We went for dinner at Sancho. We all got the house margarita which was really good! Service was great! We all shared The Whole Enchilada which were various salsas, guacamole, queso and chips. It was so good! For my entree I got the Chicken Tinga Tacos which were tasty and my fiancé got Beef Fajita Taco with rice and beans. It was all really yummy and we would definitely stop by again the next time we are in town

Quick dinner here tonight. We started with the mini trio. Guac, queso, salsa, and chips were all good. I had three different tacos...the Al Pastor, chicken fajita, and barbacoa. I liked them all. My wife thought her two avocado and egg tacos were just fair. Service was prompt and friendly. We'd come here again if in the mood for tacos.

Pork belly and steak carnitas taco

Food: We had queso and chips to start which I enjoyed! The queso had good flavor, and had some peppers too adding color and texture. The salsa was not good it just tasted like tomatoes, like no spice or flavor really. I had the pork belly tacos and steak carnitas which were both delicious!! The pork belly was moist and the sauce on it I liked. The carnitas meat was also good, and the pico de gallo added a nice refreshing hit. Service: Food came out really quick and all the employees were very nice! Atmosphere: I liked the mountain small town vibe, with the outdoor seating and smaller interior. The one thing was that the bathrooms upstairs I couldn't find and it just led to like another sort of kitchen looking area. Overall: It was a good lunch spot for our breck day trip.

Impossible taco and sweet potato taco

Sancho had great customer service and a lovely dog friendly outdoor seating area with aspens. Their pricing is also fantastic for the area! I ordered the rehydrator, mini trio of dips, and 2 tacos. The rehydrator is a must try refreshing and citrusy drink while at you're in the altitude. The salsa, queso, and spicy salsa were tasty and enough for the 4 of us. In the future I would not get the spicy salsa as the flavor was not as enjoyable as the other dips. The impossible taco was fantastic and very filling, in the future I would get two of these. I had also gotten a sweet potato taco- this one however was not very flavorful and had a strange almost fishy taste. This one is a skip. Overall this is a great inexpensive place to stop for lunch, and they are right by empire burger if someone doesn't want tacos! Allergen labeling would be a great addition to the menu!!

While in Breckenridge I decided to stop for a quick snack on a hot summers day at this very cute Mexican eatery. Since it was such a nice day we decided to sit at a table outside and order a few margaritas and something to eat. We were seated immediately by a very attentive server Tyler who immediately brought water to the table and provided menus. We placed drink and food orders and did not have to wait very long for their arrival. Tyler dropped off " the whole enchilada" which consisted of a basket of tortilla chips and tons of things to scoop and dip into. He explained each one and the intensity of heat so as to not have us blow our pallets out. We of course tried them all each delicious in their own way. I also had one of my favorite Mexican dishes, the cocktail. If you read other reviews of mine you might see this is a go to item. This cocktail was loaded with plenty of shrimp and avocado and was as good as many others I have tried. All in all we found the food and service to be four stars.

For a place like Breckinridge to find a good Mexican restaurant is amazing. Close to where we stayed and on Main St. Very reasonable prices and amazing chips, guacamole and queso.

The duck taco and chorizo taco were amazing! The Bentley margarita was bomb! You won't regret visiting!

Craving some tacos for dinner we decided to check out Sancho while in Breckenridge! Arriving a little after 5 on a weekday we were able to be seated right away. They do have high chairs available for tiny diners! We started out with chips and salsa - the salsa was great, a little on the spicy side but the chips were a little too thin & greasy. I ordered a avocado breakfast-style taco that had eggs and pico along with a shrimp taco. I asked if they could grill the shrimp instead of frying and the waitress said that would be doable. However the shrimp seemed cold and more shrimp-cocktail style. The taco still had great flavor though. My husband had a tinga chicken taco and a baja fish taco and he said the chicken taco was SO spicy. We asked the waitress what makes the taco so spicy and she said the peppers they use are fresh so sometimes they are spicier than normal depending on the peppers that day. The service was great and super quick! All in all a good dining experience.

We were having beers at a near by brewery so we ordered 2 tacos and nachos to go. We ordered on an app so it was super easy. The app told us our order would be ready in 20 minutes. At that time, we walked over, paid, and grabbed the food. The process was easy. All the food was really good. It had a different flavoring then what I am use to with the white cheese. I enjoyed it for something different but would not be able to eat all the time due to the richness. Overall, great experience and would recommend.

Yummy taco Saturday

Ordered the Elote Bowl app which was great although the house made tortilla chips were seasoned with a spicy salt which rather overpowered the Elote. However we asked for plain chips and they made them up FRESH. Great customer service!! My wife ordered Enchiladas Verde. She generally only orders 1 ala carte and the dinner came with 3 enchiladas + rice and beans ... it was huge so we had take home boxes. I had the chili rellanos which were 2 good sized poblano peppers stuffed with a great cheese mixture, breaded and fried. They were tasty and really good. We were joined by a friend who had the happy hour beef tacos ... also really good. They had a wide nicely curated selection of tequilas, mezcals, sotols, etc. Molly, an off-duty employee, gave me a quick education on 'washed' tequilas, etc. Molly knows her stuff + Am B was very attentive. Closed soon for a month but plans are to reopen for summer and beyond. We loved the experience!!! As an addendum, they specifically told me how to reheat my Rellano later! In addition, the spice on the Rellano was truly unusual and spectacular upon reheating. I hadn't really noticed that at the restaurant!!!

My hubby had the quesadilla with steak one time and with al pastor. I think the quesadilla with al pastor was hands down the best! The guys working here are very friendly, and the food is made to order so there is a little wait (like 10-15min). But that just means you're getting fresh food! There's a few tables out there to sit at to enjoy your goodies. Highly recommend adding this to your list next time you're in Breckenridge looking for some authentic Mexican food.

***TREVOR NEEDS A RAISE***…read more I had an awesome experience at Breckenridge Tap House. Right when we walked in the whole place just had a super relaxed vibe. There was no wait at all, which is pretty rare in Breckenridge, especially during ski season. We got seated right away and everything felt easy from the start. It was the kind of place where you can just kick back after a day on the mountain and grab some good food. Our waiter Trevor was an absolute chiller. Seriously one of the most laid-back and friendly servers I've had in a while. He came over right away, brought us waters, and just had a super good attitude the whole time. Instead of rushing through everything like some places do, he actually talked with us and made the whole experience feel way more personal. One thing we really appreciated was how cool he was about the menu. My son wanted to order off the kids menu and Trevor had no issue with it at all. He didn't make it weird or complicated, he just said no problem and took the order. Little things like that go a long way and made the whole meal way smoother. The food also came out really fast and everything we got was solid. Trevor kept checking in at the perfect times and made sure our waters stayed full without being annoying about it. He also talked with us about skiing and the conditions around Breckenridge, which was cool because we had just been out on the mountain. It felt like talking to someone who actually enjoys the town and the people coming through. The best part was honestly after we left. We accidentally forgot something at the table and didn't realize until we were already outside. When we came back, Trevor was literally waiting with it ready to give it back to us. That kind of thing doesn't happen everywhere. Overall the service was great, the food came out fast, and Trevor was an absolute chiller the entire time. I'd definitely come back here again.

The service was very quick and friendly, and I was honestly surprised by the speed as we stopped in on a very busy Saturday afternoon. It makes you instantly hungry and has a way of making you forget about skiing or any other plans. I went with the two street tacos for $20. I chose the Elk and the Steak, opting for double black beans instead of rice to keep the diet right. Both were fantastic; the succulent steak provided a perfect balance to the leaner elk. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa, and Mi Casa delivered a great trio: a fresh pico, a solid medium verde, and a "light you up" option for those who want the heat. The bar serves a solid Ranch Water with true Topo Chico instead of club soda from the gun, and my son gave the kids' quesadilla a strong report. The interior is well-executed--it transports you without feeling kitschy. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, a reality-based "win" for a post-mountain meal.

Walking in on a cold February day, the mood and ambiance were warm and inviting. The downstairs bar was lively, and the wood ceiling and decor definitely gave off a classic aged lodge feel. Since they're part of the CamelBak and Stanley cup generation, they hadn't seen anything like them before. My son was impressed by the size of the kids' burger, and the fries were great. The rest of us had the NY Strip. I'd say it was good, but not great--though I did appreciate the blackened seasoning and the chimichurri. The grilled asparagus, however, was simply fantastic. The showstopper was the upside-down apple pie with what seemed to be homemade vanilla ice cream. Both were generous portions and kindly comped by our server for my birthday. I ordered my standard Ranch Water, though it unfortunately didn't come in their traditional canteen cup. Overall, it's a great spot. I look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Colorado.

They have a great layout at the original location, though you wouldn't think it being in a commercial warehouse. There's a big garage door that opens in the back to outdoor seating. It's a great place to hangout for a few hours. They also have a shuttle that takes patrons back to Main Street. Just call or ask the crew for more details. Again, favorite brewery in Breck.
