They were noisy and had not been serviced by a professional for quite some time. I have been doing the homeowner stuff. The technician Willy came on time and serviced all three quite quickly and efficiently. I observed most of the service he provided. Very professional, explained everything as he moved along. I was ready to replace at least 2 of the openers. At the end he stated that they all looked good and just needed service and adjustment. No replacement needed.
