You don't have enough food to mix and if you do, then the flavor is super inconsistent on each bite. Everything is in small quantities, including the protein of your choice. You get a few bites worth and then you're left with tons of rice. It's tasty to start but that pattern doesn't remain which is disappointing. Accidentally posted this on the wrong location previously, but I came here a few weeks ago and had a bad experience with the service. I ordered the $1 wings and waited 40 min for them to come out. After 20 min of waiting, the worker finally came out to tell me that there was something wrong with the fryer and they would just then start making my wings. It then took an additional 20 minutes for them to come out. If I had known it would take that long I would've just cancelled it. The worker offered me a free drink but didn't give me any alternatives to cancel or change the item either. The food was fine overall but definitely not worth waiting that long for. They suggested the yum yum sauce to me but I thought it was super mid, a slightly sweet sriracha mayo basically, and not what you expect with KFC. The bulgogi kimchi cheese fries were pretty good but were giving soggy McDonald's fries and also came out cold so the cheese did not even melt.
