I have been a fan of Serafina since I first ate at one in NYC. I was in Downtown Miami with a work friend. She never ate at any Serafina before. I also enjoy the one in Aventura but this was my first time eating at this new location. We ordered some beers which were good. We also ordered a Caesar salad to split. I was surprised when we received a very small salad. But it turns out they only charged $10 when it said $18 on the menu. A small salad isn't even listed. So we ordered another one. It was delicious. We shared the chicken parmigiana. It is excellent. The cheese tastes so good. The sauce on the spaghetti is absolutely delicious. I asked our server if they sell.it by the jar but I don't think she knew what I meant. Anyway, the chicken parmigiana is enough to share as you can see in the picture. I do think they skipped on the spaghetti, even if we didn't share. Overall, a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

Would not recommend this Italian spot, our pastas had no flavor and his macaroni dish was watery at the bottom. The bruschetta was fresh but the pieces of toast were rock hard. The focaccia bread i ordered was also very salty, his espresso martini cheesecake had a bitter espresso shot on the bottom.

We went here before the Florence and the Machine concert to grab some drinks, and the location couldn't be better for that. It's super convenient if you're heading to a show at the Kaseya Center. The place is very nice, and has a great vibe. We sat at the bar during happy hour, and they have a pretty solid menu with good deals. We ended up trying a bit of everything, and overall the food was really good, and the drinks were well made too. One thing that was a bit confusing was the pricing for the cocktails. There were three of us, and honestly none of us really understood the explanation the bartender gave about how the happy hour pricing worked. We also never got a printed check to review, so we're still not exactly sure what we were charged for each drink. Service is in the  area could definitely improve. The place was very busy, and it felt like there weren't enough people behind the bar. Because of that, the staff didn't really have time to engage much--no suggestions, no check-ins, and even basic things like water, napkins, and silverware had to be requested multiple times. You could tell they were just overwhelmed, not inattentive on purpose. Overall, we still had a good time and enjoyed the experience. This review  is just for drinks and food on the bar area, but we'd definitely come back to try a proper dinner and see the place at a slower pace.

I should have read my review from the first time I was here They definitely are very consistent at this Serafina location. Food was great, service was terrible.. even more so then last time. To the point where mid our appetizers we wanted to get up and leave. Even my niece said, she doesn't seem to want to serve us ‍ and of course having been a party of 11, her tip was already secured. Since we were there to celebrate my hubbies bday, we just ordered something fast to be able to pick up and go. The manager was very nice and polite, but again... these managers need to sit down with their staff and properly train them. I will definitely not be going back. **BEWARE*** They DONT do refills on their sodas, so you will be chanted $5 for a cup of ice.

Nice high end Italian restaurant. They had a classy bar setup and some decent specials. It was very full, barely one seat open. The bar tender that took care of us was a little rough around the edges. Wasn't really hearing our order correctly, and forgot to bring out a drink. For a high end spot, would have expected a different level of training or screening; however, she also wasn't rude. Maybe just an off night, which is human. The truffle fries were really nice! I'd come back here to give it another shot, and especially try the food.

We dined in the evening during a RNB event that created great vibes. The aesthetics and the seating were pleasing to the eye. Our server name was Tammy but she wasn't very attentive to our table but we asked another guy for assistance whenever she wasn't around. Since it was ladies night on Thursday, complimentary truffle fries and mini martinis were offered. One of the other servers gave the truffle fries to us and when our server Tammy came back she informed us the martinis were not complimentary the Ladies night promotion is applied only at the bar. This was after the drinks had already been served to us. She told us she'll apply a discount to correct it. Items ordered: Calamari-5/10(soft,chewy no flavor) Penne All'arrabbiata spicy marinara (this was in fact very spicy but I enjoyed it) Penne alla vodka with chicken 9/10 Truffle fries(fresh delicious) 10/10 The cake was so scrumptious I would definitely return back

    Outdoor seating area is huge.

This Italian restaurant/bar is located across the street from Kaseya Center and is definitely worth trying, especially around Happy Hour, which should be going on right before the evening Heat game. The Happy Hour menu has standouts like the meatballs, Margarita pizza, and Mussels for $12. You can also pick off their extensive menu. The outdoor seating area is large and comfy. The interior is also very special and upscale. What really brings this eating experience together is the friendly and courteous staff.

I love the decor in here! The service was excellent. The staff is so friendly as well. Their portion of French fries is generous and tasty!

I ate here for the 2nd time in as many years and again it was a great experience. The food was great, the company I was with were great and regulars here since they live in Ft Lauderdale, and the service was very good if just a bit rushed. I had the red snapper special with capellini in garlic and mushrooms and it was delicious.

Had a great experience at Serafina in Downtown Miami. Andrea, the hostess, was incredibly kind and accommodating on very short notice and even made an exception timewise to squeeze me in. The hospitality was unexpectedly delightful and truly appreciated. I look forward to returning with a larger party now that I know the welcoming and professional ambiance that is established the minute you walk in. Expecting to be told that I was too late or should try somewhere else, I again would be remiss if I didn't emphasize Andreas nonchalant and helpful assistance, particularly since it is an area I am not at all familiar with.

Loved this place. Sat at the bar before dinner at another spot and had a blast. Their happy hour was great! Food was sooo good. The dinning room was so pretty. The bar tenders were very attentive. For sure going back!

Came here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was moderately busy. I'm not even sure they've had their grand opening yet but maybe more of a soft open. All the waiters were attentive and management came around multiple times to ensure food was great, which it was. We split a Caesar salad to start which was great. The included croutons were tasty. Our main dishes, the chicken Milanese and the Rigatoni Alla Bolognese were both fantastic. The Chicken was huge and def shareable. We had our choice of in or outside seating. Despite normally choosing inside, we chose to sit outside to people-watch. There were big fans above which made it a pleasant evening but there were some flies we had to shoo away which got annoying. Also, the mosquitos under the table were eating for sure! Overall though, great addition to the Worldcenter neighborhood and I'll be a regular diner here.

Elegant, spacious and inviting Restaurant with ample seating inside and outside. Expansive beautiful bar area with great Happy Hour offerings and prices every day! Nice plantings give it a tropical flair. Attentive staff! Some nice vegetarian, but didn't see many vegan options. Definitely recommend labeling the offerings so patrons can tell which meals are vegan and or vegetarian, as so many other finer establishments do.

It's a really nice space and I'd come here just to grab drinks if you're looking for a classy spot. We ended up being seated at a high top, which is just the tables at the bar area. Next time I'd do a better job asking for a seat at the dining room or even overlooking the kitchen in order to watch the chefs in action. Lara was our server who was a rockstar. She knew the menu and was able to make good recommendations. We started with a Margherita pizza was thin and had a crisp, came out quick and was delicious. Good to split between two instead of bread service. Our mains were the Cacio y Pepe which was fresh and had a peppery flavor. Not bad but not my favorite. Rigatoni ragu was delicious and was my fav. I'd order this again. All the pasta is freshly made in house. Finally, we ordered a Banana bread dessert which was good for two and not too sweet. It was served with a scoop of banana flavored ice cream. I'd come here again as in my opinion it's much better than some of the overhyped Italian restaurants that you see on the gram in Miami. Make sure you make a reservation on Resy.

Every corner has intentional design details that make you stop and look twice. It feels like stepping into a Roman supper club that somehow got even cooler. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm without being overbearing -- exactly what a night like this calls for. The dirty martini was ice-cold, silky, and perfectly balanced. One of the better ones I've had. The pizza was exceptional -- crisp, airy, and rich all at once. The meatballs were hearty and deeply savory, stuffed with meat and sauced beautifully. And the pasta -- a meat-forward, indulgent bowl that was honestly the highlight of the meal. Perfectly cooked with bold, layered flavor that stuck with you. I couldn't tell you the exact names of everything we ordered because I was too caught up enjoying it, but every single dish landed. This is the kind of place that makes you want to work your way through the entire menu. Highly recommend. We'll absolutely be back.

Safe to say the dishwashers were fans of us. The service was impeccable. Food and drinks came out quick, waters were refilled promptly, and our server Alessandro made sure we were taken care of. Also, the portions were ridiculously tiny for the price you paid. Not a good value and neither dish was memorable. I'm very sorry that I forgot to take pictures of the dishes.
