Had locks rekeyed through insurance but the one I wanted could not be done. Technician unscrewed one screw then put it back. Miscommunication with insurance did not help. It felt like easy money over integrity. The advice was okay though. read more

Joe is easy to talk to and understand. He really knows his trade. He re-keyed my house in less than an hour, and every lock works great.

I needed some keypad locks removed and regular deadbolts/door locks put on my new home. Spoke to several companies, everyone had some kind of problem or wanted pics or didn't like where the house was (Washoe Valley) or was just plain unprofessional or lazy! But when I called Leslie (owner) she was professional, set an appt. Without a problem and was very accommodating. She sent out Joe and he whipped out the job in no time and they only charged minimal fees! Go HERE, you will never call another locksmith again! Bravo Leslie and Joe! You guys rock! read more

Joe rekeyed my locks and he was super helpful. Such a nice guy and I would highly recommend him.

Lesley Reilly (biz-owner) came to my house to rekey the crazy melange of locks from varying manufacturers so that one key would work on ALL of the locks on the house. No more fumbling and cursing as to which key was which! She handled the project with quickness and clarity, and was done with a speed and accuracy that impressed me. I hope to never have a locksmith-type emergency, but I would be sure to call her first! read more

Valley Lock and Key - Perfect. - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

Lesley came and rekeyed new knob and deadbolt hardware at my house. She was friendly, fast, and knowledgable, and the final bill was very competitive, less than I expected based on my experience with other companies. She also wore a mask for coronavirus concerns, which it seems a lot of other contractors are not doing. Hiring her is a good way to support small and local business, and I will call her if I need any more lock help. read more

I want to add my voice to the rest of the 5-star chorus. Lesley is the best. I had her replace a lock set and re-key a dead bolt in a small condo I own. She answers her phone, and she arrives early. Prices are reasonable. I own a small business myself and it's great to see a young person like her succeed and run a business as well as she does. I'm an accountant and have advised start-up businesses that the key to success is to answer your phone, and provide professional service. Bingo! read more

As a fellow female small business owner, I was glad to support Leslie's business when I first contacted her. What I didn't know is how amazingly responsive and dependable she would be. Despite having an incredibly difficult door lock installation, which is when I first met Leslie last year, my office was recently burglarized during a holiday weekend and Leslie came out the very next day to rekey the building. She is quick, reliable, professional, and someone I'll call upon anytime I need assistance with my locks. read more

Recommended: Lesley Not Recommended: Drunk girlfriend who gets mad for no reason (like seriously no reason) and throws your keys into the bushes. There were spiders in there. Lesley was there in 15 minutes. Popped the door, charged what she said she would, and rode off into the sunset (actually it was really dark). She was definitely my favorite part of that vacation. read more
