I stopped by one day when they weren't particularly busy, so getting my order was really fast! The tea barista was really patient and answered any questions I had. The shop was very orderly and clean with spacious area for sitting and hanging out in. I ordered the Strawberry Peach Fruit Tea with light ice (i don't remember if I had customized the sugar, but if its permitted, I usually go for 50%). Thought it was about time I make a review on this place - it's so much more than boba tea!! That's what keeps me coming back. I absolutely love their baked goods my favorites being the caramel cookie, blueberry scone, and vanilla macaron. I really want to try their new sparkling teas that will be my next treat. This place is a go-to for my family and friends with seating inside AND outside. It's always clean and vibrant and they sell Sonny Angel blind boxes and labubus for the teens and little ones. I can truly say there is something for everyone here, they have LOTS of snacks and standard beverages like a convenience store too which is nice for my work from home days. This place is always packed every time I pass by it, so while I'm in my tea craving phase, I decided to check it out. This seems like a hangout spot for the local kids/teens. There were other customers as well. The staff were very friendly. I ordered 2 coconut milk teas, one with 1 cube of ice and 25% sugar, the second with 2 cubes. He actually typed that in the order and it printed on the labels! I came in with tunnel vision, knowing I was going to order coconut milk teas, so didn't even look at the other items on the menu. I did notice they sell mojito drinks, but I didn't inquire if they are non-/alcoholic. They do sell cookies/brownies, but they didn't look too fresh. There were cute decorations and hand drawn/written signs, making it very inviting. The staff taking orders seemed very friendly. The place is very well-kept and clean. I was passing by this area and had a craving for bubble tea. I ordered a mango tea with aloe and honey boba. The tea actually tasted like tea and my drink was not overly sweet. My boba was perfectly al-dente and my aloe was on the soft side (have I been enjoying aloe the wrong way? The boba places I go to usually have a bit of firmness to the aloe). Super cute store- clean and spacious with plenty of space to sit and talk and not be too close to another table. The lady that helped me was patient (with my indecisiveness) and sweet. Teahouse is located in a small plaza that's off of John Mosby and Gum Spring, but you access it via Southpoint Drive. It's near the Misky Chicken and across from Domino's. The menu offers classic teas, milk teas, fruit teas, lemonades, and other special beverages. We stopped by after having a meal in the area, and ordered: +a Honey Black tea +a Pomegranate Blueberry fruit tea +a Strawberry Peach fruit tea +and, a Winter Melon milk tea The teas seemed to be steeped well and more on the stronger end; the fruit teas were prepared well, as it did taste like the combination of flavors it was labeled as. The milk tea could have been more creamier, as ours was a little watered down. Staff were friendly and efficient, and there were a handful of chairs inside to enjoy your drinks. I've been going here for years and love it. What I will say is that popular drinks like Thai and matcha are good, but not what tea house excels at. My recommendations are: - any fruit teas/slushes/lemonades (if you're a fruitier/sweets person) - Taro slush (if you have no idea what you want) - Lychee Black Tea/Lychee Slush (one of the best drinks here) - Taro Black Milk Tea -- Original recipe -- (my favorite drink). -- I get the original recipe, they changed it a couple years back. The original is creamier, sweeter, and the tea taste is weaker. Ask for 2.5 Taro powder, 1 milk, any sugar level (%) you want, and the rest tea. I've gotten the drink hundreds of times and I like to throw in a red velvet cookie with it. -- Other drinks are good too but tbh I haven't tried most of them. Also, normal bubbles are a must with basically everything, but it's fine to try popping bubbles or mango/lychee jelly sometimes. Just never get the crystal boba. read more

Stopped in for a bubble tea after enjoying the day at King Spa. I got a Thai iced tea bubble tea and it was delicious. My husband got a taro bubble and it didn't have a very strong taro flavor so he didn't prefer it. We also got 6 macarons: 2 coconut, matcha, lavender honey, early grey and chai tea latte. I love this place!! I'm a big fan of milk tea and this has been my GO-TO milk tea/boba spot ever since it opened up in my area. I've tried various milk teas, speciality milk teas, fruit teas, and slushies from here. My absolute favorite has to be their Thai milk tea. I order the Thai with black tea, low ice, 100% sugar, and substitute in almond milk. It has the perfect blend of the spices and sweetness. I also have tried the mango, strawberry, and taro speciality milk teas. The taro milk tea is my favorite out of the places I've tried in the area. If you're a fan of fruit teas I also highly recommend the lychee and pomegranate blueberry. Both of these have a distinct sweet, fruity flavor. Their slushies are also great in the summertime, my personal favorite is the mango. Teahouse also has an assortment of pastries. I've had their macaroons and also highly recommend them. We were in the area and came across Tea House. What a lovely surprise! I'm so glad there are more bubble tea shops opening up in our neck of the woods. The tea house is clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. Indoor seating is available. Tried their teas and enjoyed them. Their boba had a lovely consistency as well. In compassion to my other favorite boba place, 5T Ice nearby though, I think the taste of the milk teas are slightly less sweet, which is good of you are watching your sugar intake. Ragz and I came across this place on our way back from a day trip to Middleburg. Masks are a must to enter and there was hand sanitizer available which I appreciated. The place was very clean and cheery. Ragz tried their macaroons and did not like them. The pistachio was over chewy and hard, with a definite artificial flavoring taste ( almost tasted of bitter almonds). The lemon was too tart for me and I tasted this weird staleness to it; but Ragz thought it was decent. Now for the tea - I got the zero sugar light ice black tea with bubbles and jelly. The bubbles were a bit too chewy for me and I did not enjoy them. The tea itself was fine - definitely tasted like a fresh brewed cup of tea with a mild bitter after taste that I quite enjoyed. Final verdict - there are better bubble tea places around and I would go seeking this place out.
