    Lucky Tiger is a newly opened restaurant that serves many popular Asian dishes, with an American twist! The interior is stunning! They've got two full bars and plenty of seating, but make sure to make a reservation still, just in case. What we ordered: -crab rangoons with pineapple chili sauce -sweet and sticky spare ribs -salmon sunrise maki roll -general gau's chicken -espresso martini -yuzu martini My favorite dish that we tried today at Lucky Tiger has to be the sweet & sticky spare ribs. They were so perfectly tender, fell off the bone while still being crispy! I do wish that the flavor profile was a bit more complex; tasted mainly hoisin sauce. My second favorite dish was the salmon sunrise maki roll. Loved the different textures from the mango, cucumber, torched salmon on top, & regular salmon filling. The crab rangoons were not bad. I think that the filling was blended too well & would benefit from having some addition texture whether from crab bits or scallions; felt that this dish tastes flat. The pineapple chili sauce was a nice touch though! General Gau's Chicken: I think this dish has potential. Wished it didn't have such a strong taste of ginger powder & actually just used real ginger? This dish was a big miss for me. The drinks were okay. I favored the espresso martini over the Yuzu martini; was too tart for me. Overall, a great place for a chill night, just some dishes are better than others... but I can't be mad about the food because its not like they aimed to serve authentic Asian food, just "Asian fusion". So I wouldn't suggest coming here if you are looking for an authentic spot, however, they're good for the ambiance, kind of like Mr. H in Seaport. They're located by Urban Wild and Tradesman Bar. Parking: there is a free parking garage to park at.

    Coming from intense bowling next door at urban wild we wanted to pop in to this busy new restuarant. The DECOR my gosh, is fantastic. Great for group parties, they have overflow space in their brunch breakfast spot next door at night-- great ambiance! Now this is an American take on some Asian fusion and i think it was done well overall. I'm sure they will continue to tweak and make their menu amazing. I like that they did not try to over do it with the quantity of items. We ordered + crab rangoons with pineapple duck sauce I liked it just fine as long as it comes out HOT! To my rangoon expertise haha i think it would be better elevated if the filling had a bit of contrasting texture or maybe mixed a bit less or add onion for the crunch. + sweet and sticky ribs Hands down fan Favorite, i think a hoisin sauce based sauce, the ribs were melt off the bone tender and so deliciously good-- GET IT! + Salmon sunrise Maki- fresh and not too much rice, i think it'd be cool if they rotate the 3 rolls they have available or do monthly maki's to keep it fresh! + Gen Gau Chicken! Now this is usually a goto for me for American style Chinese food. They have it the tender dark meat style chicken and the sauce is great, not the orange flavor base GGC, more pepper / salty style. What i would input maybe is, present the chicken in middle with broccoli off to the edges and sauced it n the center. Visually it would be more appealing and perhaps keep the broccoli crunchy! Expresso martini's were a hit, whether black or with Khalua? Forget how to spell that. Yuzu martini definitely gives you that Yuzu citrus flavor and it was a surprise me drink! Thank you for the great evening! Watched the Celtics game while there too! Will be back!

    This is a new Asian fusion restaurant I found while attending Boston's Winterfest next door. It features a front and back seating area, both with bar seating and tables. The food is a mix of apps and entrees, including a few sushi choices. Everything was fresh and creative. I shared the spicy tuna roll and steamed gyoza dumplings. Service was friendly at the bar. I was pleased to help get them listed on Yelp.

    The ambiance was fantastic--elegantly designed, cozy, and inviting. There are two separate bars in different rooms, each with its own unique vibe, making it a great spot to explore and find the perfect setting for your night. It really added to the overall atmosphere. From the hosts to the waiters to the managers and bartenders, everyone was wonderful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to assist. They made sure we had everything we needed without being overwhelming, which was much appreciated. Convenient parking was available with a garage nearby. The first two hours are free, which is a nice perk. Plus, the restaurant is conveniently located next to Urban Wild, adding to the overall vibe of the area. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations, and considering the prices, it really didn't feel worth it. The fusion dishes didn't hit for us, lacking the flavor profile I was hoping for, and the overall quality didn't justify the cost. On the other hand, the drinks were wonderful. Creative and refreshing, they were definitely a highlight of the meal. We liked everything we tried from the sake, to the martinis, mojitos, and margaritas. A downside in IMO was the use of a palm pilot for payment. I'm not a fan of this method, so I asked for the bill to be printed out so I could review the charges. It feels awkward for the waiter to stand there while we try to scroll through to review charges on the device and then make payment and tip while they are watching. As a sweet touch, they surprised us with fresh chocolate-dipped strawberries at the end of our meal, which was a lovely gesture for the occasion. We also got fortune cookies. While the food may not be worth the prices, this place is perfect for a date night, especially if you're just looking for a great spot to enjoy drinks at the bar and a light bite. There are two separate bars that give you some great options, and the environment and cocktails make it a fun and relaxed outing. The service and ambiance is worth a visit.

    Another amazing spot in Hood Park! We decided to check out Lucky Tiger Asian Bistro last night after a few friends raved about it and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible (the sweet & sticky ribs were my personal fave), the service was top notch, and the drinks were so fun. 10/10 experience from the moment we walked in.

    Was excited to try this place because the photos looked so good. The interior of the restaurant was very nice, I loved the decor. However, the food was just not good. The sushi was extremely underwhelming - it honestly tasted like grocery store sushi that had been dressed up. The tuna tacos were too salty, and the pickled cucumbers just did not have a good flavor at all.

    Went to Lucky Tiger for the first time last night - incredible experience! The crab rangoon, tuna tacos and spare ribs were out of this world. Service and vibe are 10/10. Can't wait to return... love everything this restaurant group is doing.

No soggy noodles. -Ka Prow Crispy Pork - by the time I got it home, it wasn't very crispy anymore but it didn't matter because the flavor was fantastic. -Crispy Chicken Basil - same thing, not too crispy but still delicious. Not spicy. Not too saucy, so you can "feel" the noodle, but I would have liked more vegetables. -- Yibin Fiery Noodles: Warm and similarly al dente, these were manageably spicy. Meat crumble, seeds or nuts, scallions, and heat. -- Red and Green Pepper Chicken: Batterless but crisp, tender, and not boneless. Relentlessly spicy from several heat sources and kaleidoscopically delicious. The closest comparison is dry hot chicken that also goes by a few other names, but this was better. Elite, and the best thing I ate in all of 2025, but sadly no longer on the menu. -- Stone Pot Tofu: Billed as Ma Po Tofu sizzling in a stone pot, but no sizzle and no stone pot. Identified as very spicy but minimally spicy and more numbing (more "ma" than "la"). I enjoyed the overall flavor (heavily seasoned) and the saltiness of the fermented black beans. Despite some of the menu discrepancies, this was a really good version for my tastes. The dish had pieces of cabbage which were soft, naturally sweet, and soaked up all the flavor of the sauce. I would get this again, but with some rice because it was seasoned strongly. As this seems to be one of their most popular dishes, we also ordered the lobster roe pasta ($34). While the noodles were creamy and tasty, I think this dish is more worthwhile if you add the lobster (+$15). It does become even pricier at that point, but the noodles on their own were not super memorable. At the end we had some stomach space left and were still curious about the menu so we ordered the monkfish katsu ($25). I regretted getting this! The breading and fish basically tasted like the frozen fish fingers you can buy from the grocery store. While the yuzu tartar sauce was tasty, the rest of the dish was just not worth it. Overall, I thought the fish was good quality and really loved the pork shoulder. I would definitely eat here again, but would do more research on different menu items ahead of time.

Dipping the garlic naan in both sauces was my fav part!! Overall an ok experience. I want to give the restaurant grace because it was very packed but service was poor. I think we had 4 different staff members help us total which probably led to lots of miscommunication.

They're filled with this flavorful broth so despite looking very unassuming they were bursting with flavor. We came here on a Sunday evening without a reservation and were seated in 10min. The menu is entirely online but food came out quickly after we ordered. Dishes we got: - beef laghman: spiced well and chewy noodles! I liked it, although I was a bit confused if it was Uyghur or Chinese because it tasted very similar to Chinese food to me - Pork dumplings: delicious, you have to get these. They look so boring. They're SO good and there's so many. - Mapo tofu: my mouth was very numb eating this but the tofu was silky smooth. I can only assume it was good but I didn't have much spice tolerance left in me after the laghman.

Everything was flavorful and I would describe as a between of east and South Asian dishes with its own uniqueness that is a must try!

They generally require you to order before sitting given the small space so keep that in mind when you arrive. Service is friendly and very quick. My favorite dish was the duck noodles. I liked the freshness of the basil in the pesto, and the tenderness and juiciness of the duck. The coconut eggplant was a close second favorite. The coconut flavor was delicious, and I liked the nuts on top for crunch. I also found the ginger cabbage salad to be yummy, but not as much as a standout as the other two dishes. Overall, I really enjoyed this spot for dinner. I liked how fresh everything was, and how the dishes felt very light and healthy. It's definitely a bit on the pricier side, but I found it to be very worth it. I definitely come back and try their lattes and other dishes.
