Scotch (in the back) and bourbon flights, 4 x 1oz. for $15 per flight
Bill Z.

My take-aways from my first visit to An Sibin were: (1) If I lived locally, I'd be here a lot, (2) Their prices for whiskey pours are really quite good, and (3) It felt like Dottie was letting me know that I wasn't giving her enough attention. This place feels like it could be "The 'Cheers' of Whiskey Bars" with its neighborly and casual feel. Food choices are limited but obviously good, the beers are popular, but I could not get over the prices for the 1 and 2 oz. pours. A limited number of flights are available too, 1 each per whiskey, rye, bourbon, and scotch, four specific 1oz. pours each for $15. The shot glasses were a little mis-matched, but they definitely had the same amount in each. It might not be the easiest place to get to by car or by T, especially during busy hours, but it's definitely worth it.

Very small portion of steak tips, came out hard and room temp.

I went for dinner last night, ordered the steak tips & mashed potatoes. When the plate came out, there were 7 small pieces of hard steak. It was one of the most disappointing meals I have had out. There was a cup of mashed potatoes. The dish was listed at $23, rung up at $25.

Great selection & service! Come to see Dottie!! She's the best. We came by on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded. Dottie was hanging at the bar and enjoyed some pats. We ended up grabbing the corner booth and had apps as well as drink combos. Great deal and very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have been meeting a group of friends on Monday nights for dinner and drinks the past few weeks here. We ALL love to have our weekly get togethers at An Sibin! The atmosphere, the service, the food, and the drinks are all top-notch! I highly recommend the Sibin Soda, off their signature cocktail menu. I can't pick a favorite food item off the menu because they are ALL SO GOOD. But I can recommend the food menu items I have enjoyed the most so far. - French onion soup - Beet salad - Buffalo tenders - Chicken sandwich There is a pork chop dinner with my name on it in the very near future :) And if you're a dog person, like me, you'll love to meet the hostess. Just ask for Dottie. ;) #whiskeybar #foodiedestination #dogloverswelcome

Glad to see this location once again home to a great restaurant. It's a beautiful, homey place, with a little dining room curled around the bar. The selection of drinks looks good, and the food is beautifully done. Corned beef Benedict was a phenomenal brunch, with perfectly-cooked eggs, potatoes with pepper and onion, and delicious slices of corned beef. Just look at it!

Great new spot in Inman square! Cozy atmosphere. We got the fried chicken sandwich, smash burger and special margarita (avocado, mango and cilantro). Looking forward to coming back!

Pictured: the corned beef Benedict; delicious.

Upon entrance is a doorman who is so friendly and accommodating! He found us an open table and checked on us throughout the night. The place was packed and they only had maybe 5 or 6 employees so the service was a little slow but understandable. I think the longest wait was about 20 minutes when we were waiting to get our initial drink order taken, but everything after that was fairly quick. For drinks I got a thin mint martini because they were out of the chocolate reuge martini I wanted. It was so yummy and came with 3 thin mint cookies. My mom got a pistachio martini and the Jefferson Tea. Both were pretty good but I wouldn't order again. My dad got Dead Mans Redemption which is good if you like bourbon. It comes with a wood topper and they light it on fire, let smoke fill in the drink, and then take the wood off. The drink then has notes of smoked wood in it which is cool. For food we got the crispy spring rolls and pepperoni flatbread. Both were so good!!!! It was absolutely worth the wait!!! I could eat the whole flatbread myself it was that good and I can't wait to go back and get another one. The crowd is definitely much older, not a lot of younger people around. It's a good date night for married couples. Overall it was a nice place and I would come back.

We had heard stories of the hotel attached to Last Hurrah being haunted so we were intrigued. The hotel and bar were very busy. The staff were friendly and the cocktails were refreshing. We were seated at the window and had an amazing view of the street. Honestly I could have sat there all day watching the people and cars on the street. Unfortunately our time there came to an end and we had to move on. This was a fun cocktail bar.

As a frequent guest amenity, I was given a ticket for a free drink at this bar and so I stopped in to the bar to avail myself of that. The bar is long and lovely. Deep, rich dark wood lined walls are interspersed with dark graphite painted walls which are decorated with interesting iconic black and white framed photos. Large picture windows line the long side of the bar so if people watching is your thing, there was plenty of opportunity to do that here. The whole look is quite nice. As you can see, my free drink was a very generous pour. I was a bit peckish and was two hours out from dinner so I ordered from the bar menu.....a trio of deviled eggs! Yum! Great place to take a load off and have some small plates!

The spare ribs were tasty and I think they had some truffle oil. The sushi and sashimi was very fresh. The chefs provided 3-6 pieces of sashimi/sushi/nigiri of each type of fish so we could do our own tasty menu together. Our sushi boat came with the seared hamachi make + caviar roll which was really good. I would definitly order that again. The prices can be expensive, but the sushi is fresh and worth it for special occassions!

We ordered a couple of craft cocktails with the olives. The olives came out warm and they were garnished with cardamom, citrus, and olive oil. They were tremendous. I ordered the lamb shoulder and was very impressed. Super tender, fall off the bone, and flavorful. Great for a cold day! The gravy was done perfectly, just wish there was some mashed potatoes to go with it. It came with carrot and cabbage. You could tell it was cooking for several hours with love. Definitely worth it! The Bigoni Carbonara was very rich made with thick homemade spaghettoni. It was very guanciale forward in flavor. We added pepper as we ate it. There was none left on the plate at the end, but I would not order it again.

Otherwise the cod itself was cooked well but nothing to write home about. I also wish they'd add a side of rice.
