. Compared to Tropical Smoothie Café who carries salads and wraps. It would be nice if they had a few options for those times when you don't want to make two stops, but I do fully understand that they are a smoothie place and focus on what they do best. Side note: download their app on your phone. You collect points and play games for discounts and prizes! read more

So, I'm the girl who wanted fresh juice for my juice fast but who was disappointed that I got a smoothie with banana pulp in it. For starters: I'm sorry to the manager for throwing a fit. I gave you four stars because you handled it as well as you could. Minus one star for not knowing what "pulp" is or educating your staff about the juicing movement (see documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead"--a must see for any business who wants to be in the know about a subsection of your customers). Again, I'm sorry for bringing any frustrated energy or impatience into your establishment. I didn't taste the smoothie, but my boyfriend enjoyed it. Thanks again. read more

Best smoothies around. Can get a bit pricey, but worth the money if you're replacing a meal. So far, friendly and prompt service. Hopefully it stays that way! Smoothie King - I love my smoothie after a good workout! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

The smoothies are always yummy but today's service was exceptional. I ordered a smoothie without the protein powder, paid, and waited for it to be made. I could hear there was some confusion going on behind the counter but didn't know it was about my smoothie. Come to find out, the cashier had accidentally charged me for "extra protein" instead of marking "no protein." I hadn't taken my receipt so I wasn't aware of this mistake. The guy making the smoothies handed me mine and told me what had happened and asked if I'd mind waiting a minute while they arranged to give me back my money for the extra charge. I had no idea I had over paid so their honesty was greatly appreciated. They ended up fully refunding me for today's smoothie and gave me a gift card for a free one on my next visit! Totally not necessary but very kind! What fantastic customer service! read more

Non-compliant with their own rule posted on the door - it said masks required for entry. This morning, I walked in wearing a mask. There were two employees behind the counter. One was not wearing a mask. The other had his mask pulled down under his nose. I'll be back post-pandemic. read more

I stopped in this morning for the first time and was surprised in a good way. This is almost as much of a health store then just a smoothie place. A wide selection of interesting and healthy products beyond just the smoothies. I appreciated the amount of information available on menu board. Oh yeah ... my smoothie was quite tasty too! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the service was a little slow considering I was the only one there. However, the staff was friendly and helpful I expect that as they get more experience, they will add quick and smooth to their repertoire.. read more
