Went for the early dinner on Friday. I got the chopped salad (sorry took. Bite or 2 before the picture). It was ok but I prefer their Caesar salad as the appetizer. As the main course I took the slow cooked salmon (always excellent) with a spinach and lentil base. Desert which was 3 brownie bite with pieces of chocolate brittle. The Perfect ending. Everything was great. Food was amazing. Great service. Nice attention to detail (kept refilling my water). Highly recommend Seamark Seafood & Cocktails. The early dinner special runs from 5pm-6:30pm every week day (besides special holidays such as Thanksgiving) Ambiance is very elegant. It's a place to dress up. read more

The Seamark at Encore is an absolute must-visit Inside the restaurant, there's a hidden speakeasy that sets the tone with gorgeous design and beautifully crafted cocktails! As for the food? 9/10. The pricing is higher than normal, but honestly still worth it for the vibes and the quality. Everything we tried was very good. The lobster pasta was rich and flavorful, the fried fish with that lemon + vinegar spray was such a standout touch, the crab cakes were crispy and packed with flavor, the calamari was tender, and the steak was cooked perfectly. You really can't go wrong here every dish impressed. And we ended the night with the dreamiest olive oil cake read more

My husband was curious about the Encore Hotel and suggested that we visit and have dinner at one of their restaurants. After considering the various options, we selected Seamark. Seamark opened up in 2024. Chef Michael Schlow, a James Beard Foundation Award winner for the Northeast in 2000, was hired by the Carver Hospitality Group to lead Seamark. We were there for at 5 p.m. on a Monday for an early dinner and were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was prompt in taking our drink orders. I chose to try a mocktail called "New Fashion". It was okay, if on the bitter side. My husband got a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. While I was tempted to order their lobster roll, I figured I had already eaten lobster twice that week. So, I decided to order the "Mediterranean Branzino". This consists of: "artichokes, confit, fennel, roasted tomato, zucchini, capers, lemon". I did enjoy this dish. Not only was it attractively presented but the branzino was perfectly prepared: crispy skin and a moist and tender filet. The veggies were all properly roasted and quite flavorful. My husband ordered "Seared Scallops" which consist of: "wild mushrooms, peas, pearl onions, cauliflower puree, truffle. He, too, enjoyed his dish and said everything was properly prepared. We decided to share a creme brulee for our dessert. That, too, was well prepared and flavorful. We're glad we chose to eat here. read more

So the bartender informed me he had received 2 weeks notice and they were closing . Unfortunately I can see why for the times and their prices , their food although nicely prepared was lacking that extra which will make me forget paying more and be a repeat customer. They had oyster specials on the door I went at opening then saying none to be had . My girlfriend's scallop dinner had 4 scallops even with our abundance of sides my boyfriend being one of them left hungry, since I share he was saved ! The food delicious both days I went and I supported the business but I can see why it's closing . read more

We had a chance to dine here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place is nice and clean, not too fancy. Our server was attentive and we were checked on by the manager during our meal. Food was okay, nothing really wowed me for the price. I did think the tuna tartare was yummy and the branzino was cooked to perfection. Drinks were similar to anywhere else in Encore's other restaurants. It was good to try. They even have a speakeasy type room in the back, called Old Wives' Tale. It was a good experience! PS - we never got our bread and spread like other people had posted photos on Yelp. read more

Went for dollar oysters and they were so good. Very tasty and fresh, and no limit on how many you can order. There was even a card with facts about the oyster too. It happened to be restaurant week which we ordered the salmon avacado, the crunchy toppings and the creamy avacado enhanced the dish. We ordered the pasta which had deep lobster flavors and good amount of lobster tail meat. The taste was very good, but presentation and price I wouldn't order it off the regular menu. The strawberry shortcake was delicious too. The ambience is very nice as the location is inside the encore hotel and casino. So service and environment were definitely too notch. I also made the mistake of leaving my credit card after paying, and since I luckily made a reservation they called me to let me know read more

My wife and I had a mini date night and decided to check out Seamark Seafood & Cocktails, and I'm really glad we did. The first impression was a little rocky, the hostess didn't seem thrilled to seat us, but we didn't let that set the mood. The rest of the experience completely made up for it. Our server was awesome, funny, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fantastic. My wife ordered the PEI mussels, I went with the baked haddock, and we shared a side of jumbo asparagus. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The sauce under the haddock was so good I honestly wished I had ordered some bread just to soak up every last bit. read more

Since our daughter moved to the East Coast, Encore Resort has become our go-to home base. And on this trip, we discovered a new favorite spot. Tucked inside Encore Resort/Casino, Seamark is comfy-chic. The lighting, the energy- it all hits just right. It's the kind of place that feels laid-back and luxe, where you can slip in for a quick cocktail or stay here for dinner. We popped in for a drink before heading upstairs to our room and we were honestly impressed. I ordered a cucumber cocktail that was light, fresh and slightly potent. What really stood out was the presentation: even in a plastic to-go cup, it felt like it was poured in a real glass. Two crisp cucumber slices floated in the plastic cup and the rim was finished with an awesome touch of grated salty cucumber. Totally unexpected. My husband went classic with a Cosmo and that too, was flawless. Tart, nice sweetness but not sugary. The service was exceptional- attentive without being overbearing and the whole mood was spot-on. Seamark isn't just another hotel bar. It's a place with style and that little extra something. read more

Heard about their oyster hour through a friend who works at encore, $1 oysters Monday to Thursday 5-7! We made reservations for a Tuesday evening. There may have been a miscommunication on the reservation/ they didn't ask, but we got seated by the hostess in the dinner area. We waited a very long time before our waitress acknowledged us, all the servers were going about their day ignoring us, we were about to call them out, but she finally gave us some attention. When we mentioned we were here for oysters, her face dropped and she left to get her manager. After a while they made us move tables to another area of the restaurant that was a lot more casual. Service right here for what's supposed to be white tablecloth service was a 1/5. It was slow, dismissive and not friendly. Thankfully on the other side, our service was nicer. They were busy due to the oyster hour but we finally got our oysters. Due to the lack of service we decided to leave after our oysters. Would not recommend for dinner, but great deal for oysters! read more

Dinner. It is a very nice seafood place. Ambiance is high-endy. I sat at the bar. Started with a Bombay Saphire dry martini with blue cheese stuffed olives on the side. I ordered from the happy hour menu which looked like a super deal. PEI mussels and a shrimp Fra Diavalo $49. Service was excellent. Every barkeep, three, were extremely simpatico. Andres prepared my martini's he was great. The mussels were clean, plump and tasty and served with many accouterments. It could have been my whole meal I ate the extras sparingly. The Fra diavolo came shortly thereafter. It was quite good and there were at least 30 small shrimp in there. No other seafood. One thing I always notice if the shells are removed from the tails of the shrimp. I have only been in 2 places that actually did that. They did that here. But later I noticed a couple that got a shrimp cocktail and the tails were not sans shells. They were not happy. All in all a good value and a great meal for my last night in town. Mark. read more

Food was all very good, colossal shrimp were so tender and big, calamari was very good . We were there late night so menu was limited but all was great. It's a 4 because service was really slow. After Radius closed in the Financial district, I missed the Schlow burger until I found out that Seamark had it. Last month, I went to try out the Schlow burger and it definitely didn't disappoint! The burger came with cheddar cheese and crispy onions with a horseradish-black pepper sauce. Yummy! The fried clams were very good too. The dark chocolate cake was also wonderful. It came with a scoop of espresso ice cream. I will definitely be back for the Schlow! read more

This is such a great addition to Encore's restaurant portfolio. Its ambiance is unmatched and service attentive. We ordered the Baked Haddock that is made with Ritz cracker, the Spaghetti, clam chowder, zucchini summer salad, calamari, and tuna tartare. They were all flavorful and fresh! Located in The Encore Boston Harbor - Came down to dinner on Saturday night with a large group and although there was a little misunderstanding in the beginning, things were eventually resolved. We didn't have the oyster deal but I do think it was really fresh and great. (I saw other reviews after eating here) We ordered two of everything since we had a large party. The shrimp was fresh and truly jumbo and my kids liked it. Tuna tartare is a must, it was light and fresh. As for the spaghetti, careful because there is a kick to it just in case you're not into that. My favorite were probably the appetizers and dessert - namely the crème brûlée. Didn't get too many pictures of it all but it is a nice place to take family or a date if looking for an intimate setting. read more

We had a horrible meal at Seamark. The server was attentive at first and slowed to almost ignoring us as the meal was served. We were at Seamark for our holiday dinner with my parents. My dad has dementia and so it takes a little longer to get his order figured out but nothing extremely time consuming. We started with drinks and the focaccia bread and trio of spreads. I really enjoyed all 3 of them. My mom had the tempura shrimp. It was more like a very lightly breaded bang bang shrimp. She did not like it at all. I ordered the fish and chips and it was disgusting. If you eat fish and chips in New England it comes with typically dill tartar sauce and fries. My fish breading was not good. It had a very sandy/grainy texture. Idk if it was the fish or the tartar sauce that had a curry flavor, but it was like I was at an Indian restaurant. No where did it tell me it was going to be a curried fish and chips. My husband got a filet and it was over and undercooked. The edges were almost well done and the center was raw. The entire time we had our food no one came by to see if we needed anything or to refill drinks. By the time I got the check we were pretty upset for the lack of service and unacceptable food. I looked at the check and saw my Aperol spritz and it was charged ridiculously. It was $18 for the Aperol then an additional $3 (could've been $5 but I don't remember exactly) for the spritz!! Ummm what? How can you have 2 charges for one drink?! I can say I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I liked my lunch at the shake shack at the casino much more. read more

We came here for my friend birthday. This restaurant is located inside encore in Boston, which offer free self parking in their garage. As soon as we entered we were greeted by friendly staff and our party was immediately seated. The interior of this restaurant is decorated very nicely and I love how the lights are dimmed down. Our server was a lovely lady that quickly explained the menu to us. The only thing I did not like was how small the menu was, there were not a lot of options and the majority was seafood. I decided to opt for the half a dozen oysters and the side of the spicy crab fried rice. Four of my friends decided to go for the burger and fries while my other friend ordered the seafood spaghetti. The food came out pretty quickly. The oysters tasted very fresh the only thing I would say is that they were kinda small. The spicy crab fried rice was very tasty but I could taste the salt a lot but overall I enjoyed it. My friend said the burger did not have much taste but the fries were seasoned good. Overall me and my friends enjoyed our dinner at Seamark in encore boson. The food was tasty and the portions were reasonable. read more

I regret to share that our recent experience at this restaurant was both disappointing and disheartening, especially as we were celebrating a special occasion and had previously enjoyed multiple pleasant visits. We arrived for our 8:15 PM reservation at 8:09 PM. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we were asked to wait until exactly 8:15 PM to be seated--an unnecessarily rigid approach that set an unwelcoming tone. Once seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers. Unfortunately, the sodas came in small glass bottles and were served at room temperature. We requested additional ice, but that took a while to arrive. From the beginning, our server was largely inattentive and disengaged. We noticed she checked in frequently with surrounding tables, while our own was overlooked for extended periods. Based on this contrast in attentiveness, we couldn't help but feel that we were being treated differently. This left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. When we asked for a description of a particular dish, the only response we received was, "It's cold," with no further explanation. After finally placing our entrée orders, we waited over 45 minutes with no follow-up. We had to flag down our server to cancel the entrées and request the check for the items we had already received. At that point, the manager approached us and stated the entrées had "just come out," yet the food told a different story. The scallop dish was room temperature, and the fries that came with the lobster rolls were cold. Rather than apologize meaningfully or offer a resolution, the manager's response was curt and dismissive. He said he could pack the food to go and added, "You can take them or not." The interaction lacked professionalism and courtesy. To make matters more awkward, the manager then gave my friend a pat on the back and said "sorry," which felt uncomfortable and insincere rather than empathetic or appropriate. We were told that a dessert would be sent out as a gesture of goodwill, but it never arrived before we decided to leave. Ironically, the best part of the meal was the focaccia bread at the beginning--fresh and well-prepared--though the accompanying hummus was oddly hard and unappetizing. Overall, this experience was far below the standard we had come to expect from this establishment. Between the poor service, cold food, and the feeling of being treated differently, it was an upsetting way to spend a special evening. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback to heart and addresses these issues to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all guests. read more

First time trying Seamark with some friends and was a great experience. Drinks were excellent and strong. Expect to pay more as this place is inside the Encore casino. I already had dinner previously so only had room for the lobster bisque. It had very intense shellfish broth flavor which I really liked. The soup itself was actually filling to me and hit the spot. The little chunks of lobster added to the flavor and the temperature was just the right. The energy of place was definitely on the high end as it was dinner time on a Friday night. Service was pretty good as the staff was checking in on us often and made sure we had water topped off. read more

Came here for a night cap so this review is strictly for the bar. I had a cucumber tequila base cocktail with a furikake rim. As someone with many years as a bartender who really enjoys craft cocktail, I have to say this cocktail was very will balanced. And considering valet parking is free if you have a play card. It makes it very convenient if u want to come back just for a drink. I will be back for their speakeasy next time! read more

We came for the Dine Out Boston menu, which we shared. The salmon tartare, baked haddock, and seasonal dessert were all phenomenal!!! The sauce on the fish was maybe our favorite part of the meal, but truly all three courses were perfection. We also had the steak tartare, which was good but not unbelievable--needed a little more salt, and the bread could have been crispier. We had the seasonal Jungle Cruise cocktail, which is basically a Jungle Bird, and it was pretty solid but not particularly unique. Overall, the only thing that will make it tough to come back is the prices, but we'll definitely return for drinks at least! read more

Spent the afternoon at Encore and ended up at Seamark for an early dinner. Cozy dining room/nautical vibes. First up - espresso martinis- some of the best I've had! Went with one other person for dinner on a Saturday night. Ordered a salad and the mushroom "truffle" gnocchi. Salad ingredients were very fresh and had good flavor overall. Gnocchi was very poor. Mushrooms were rubbery. Sauce was very heavy and overly salted. Clearly not using real truffles but, rather, a very artificial and chemical-y "truffle oil." Kept burping the entire night which would bring up the fake truffle flavor which was very unappetizing. For any price, this would be unpleasant but at $34, it's an outrage. Service was solid in the beginning though it seemed like, after it became clear we weren't spending a ton (no drinks or dessert), our table was largely forgotten. Ambiance was okay. You do have privacy since they're at least not trying to cram in a bunch of tables. I'm a sports fan but it's a bit odd to have a place billed as "fine dining" with a bunch of large screen TVs at the bar. read more

Ambiance is nice right when you walk in. Service was great but unfortunately became slow during dessert and the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. For groups 9 or more if the restaurant is busy, I was informed during reservations, there is a family style menu for $85 pp for 3 shared apps, 2 shared entrees and I believe 2 sides to share also. But when we arrived, I'm glad we weren't stuck to the family style menu even though we came with a group of 10 because I'd much rather order what I want to eat than to agree on what to eat with a large group. Food was good but nothing to be amazed about it. Thought it was mediocre. Seafood stew: 4/5 good, portion was good also but a bit mild for my preference. Last night I had dinner at Seamark at Encore Boston Harbor. Being a single, I sat at the bar and was greeted by the friendliest bartender, named Lindsay, who made me a perfect Belvedere martini. Lindsay made me aware that they had an oyster special, $1 each, so I ordered one dozen of oysters that were from Cotuit on the Cape. They were excellent! I then ordered the center cut filet mignon, medium rare, which was outstanding. it came with baby string beans, and the best potato purée that I've ever had. I was worried after reading the reviews but honestly this place is decent. Nothing to write home about but the food was alright. Extremely expensive though. I guess if you're in the casino you might as well. We got the salmon, oysters, burger, scallops and lobster bisque. The bisque was fine, kind of tasted like the pre-made mixes you get at the store. Beautiful decor and great seats overlooking the garden. That's where the compliments end. We had to send the shrimp cocktail back because it tasted worse than the frozen shrimp you get from market basket...they took it off our bill since we only had one each. Apparently, there were no better shrimp to send us. The manager did come over to apologize. We were brought two glasses of champagne, one that was clearly flat and one that obviously had been poured from a new bottle; the server didn't agree with me when I said one was flat (he was otherwise great, but there was an obvious, visible difference between them)...when I tasted it and insisted it was bad he brought a second glass of BUBBLY. My dates scallops were yummy but my king salmon was slightly undercooked in the center. ( flavors were delicious though). At that point we didn't want to complain again, so I just ate around it... My date really wanted to try the strawberry shortcake but we decided to punt on the meal at this point...the place is gorgeous but i probably will not go back read more

Delicious meal. The focaccia was really good. The chopped salad was great especially the 1000 island dressing. I got the spaghetti fra diavolo slightly less spicy and it was really yummy.
