After my last review, I didn't come to Shake Shack for a while. A promotional offer lured me back in, however and I've been a few times since with no problems. This month's promotion is a buy one get one free that changed weekly. I got a double shack burger on this latest buy one get one. I placed the order on my phone using the promo code and paid for it then and there. It told me what time it would be ready approximately. I got there a little bit earlier than it said it would be available and I waited a few minutes. One of the staff asked if she could help me and I said I don't think it's ready yet. I'm early. She offered to check using my name. It wasn't quite ready, but she told them I was there and I had it in my hands quickly. I put it in my insulated bag and took it to go. When I got home, it was still warm and it tasted fresh and delicious. There was no gristle in it this time which was a big relief. I'm always apprehensive now though. I don't go to Shake Shack all that often, but the promos really helped to make it a great deal and keep me coming back. read more

I love Shake Shack, but for some reason this specific store doesn't pop like the other ones we've been to. First of all, the burger itself is so delicious! I've told people that this burger is comparable if not better than in and out. But today, at this site, it just wasn't as good. I got the promotional Korean BBQ burger and the pattie was perfect, but the sauce gave a weird aftertaste. Should of stuck with the ShackBurger! Also, my son's burger had a soggy bun. So I ordered ahead on the app and it only gave me one shake choice. What? I ordered anyway thinking the machines must've been down, then we ordered the rest of the meals here. Why did all the shake options appear at the store but not as an option on the app? I tested the app for other locations and the shake choices worked. So why didn't it show on the App for here? A bit dishonest, as fb has little to do with connecting people.
