    Fish and Chips
    Chris V.

Very convenient location in the Hub Hall but that's about it. Got the fish and chips and it was extremely average. The fish itself was pretty bland. Think it's a fine place to stop if you need a bite before a game or something, but would definitely not go out of my way to go here.

Fries only come with two packets of ketchup. Was told 50 cents a packet for more.

This location is terrible. I spent $45 on food and would only 2 packets of ketchup and would not give me more. Employee could not have been more rude. If you like fries without ketchup this is your place.

The fish was fresh and crispy. It didn't have a lot of seasoning but I was so fresh. The service was fast and the staff was friendly! They have ice cream too!

Lousy puny hot dog not worth 4 bucks

Stopped in to the new marketplace to check out. I am familiar with Sullivans from location at Castle Island south Boston. This place prices seem higher than South Boston. I ordered a hot dog with mustard, onions... was 4.01 with tax Wow... dog was puny in size ... used to be bigger at other location ... very tiny like oversized cocktail Frank.. Frank brand I think they changed to lower grade too... no snap but a soggy dog... not impressed... I should have had a top notch Cussers roast beef next door over... Must be charging prices based on past history in South Boston... time for a new owner allowed to take over the state owned site at Castle island and bring back reasonable prices with good quality...

    Lobster Roll
    Michael W.

Had their lobster roll (sweet lobster meat lightly dressed with mayo on a toasted roll - $16.95). It was just ok. Lobster was served cold, and I prefer lobster to be warm. There wasn't much mayo taste with the lobster. It did come with a good amount of lobster compared to others I have had. Would I go out of my way to get a lobster roll again at Sullivan's? Probably not.

Went to check out the new Hub Hall over the weekend. The place is nice, connected to North Station. We ordered the lobster rolland wasn't a fan, very bland. We also got the fried whole belly clams and that was delicious. It was paired with piping hot fries. Great location for tourists visiting Boston.

Best service and food I have experienced in a quick service setting in a long time. The fish sandwich was to die for.

This place redeemed whatever it was I had in Framingham. The place is pretty small. I just ordered at the counter, and the person taking my order was super friendly. Wish I got their name for a shout-out. There's not a lot of seating in the establishment; it feels like the place is meant for a very quick meal. FOOD: I got a hot buttered lobster roll and it came with a side of chips. I actually ran into the owner while I was there, and he had explained that their lobster rolls are unique in the sense that they actually toss their lobster meat in a pan with butter. You can really taste it. Buttery lobster heaven. Would definitely come again if I'm back in Boston. I could probably eat ten of those hot buttered lobster rolls in one sitting and have no regrets.

They had a waiter come over, and we asked for what we wanted, and the waiter made it seem like we could not afford it. (It was about steamed lobsters). The hostess said th were no availability at the tables we could sit at the bar. We went to sit at the bar, and this party of 5 came over, and they tried everything to move us from the bar, by there actions and there level of disrespect, and it was excepted. I got up from the bar, and I went to the manager, who said his name was Jack. He seemed like he cared, but for us. I felt we was judged from the door. We were a minority couple, maybe that was not what they wanted to see I'm not sure. The money was not the issue, it was the principal. It was not about a 25 dollar discount, on a over 200 bill. There was VIP, that cane in, and he was on top of my back. While we finally got a table. It was just to much. It was very unexceptable. We will never go back.

Safe to say, I was more than happy to be included in this one. SERVICE: For a busy Thursday night with a party of around 15, the staff handled things impressively well. Food came out in a timely manner, no confusion, no chaos. They were friendly, attentive, and actually knew the menu, offering solid recommendations without overcomplicating it. Managing a group that size is not easy, and they made it look smooth. AMBIANCE: This place leans more Boston bar energy than traditional fine dining, and that is part of the charm. It was packed, a little tight at times, but it felt alive. You are not coming here for quiet elegance, you are coming for the buzz, the movement, and that shared experience of a packed room enjoying great food together. FOOD: We went all in and ordered family-style, almost tapas style, sharing everything across the table. Squid ink pasta, black pasta, fried calamari, grilled octopus, dish after dish hitting the table. Everything was delicious, but what really stood out was the sauce. The broths, the richness, the depth of flavor, that is what stayed with me. I found myself talking about it mid-meal, and I was not the only one. At one point, people were practically trying to drink the sauce straight from the plate. That is when you know it is hitting on another level. You know you're doing a good job when you put much thought down to how you make your sauces and broths. I was impressed from both a top down and bottom up level of culinary experience. IMPRESSIONS: I need to come back here to on more sauces and broths.

Phenomenal & will be back to try again!…read more Parking is rough, if you don't catch something in front of the restaurant you might be searching for a while. Staff & service was friendly! Nothing out of the norm, average, quick, and attentive service. The food was phenomenal! I had the Beef tips & Chicken tips, and for dessert I had the "it's brownie time" ice cream & brownies combo, which I recommend highly. I love that the focus is around serving food in Tip as their highlight. I will say a lot of their food is cooked with alcohol, so slow down and read if that's something you're trying to avoid. Typically when restaurants charge higher in price the food is average in taste, but everything else we ate was a home run. I will be back to try more! For the scenery of the restaurant it was a mix of a Bar and fine dining. I like that, if you're there to watch sports and hangout you can easily do that. If you're there for a nice and simple date they've separated a space to do just that as well. It's been a while since I've been enthusiastic about a restaurant and I have to say the restaurant was a great experience, please try!

I ordered the steak frites cooked to a perfect medium with a deep, salty crust. It was tender enough to melt but had that essential beefy bite.
