Brussels sprouts added honey to top it and it was delicious
Leah L.

I have to say although we prepared for a Party of 25+ we had 29 people I'm giving the star review due to some people in our party stating their food was not hot. We sat at a separate table from the party due to some Mix up and we had Bob as our server, he was amazing and very attentive. At our table the food was great it was hot and delicious.

An unexpected Mother's Day outing with the family turned amazing. Great service for a young waitress, great food that didn't have any issues and the setting was not overly crowded and accommodated a large party. I've been to plenty of these chain locations and I can't complain about this one!!

Buffalo wings, just ask for them to be well done... thank me later
Patrice R.

I have been to this location a few times in the past and the service was great, there were no issues because Brianna, was welcoming and friendly, Now let's talk drinks and food shall we,the apps were fried pickles and wings the wings ask for well done - The meals there was a steak tip dinner, salmon sasalad and fish and chips plate and they were all ok, my big disappointment was the beignet or shall I call them what they are donut holes.

Lump crab cake sandwich on pretzel bread ( limited menu )

Food was fresh and hot! It wasn't really busy inside which made the atmosphere very calm and relaxing.

Fish tacos

Came here because I was In the area. Parking was great there is an entire parking lot across the street. I was able to park no problem but getting to the lot is not easy. So E times security would help move people along because it is a tight road . I walked into the restaurant and it's ambiance is very calming. The game was on yet it seemed very chill. The server was so sweet she was very attentive. I am a pescatarian and there were a great range of options . I chose the fish tacos and may I say SOOOO YUMMY. Please try if you won't be disappointed!!

Margarita Flatbread
Kettya A.

My sister graduated so my mother decided on this restaurant since she's been to another location in Plainville. We originally had a reservation for 1pm but called to get a reservation at 3pm. We arrived on time and was told to wait 15-20 minutes since they weren't for us. We were already sensed that everything was unorganized. The popular drink for our group was strawberry lemonade and it definitely tasted like tap water in a dirty glass. The food is a 0/10 from the salty calamari with a raw lemon to the unseasoned fish and chips. To my still raw margarita flatbread that took 20 minutes to come after everyone else already started eating. We complained to the manager of the restaurant and he made sure we weren't charged for them. I wouldn't recommend until they hire more staff and get an actual cook.

Gluten free menu
Sami W.

The entire menu can be made gluten-free! The service is great, and the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. Having been gluten free for a few years now, it is difficult enough to find a restaurant with gluten free options. Let alone be able to have an appetizer, entree, and dessert at the same place. LET ALONE have an ENTIRE menu that I can choose from. I wish I wasn't visiting from out of town. I 100% recommend this place to not only gluten free eaters, but everyone.

Piccata gnocchi
Amaziah A.

The service was excellent. The ambiance was ok, and so was the food. I ordered the Chicken Piccata Gnocchi and I would get that again. The calamari was ok.

Asian calamari ~$15. Ok drink (margarita of sorts), ~$12.

I am over the MOON with Moon Bar!…read more If I could live here I would! :) Another excellent experience here and it just happened to be restaurant week. We also spent an hour at the King Tut exhibit across the street! This restaurant/bar always seems packed. And, with reservations for 645pm (highly recommend) the bar was quite busy. The buzz from this high-end cocktail bar is exactly what you want on a Friday evening; From girlfriends sipping their wine to couples laughing and swirling their cocktails, Moon Bar is for the classy and sexy. Abby our server is excellent! A mixologist who knows all the cocktails and can recommend based on your preference. I tried one of their new cocktails with bourbon and did not care for it. Abby made me my mezcal drink that I have ordered before...its the 305 cowboy, an extremely popular drink. A must try for sure! Note: Some bartenders make you feel guilty for saying something about a drink you ordered and did not like. But, here at Moon Bar, Abby was so gracious to make me something that I will enjoy. Hats off to her:) Food: Since it was restaurant week we just shared everything. For starters we ordered the Tuna Tartare that was excellent. Then, we had Piri-Piri Chicken Thighs that were also good but quite spicy. For dessert, we shared the Caribbean Tiramisu, which was great. It was a tough choice between this and the Guava Cheesecake. We were so full that we ended up bringing home leftovers. Oh, I also forgot to mention we always order their Curry Fries - a must try when coming here Trust Me. My husband doesn't love curry but he loves these fries and you will too. #friesaretodiefor Moon Bar, thanks for being amazing in every way. Thanks for your splendid service, crafty cocktails, delicious wine (try the Pinot Noir from Germany), and your amazing food ---Love those Curry Fries! The great palm and golden colada were my favorite. They were both sweet with a tangy aftertaste. The roasted cauliflower was very flavorful. It was heavy on the sauce which was great and loved the crunch of the cashews. The tandoori chicken was my favorite. It was very juicy and tender chicken marinated well. The curly fires had a great masala seasoning. The yogurt based was my favorite to dip into. The staff were excellent with frequent check in and quick service. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Verveine Cafe and Bakery is a fully gluten free bakery in Cambridge that makes the concept feel…read morecompletely beside the point within about thirty seconds of your first bite. We walked into a space that fills up quickly during peak hours, with a cozy, welcoming layout that feels more like a neighborhood cafe than a specialty health shop. The fact that everything on the menu is gluten free stops registering quickly because the quality of the baking stands on its own without needing the qualifier. The ube brownie is a popular item for good reason. It is soft and rich in a way that holds up against any brownie regardless of how it is made, and the ube flavor adds a layer of depth that makes it more interesting than a standard chocolate version. The cinnamon roll is another standout, and the cookies across the board, particularly the peanut butter miso and the chocolate chip, land with a texture and flavor that most bakeries with no dietary restrictions cannot match. The congee is worth knowing about if you want something savory, warming and well seasoned with enough flexibility in the toppings to make it feel like a complete meal rather than an afterthought on an otherwise sweet focused menu. Prices run on the higher side, which is the most common hesitation, but the quality of the ingredients and the execution justify most of it. Lines can get long during peak hours and the space fills up quickly, so coming earlier or during a slower window makes the experience easier. Staff are warm and knowledgeable, happy to walk you through the menu and offer recommendations without any pressure. For a gluten free bakery experience, Verveine is the best in the Boston area without much of a debate. For a bakery experience in general, it holds its own. We would come back for the ube brownie and a cinnamon roll, and we would plan to arrive before the midday rush.

We decided to stick around for an early lunch, so I ordered an avocado toast and black sesame latte. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and we were able to find a table while we waited. Our food was brought out in about five minutes since ordering, but our server forgot about our drinks - these arrived several minutes later. Verveine's avocado toast was by far the most elevated avocado toast I've ever seen. Vibrant pomegranate arils, pink beets (I think), arugula, and pistachios were generously sprinkled over the avocado. The bread was nice and crusty and served as a solid base for the mountain of toppings. As for my drink, I love anything with black sesame, but the latte had a more watered-down black sesame flavor than I was expecting. All in all, I felt satisfied with my light lunch but was really looking forward to trying Verveine's baked goods.

She was so excited when she found Cafe Bonjour because they had several gluten-free options on the menu. We took an Uber there right after we landed and were able to walk right in and get a table when they opened, which worked out perfectly because the place started to fill up! It's a cute little spot with plenty of seating inside, and they also had a nice outdoor parklet that would be great in good weather. We asked to sit at the bar so we could watch the cooks in action, which was really fun. The menu had all the classic breakfast favorites like eggs and French toast, along with some lunch options like hamburgers and chicken wraps. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My wife ordered the gluten-free eggs benedict and absolutely loved it. I had the Bonjour omelet, and it was delicious. Although the serving staff might be so busy as I only see her alone. Came for the dine out dinner menu so I got an app, entree and dessert. The keing D' ananas (cubed porked in a shrimp and fish broth like curry with pineapple) and beef bourguigon was amazing and hands down one of the best in Boston I have tried so far. The entree for mussels and fried pork spring rolls are great but nothing out of the ordinary. Finally, the desserts we got the chocolate truffle cake and that was rich but very delicious. But I personally like a lighter taste so the poached pear with raspberry sorbet was a nice touch to the end! The Thai ice tea was interesting with some tastes of spices so it's not your usual Thai tea. Will look forward to coming back!

The reviews looked good and I was excited to try their unique menu... well, let's just say we were very disappointed. First of all the prices are very expensive. I know this is Boston, but $17 for a cocktail is ridiculous! Our server was lovely, he was very kind and had a kind spirit. I was excited to try the "Rouleaux" since they remind me of the eggrolls, my mother learned from her Vietnamese mother-in-law. It was very crispy, which unfortunately is the only good thing I can say about it. The flavor was so off. It's almost as if the ingredients in the Rouleaux were loudly competing for my attention simultaneously! It didn't really melt in your mouth either, it just felt heavy. The other appetizer we ordered was called Dumplings croustillants au poet epics. This was actually worse than first appetizer. I like lemongrass, but MAN the lemongrass was so overpowering. I started to wonder... "is this how it's always made"?! I'm not even exaggerating. Overall, the atmosphere was nice - definitely pricey, and the food isn't worth the hype. Till next eats, SJ
