I chose this one myself on my most recent lockout. Before I continue, it's important that I point out that when it comes to this field, I am not an uneducated layman. I actually do know how to pick locks and other access techniques, more than most people. Of course, locksmiths that are in the ripoff business presume people don't know anything about the service, and that's how they take advantage. My experience with this service was phenomenal. I got a response from them within 3 minutes of messaging them on Yelp, followed by a phone call a minute after that from the field tech, Tim. Tim did a great job fixing my issue and getting me back in. He is the first locksmith I've ever tipped. Very friendly, professional and prompt, clean cut, skilled. Also, the pricing was transparent, no bait and switch. Also, for anyone that knows anything about lockpicking, Tim is also the first and only locksmith I've ever called that started with a Lishi instead of jumping straight to "oh no I have to drill out your lock, so now instead of the $30 you were quoted it's now $40 trillion. There's a surcharge for paying by card, please bend over and spread your cheeks." If I ever get locked out again, I'm going straight for these guys.

Roger was quick to answer and scheduled a time and location that was convenient. True to his words, he showed up at the agreed time and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even helped oil my co-worker's key entry on his personal vehicle! When I asked what the additional cost was, he said not to worry. Now that's good service that he didn't need to provide. I've had over 10 keys made, and four remotes purchased from this guy. I have five kids, and every time we buy them a used car, we make sure we have a spare key made. We have also purchased remotes for some of the cars. We got a 2015 Ford fiesta and started the normal process where I sent pictures of the key and remote asking the price. There was a guy that texted me that said he was the new '' associate' named Roger working with Santiago. I asked the price, and it had gone up significantly. From the $40, up to $$120 plus. I was a bit put off, but post Covid This type of stuff happens. In the meantime, I put out a request on Yelp to have a key made, and there was another locksmith (locksmith 775 ) that was willing to meet with us and make the key for $50. So I text Roger back and let him know that I was getting it for way cheaper, and that , we would not be needing his service. He text back and as you can read the screenshots, was not a very nice person . After using them for so many years, because I didn't want to pay $240 for 2 keys, he said they were going to block me and that I wasted their time . I was able to leave a text with Santiago, and let him know that I was willing to keep doing business with them, as well as keep referring customers if they were going to remain low price. His response to me was they were going to change their focus to people who want. It really isn't wasting time hunting around for a good deal. That's part of business. So yeah, even if I wasn't blocked.... I would never use them.
