Previously, I saw ppl talking about this new buffet in flushing and I have been wanting to go and check it out. They were not kidding about the seafood. I was happy with the selection! Do you see how much we filled our plates with seafood? They practically had all the seafood: oysters, clams, abalone, sashimi, shrimp, crawfish, crab, crab leg (my family and don't really care too much for crab legs so we opted out), octopus, frog, jellyfish, steamed or grilled fish. You name it and it's practically there. Probably the only one missing was lobster and I didn't mind. We were also happy with the meat selection. The lamb was well seasoned and cooked to medium rare. I also really liked the chicken yakitori. We would have tried everything if we could fit it in our tummies. Just so you know, we definitely got our money's worth. Crazy part is all this food was less than $50/pp. The staff were also really sweet and nice. They were attentive and retrieved the dirty plates quickly and were really nice and friendly about it. I would go back again!

All the reels are hyping this place up. Doesn't worth the price. Foods cold at the buffet. So disappointed, will not return. There's free parking all day Sunday and dinner services during the week.

Two things that make Sea & Sky Feast Buffet 海天盛宴 a good destination for all-you-can-eat Asian-style buffet seekers: - The restaurant is close to the mass transit hub of Downtown Flushing, whereas other buffets in the same class are less convenient to mass transit. - The food is higher quality than other similarly-styled buffet restaurants, and that is reflected in the price. My favorite items from a recent holiday lunch visit ($42.99 per person plus tax and tip) were the stir-fried snow crab legs, walnut shrimp, and fried lobster. The stir-fried snow crab legs were medium-light on oil, and seemed less salty compared to the regular steamed snow crab legs. Both versions seemed fresh; it may be worthwhile to eat snow crab legs here than to buy and make your own from a local supermarket. The walnut shrimp had a light crisp. The fried lobster was heavier on oil, but still tasty. The regular steamed crab legs, stir-fried beef, and chicken wings were also good. The grilled oysters needed a splash of lemon. The lamb chops and the Peking Duck buns were OK; I wouldn't have missed them. Tea and soda are complimentary, as are freshly squeezed / blended orange juice, carrot juice, and apple / cucumber juice. The one issue I have with the menu is that Sea & Sky Feast Buffet doesn't explain on the menu the differences in pricing tiers of lunch, all-day dinner, and holidays, other than to state that holiday pricing provides "special dishes". The restrooms lack paper towels by the sinks, and use electric hand dryers instead. Bring some napkins with you if you don't watch to touch the restroom doors on the way out. Suggested tips are based on pre-tax subtotals and start at 15%.

Came here on a Saturday night with a group of 4. We were seated quickly. There is a lack of food in both quality and quantity. A lot of the trays were empty. Most of the selection were deep fried or frozen food. I visited during the restaurant's opening, and the food was excellent (lamb chops, crab legs, more sushi). So this second visit was shocking. Even for $27pp AYCE (with a promotion from September btw), this place is overpriced. I would not come back.

This restaurant is fairly new. The food is fresh and they have so many varieties compared to the many other buffets I've been to. They have fresh sushi and fresh seafood. The food stations are constantly being restocked. They have fresh lobster on Sundays only. They have an area just for dessert's and ice cream station. The staff is so friendly and constantly asking you if you need anything. The restaurant is so brightly lit and nicely decorated and clean. The bathrooms are clean also. My new favorite go to Buffet AYCE

For the price, it can't get better than Sea and Sky Feast Buffet in terms of variety of luxury seafoods like king crab, abalone, conch, raw oysters and clams, and an assortment of sashimi! There's plenty of hot foods as well. Each person gets a complimentary soft drink. We went two times, first time on a Saturday night around 8 pm and a second time on a Friday night at 7 PM. Both times we were seated right away. It was never crowded during these times. My girlfriend and I could not stop eating the grilled garlic oysters toward the back of the buffet. The butter and garlic combo is simply delicious. They also have Peking duck for those of you who can't resist the juiciness of roasted duck and hoisin combo. We also ate a lot of king crab legs which can be hard to extract the meat without the proper tools but luckily one of our friends brought a scissor just for this occasion. Some of their special concoctions were great too such as abalone with vermicelli, conch with bean sprouts, or steamed egg with shredded crab. We honestly did not even get to try everything in our two times coming here because we fell in love with certain dishes right away and kept on going back for more. I highly recommend this place. Especially with the great price they have for dinner right now. I have a feeling the price will increase in the near future because of the value this restaurant brings.

Wide variety of options. Jack of all trades and master of none. Come hungry and leave full, but nothing was too memorable. TLDR: lots of options that were okay to munch on, nothing to wow you. Bang for your buck. You got options of Chinese bbq, vegetables, fried appetizers, seafood, meats, cold dishes, sushi, fresh juice and dessert (fruits, cakes, and ice cream). I tried a little of everything and I'm not going to describe it all lol. But in general the fried apps were okay, the battle for the crab legs and lobster was brutal. Your fellow customers will be the typical inconsiderate hungry people. I saw an older lady grab her friend and take the ENTIRE TRAY. The moment it was refilled it was quickly taken away by the next couple of people. I was lucky to eat a singular lobster tail that was left behind. The fried and steamed seafood (not sushi) was a hit or miss. Most of it was borderline not fresh. 3/5 of my shrimps was hard to peel and mushy. The meats were decent, would avoid the Chinese sausage. Cold meats were not marinated well. Sushi was pretty good for an ayce buffet. Surprisingly fresh and tasty. Staff was attentive, always clearing out plates, offering napkins, drinks, and asking if we need anything. Bathrooms were not clean. Someone left a nasty surprise in there when I went sadly.

Came to try with my nephew and honestly not a huge fan of this. They have a selection of items but some dishes are good while others are not. I would not recommend coming here.

The service was great! The food however was a bit underwhelming; there are a lot of dishes like beef & broccoli, sour fish, seafood mix, etc but it was overall subpar. The sushi was ok, I enjoyed the tuna and salmon sashimi the most. They also have a variety of fruits like honeydew, grapes, oranges. Also, dessert like cookies and cake. For seafood they have crab legs but it's iced up, there's butter and lemon on the side. I expected a bit more from it since I got their too good to go box and it was delicious. The ambiance was really neutral and being there for a while really tired me out It was ayce $28 per person, 1.5 hours dining.

I took my brother here recently for his birthday. He went on a Sunday right after they opened for lunch. They were only a few tables when we arrived but it filled up quickly within the hour. The buffet is nicely lit and was well staffed. Service was excellent and attentive. The price for lunch on a Sunday is the same as a dinner price and it's $40 per person. I went straight for the seafood and notice that they had a lobster as well as crab legs and shrimp cocktail. They had Peking duck made to order as well as variety of desserts and sushi rolls. The normal price during a weekday for lunch is about $27 but I think they do not have certain things available such as the lobster. The restaurant is fairly new and is located Just off of Main Street on Sanford Avenue. I may go back again on a weekday with friends for lunch rather than pay the dinner price for a lunch meal.

New all you can eat buffet that recently opened in flushing. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the flushing subway station. Lunch is $26.99 (Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 3:30 pm), Dinner is $37.99 (Monday to Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm), $40 all day and $42.99 on Holidays. In addition, if you bring 5 of your friends here on your birthday, the birthday person eat free. Kids under 3 feet eat free. The price includes the food, soft drinks, hot tea, coffee and even ice cream. I came here for lunch on Saturday. They have sushi, chinese food, fries, chicken wings, soup (hot & sour, oysters, pork ribs, shrimp, dim sum and crab legs. For Saturday lunch it was great value because it filled me up. However, if you are looking for lamb and lobster, they don't have it for lunch. Everything was clean and the waitress was quick to clean up after you find a dish and refill your drinks. Will definitely come back for dinner to try their full menu.

I've been seeing this buffet restaurant all over social media and decided to try it. It's located in the heart of Flushing, so your best option is to come by public transportation. They do have paid parking, such as metered and private parking, if you need it during their lunch ours. In addition, they seem to also offer free parking during dinner time. I came during lunch so the wait was about 20 minutes long. Upon sitting down, the staff asks what you want to drink. I was able to try a variety of foods, ranging from grilled oysters, sashimi, meats, and crab legs. My main reason for coming during lunch was for the crab legs. Just the crab legs itself would be worth it for lunch. I did find the meat they offered (short ribs) to be a bit salty and full of fat. The way they have the tables and seatings are a little awkward. As I was seated on the left hand side, I had to move around to get to the food area. The layout of the food selections are in an L shape, which allows you to browse through all the choices you have. The seafood section was fully stocked. The grilled oysters did take a while to get as they were making it on the spot and there were multiple people ahead of me on the line. Overall, it is a decent place to get your buffet fix. Staff were very attentive, which is always a plus. They constantly came to take away the plates and provided the refills for the drinnks. There's a variety of hot foods and seafood available to choose from. At the end, you can get ice cream as a dessert.

We enjoyed our meal here very much. We went on a Saturday for dinner right as they opened at 5pm, and the restaurant was almost empty. By the time we left around 6:30pm, the restaurant was almost full (but no line yet) so recommend coming early. There is a 90min time limit for all parties. At $37.99 for dinner, it's less expensive than some of the competitors in the area, and the food was fresh and tasty. The options aren't as many as some of the competitors in the area, but I thought the selection was still quite nice. And again, for that price, I'm okay with having slightly less selections but that's personal preference, my husband didn't think so haha. Soft drinks and tea are complimentary, beer is just $1.99/bottle. The most important marker for a buffet for me is the raw seafood, and this spot had a good selection. They have raw clams and oysters, chilled crab legs, sushi and raw sashimi (tuna, salmon, white fish, etc). Pretty solid selection, and everything seemed to be good quality and fresh. Everything was clean, and I was slightly thirstier afterwards than usuals (MSG?!) but not overly so. Service was kind and quick. I'd definitely be back!

Spring Shabu Shabu is still my favorite hot pot spot of all time. Yes, I said it!…read more It's clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which is honestly rare to find in Flushing. On top of that, they even have authentic Dole Whip, so you don't have to wait in line at Disneyland to enjoy it! I've been coming to Spring Shabu Shabu since they first opened years ago, and they have never disappointed me. If you're looking for a huge variety of freshly made noodles, fish cakes, vegetables, and other hot pot essentials, this is the place to be. Although it's AYCE (all-you-can-eat), meats, seafood, and drinks are not included. Honestly, with all the options available at the buffet, it's more than enough for me. The fresh ramen is usually my noodle of choice, but there are so many great unique flavors that you really can't go wrong. Today, I tried the chili garlic and curry noodles, and both were delicious. The curry flavor was light and subtle, but you can definitely taste it when eaten on its own. The chili garlic noodles had a nice kick that I really enjoyed. If you're new to hot pot, this is a great place to start. Everyone gets their own individual pot and can choose their own broth. My family and I prefer not to share because we all enjoy different ingredients and flavors, so having a personal pot allows everyone to customize their meal. I love spicy food, so I always order the Mala broth. The service here is excellent. Special shoutout to Wendy and Jamaica for always being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. My family and I truly appreciate your hospitality every time we visit. Is it loud? Yes, but not "concert loud." The atmosphere is lively, the music is great, and it's very family-friendly. It's also perfect for large parties and gatherings since there's a separate private room near the entrance. Tips for First-Time Visitors: Most of the parking spaces in the front large lot have been blocked off, so give yourself extra time to find parking around Flushing. Make sure everyone in your party is present since the entire group must be present to be seated. Once seated, place your order first, then head to the buffet area to grab your food. Don't forget to stop by the sauce station near the entrance and create your own dipping sauce! Finally, save room for dessert! Soft serve ice cream: Matcha, vanilla, lactose free vanilla and the famous Dole Whip! Choice of cup or cone. Bottom line: Spring Shabu Shabu continues to be my favorite hot pot restaurant. Great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere so stop by and give it try!

Pricing has increased since the last time we were here which is understandable with the increase in cost. They do not validate parking anymore. Waitress had greeted us and asked for the soups right away since we had been here before. We had requested if we can get a pot of plain water for the baby so that we can boil stuff without any sodium. She said sorry that will have to cost extra. But then I referred back to their ad that children under 3 eats free. And the whole explanation was yes but they could not have their own pot. She says this is just company policy and that it's not my decision. A few minutes later she came back and said I talked to management and they said it was ok for you to have a pot of plain water. After this, she doesn't come back to check in on us or ask for any refills on the soup and had to flag her down. Plates were slow to be cleared. Food - in the past we loved the fresh noodles here, but not anymore. Maybe it's due to less people, but the noodles are old and stay clumped up together. Everything else was pretty typical with the vegetables and the various types of fish balls. I don't think we will be returning here anytime soon. There are so many hot pot places to go to that are higher quality and better service. It's sad because they were once so popular, but I don't think they have adapted to the changing restaurant options in flushing.

Let's be entirely candid: you do not come here strictly for a high-gastronomy masterclass. The food itself is pleasant, perfectly adequate, and entirely serviceable--though perhaps nothing too wildly extraordinary on its own. Rather, this is an establishment built entirely around theater and atmosphere. It is an experience best shared among a lively, larger group of friends where the energy of the room can carry the evening. While the sweeping views are delightful and the presentation is undeniably striking, the real draw here is the sheer visual spectacle. Come for the vibrant ambiance, bring your camera for the inevitable photo-op, and gather your favorite people to share in the fun. A majority of the food received did not look like the photos on the menu. The meat was low quality and seemed cheap. The portions were tiny and you have to keep ordering multiple of the same things. Unlike Korean bbq or Chinese bbq when you're ordering the portions given are just sample size. 3 to 4 small cut portions of meat. The chicken wings served look nothing like the photos and are honestly really bad. When checking out my bill had an extra drink on it that I never ordered and it took 15 mins to be corrected. It felt like they thought I was lying and needed to review video or something because I had 3 other waiters come talk to me while I waited for a resolution. The best part of the experience was the marshmallows we got at the end and the free fruit provided but I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone nor would I want to come back in the future If these are the standards the restaurant goes by

Finally gave it a try after walking past many times. Not a bad price for all-you-can-eat. However,…read morethe beef and fish were not the best quality, and the portions are quite small--you need to order multiple portions of the same item for a group of four. We ordered the chicken wings for the kids, and they were pink both times. They offered to remake them, but we just gave up. The meat quality is worse than any good Korean barbecue I've had. Would not return.

Check in at the kiosk when you arrive and stay close by--we missed our name being called and had to wait another 30 minutes after an already 2-hour wait for our party of five. Once seated, we understood why it's so popular. The restaurant features a beautiful water wheel, multiple levels of seating, and a lively atmosphere. You customize your meal by choosing your broth, meats, vegetables, and sauces. We started with the spicy broth, but it was overloaded with chili peppers for our taste, so we switched to the herbal broth, which was rich, fragrant, and absolutely delicious. The fresh ingredients were the highlight. We enjoyed the water spinach so much that we ordered three servings. Other favorites included the milky beef, lotus root, beef balls, bean curd sheets, and several other fresh selections. The extensive sauce bar let everyone create their perfect dipping sauce. Considering the generous portions and quality, the prices were very reasonable. The wait is long, but the outstanding food makes it worthwhile. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Flushing.

We choose to sit on the tatami mats, so shoes come off. The tell you to go get your sauces, but don't tell you that there's a $2 charge for them. We got the meeting spicy broth and the mushroom broth. The spicy broth was covered completely in dried red peppers. It definitely infused the food with spice. The broth themselves weren't amazing. They were fine. Their homemade rice wine on the other hand is absolutely delicious. I would go back for that alone. Their snacks, the fried broad beans, and seeds were very good. The cabbage was also delicious and fresh. The duck tongue was absolutely delicious, as were the beef balls. All the mushrooms were very good. The beef tongue was eh... the premium lamb was better. The taro balls took a very long time to cook.. the glass noodles disintegrated in the broth. Overall, the ambiance is what made the meal great, it was cozy and pretty. The broth, the meat were okay. Glad I tried it, but there are better spots for the food hot pot... just not as good of an ambiance as here.
