He helped me figure out the manufacturer and gave me the number to call and try and find new parts. He offered to come back and install them if I needed him to. I wanted a smart lock installed that is new on the market (LevelLock+) and while Vance and Jay had not installed one of these yet, they spent time on the manufacturer's website and took the time to learn about the hardware, software, and installation before they came over -- they did their homework! When Jay arrived and opened the box with the new lock, he knew exactly what he was getting into. He was neat, did a spectacular job with the installation, and even showed me how to replace the battery myself down the road. Also, as others expressed in their reviews, Jay took the time after the lock was installed to make sure that EVERYTHING worked the way it was supposed to.
