He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. At this point, Ezequiel is definitely my go-to. I asked for pictures of his other work, again, it took me calling him several times to get the pictures. I received his quote, and it was 5 TIMES HIGHER than the other two quotes I received. Then he gave me an attitude when I told him I was going to use someone else. I strongly recommend you stay as far away from this so-called contractor as you can.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.

I spoke with Codi the week before closing and he offered a ball park quote but wanted to get into measure to be precise. Unfortunately, I couldn't let them in until we closed and wanted the floor done in the same week, so we could move the following week. They came on a Tuesday to measure and confirm the quote, which did not change from the original and was very fair. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. The floor cured on Saturday/Sunday and we moved in on Monday. It was such a tight timeline and we were so busy, I didn't have time to get them any payment until after the work was done. They went out of their way to get it done so we could move on time. Results are fantastic. Thank you.

We were duped into paying better than 12K for a "tail light contract" (one that is only good until you can't see their tail lights as they drive away). Even if you know former clients of the contractor check 'em out. Granted, SNB did beautiful work for many years in the Reno area, most of the reviews on this page are true, and based on that, and having seen his work at the home of a friend's, we signed up to have him build a project at our new home. Took our money and that was the last we heard of him. Turns out he was in Chapter 11 when he took our money and subsequentially closed his business permanently last month. ALWAYS, Always, always... check with your state's contractors board and your local Better Business Buearu first. And get 3 estimates, let our pain be your gain! BTW I gave him one star because I can't post this with zero or negative stars.
