Apparently it's popular, so you either need to go early or luck out. The cream puffs and cookies are great, but I finally got a kouign amann. It's a lovely pastry. The sugar/thin layer of caramel on the top is substantial without being too thick. Just enough to hold and break apart. The laminated dough is nice as well.
