Smash burger with side of tots

We brought a few friends visiting us to Breckenridge Distillery and had a good experience. They have a 9mo baby and we were skeptical as to if a distillery would be able to accommodate us - to our surprise, they accommodate babies and dogs both! Staff is very friendly. We got a few drinks - I tried the tickle pickle and actually liked it. My husband and friend got the obi-wan old fashioned and they liked their drink too. For food, we got the smash burger and the dak mi sandwich, burger was good, dak mi was a bit on the tangier side. Overall good I would say. The ambiance is very Star Wars inspired which was nice. They have a liquor tasting section which was nice if you wanted to experience that. Overall we had a good experience. Recommend this place

Great tour with David today. Lots of samples, and we learned a ton too about how they make, barrel, and store all their spirits. Highly recommend a tour if this is your thing. We'll get back by and try the restaurant at some point.

This distillery has probably some of the best cocktails I've ever had at a distillery (and potentially in general)! The alcohol itself is great and the cocktails are creative, fun and tasty. They didn't have food available when we visited, but all we cared about was cocktails. I would call before coming by just to ensure they're open and serving food and/or drinks. There are plenty of cocktails to choose from, with a variety of alcohols and flavor profiles to suit all tastes. We loved all the cocktails we ordered, especially the Shit is Bananas. We also ordered Sugar Plum Drop, Pom Collins, and Rogue Planet. Service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant area is bright and spacious, with some unique artwork throughout. They seem to be into Star Wars here, as there was plenty of Star Wars artwork and cocktails. If I'm ever back in Breck, I'll certainly be stopping by this distillery again.

We were traveling to Denver and decided to stop in Breckenridge for dinner, where we found this really cool spot. I believe it's known as the highest distillery in Colorado--don't quote me on that, though! To get to the restaurant, you walk through their shop area where they sell their own whiskeys and bitters, which was a nice touch. The space itself has a super fun vibe--filled with quirky retro art featuring Star Wars and Jacques Cousteau. We came at just the right time before the dinner rush, but I did call ahead to make a reservation just in case (and I'd definitely recommend doing that). Their cocktail menu was impressive--plenty of whiskey-based drinks, creative mocktails, and fun themed names (some Star Wars inspired). I ordered the Rogue Planet, which was light, tart, and delicious, and also tried The Moon and Antarctica--if you love passionfruit, you'll love that one. My mom got the Coconut Old Fashioned, which she liked so much she ended up buying the rum to recreate it at home. My dad went with the Obi-Wan Old Fashioned, a solid classic. The food menu had a great mix of appetizers, shareables, and entrées. You must get the Chicharrones if you love pork rinds--these were unlike any I've had before: crispy, flavorful, and super sharable. The Flame-Grilled Baguette was another winner--warm, buttery, and perfectly crisp. My sister and I shared the Filet and Frites (medium), and it was absolute perfection--tender, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth good. My dad got the sharable ribeye, and my mom went with the striped bass (I think), and while they both enjoyed theirs, they agreed ours was the best dish of the night! For dessert, we all shared a sundae topped with popcorn--which sounded strange at first but turned out to be so good. Sweet, salty, and totally addictive. We also received a complimentary non alcoholic champagne made by Brad Pitt. Very Crisp called Enroot. Wish I bought some to take home. Before leaving, we picked up some whiskey to take home and were helped by Ricardo, who was so kind--and fun fact, he's Brazilian, just like my mom! Overall, it was a great experience--amazing food, fun atmosphere, and great vibes all around. We'd definitely come back next time we're in Breckenridge.

A fan from the first purchase of a bottle for a friend. I purchased at a Costco in Chicago. He likes only beer so I kept it. Now been to this distillery 3 times and tasted almost everything at the Keystone Bacon and Bourbon Festival. This is a great design and decor inside with amazing displays of all things Bourbon and an incredible restaurant. Fun and professional staff. Now more selection than ever. Gin, Vodka in various flavors. Scotch, whiskey and Bourbon

Excellent atmosphere, attentive service, delicious food and awesome cocktails. We had a great first experience and look forward to a return visit on our next trip back. We went during happy hour and had the sticky ribs, pork rinds and tots. We also had the obi wan old fashioned, rogue planet, herbalist and sazerac.

Excellent service and food! We really enjoyed our experience and plan to be back again. We started with the Romain Caesar salad, which had lots of Parmesan on top. For mains we had the green curry muscles and cowboy butter strip steak. Would order it all again! We also got the sticky chard broccoli which was not impressive, would skip next time.

We enjoyed the happy hour menu prior to the distillery tour. We started with cocktails and the 420 Tots- delicious! We continued with a salad and the sticky ribs, followed by the smash burger. All the food was terrific. We really loved the atmosphere and enjoyed great service from Joel. See for yourself on your next visit.

The restaurant in the distillery is undoubtedly one of my favorite spots in all of Summit County. The staff is INCREDIBLE. We have been coming here once a week recently and have never had a negative experience. Rather, the opposite - every server and bartender that we have come into contact with has been courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. The bartenders are some of the best I have come across (ever!). The menu changes seasonally, so you are never disappointed. Some of the menu items I could eat every day, though. The burger on happy hour is one of the best burgers I have EVER had... it is one of the best deals at the distillery during happy hour. You cannot skip dessert here. We did many visits and once we got the cookies, we will never skip a dessert here again - they are perfectly curated to and a visit here.

My boyfriend made a reservation months in advance for a party of 7 and the distillery said that they couldn't do larger than a party of 6. We had to sit at the bar away from the rest of the group, while we noticed at least two other parties of 7+ people. The bartender was exceptionally kind, friendly and informative. I am plant based and not drinking so dinning here felt extremely awkward, but he made a few modifications and crafted some lovely mock-tails. If you are plant based, your options are extremely limited. There is nothing vegan on the menu and only a few things that can be modified to be. None of the entrees are vegan, so you will probably leave hungry. However, if you are a meat eater, this is definitely the place for you as all of the menu is very meat/dairy heavy. They also offer great cocktails, of course, and have a few fun Star Wars themed drinks.

We sat at the bar because we heard great things about the happy hour from the locals. 2 Food: We researched before coming to Breckenridge what place had the best burger and Aurum's French Onion Burger came up at the top of the list. It did not disappoint. It was cooked to perfection (we like medium rare) and the sea salt french fries were delicious (no condiments needed for the burger or the fries)!! 3. Employees: The Hostess was friendly and got us seated right away. The Bartenders (Mike and George) made our evening a blast. Mike Ruda has a signature drink on the menu that he created called the Duck Fat Cadillac and it is a home run cocktail (10 out 10)!! George Johnson is a great conversationalist and is engaged with the customers. We showed him a twist to our favorite drink back home in San Antonio, the Carajillo and he made it perfectly! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Breckenridge and make sure you grab a seat at the bar and enjoy the conversations and the Duck Fat Cadillac!!

Now I recommend going early for happy hour or making reservations. We were heading out around 5:30pm and there was no seating available. For happy hour I had a glass of Rosé and lemon parmesan fries. The food, people, and ambiance were so amazing, we made dinner reservations for the whole fam. Luckily there was availability. That night we were sat promptly when we arrived and the table was set up with menus and water waiting for us. For appetizer, we started off with the Parker House rolls with the house honey butter and OMG those rolls are so fluffy and delicious. Highly suggest getting the rolls if you like bread. The butter complimented the bread beautifully. I started off the night with the blackberry smash with tequila and it was delicious. Just the right combo of sweetness. For entree we went with their Pasta Rotante which for the night was a crazy flavor combo of tomato, pumpkin seeds, crunchy carrot strings, sage and chicken sausage. I'm probably missing other ingredients, but it was a dance of flavors on the tongue. Our waiter recommended pairing this with a glass of Pinot Noir and it was the perfect compliment.

The spicy marg was also tasty. Ordered the Elote Bowl app which was great although the house made tortilla chips were seasoned with a spicy salt which rather overpowered the Elote. However we asked for plain chips and they made them up FRESH. Great customer service!! My wife ordered Enchiladas Verde. She generally only orders 1 ala carte and the dinner came with 3 enchiladas + rice and beans ... it was huge so we had take home boxes. I had the chili rellanos which were 2 good sized poblano peppers stuffed with a great cheese mixture, breaded and fried. They were tasty and really good. We were joined by a friend who had the happy hour beef tacos ... also really good. They had a wide nicely curated selection of tequilas, mezcals, sotols, etc. Molly, an off-duty employee, gave me a quick education on 'washed' tequilas, etc. Molly knows her stuff + Am B was very attentive. Closed soon for a month but plans are to reopen for summer and beyond. We loved the experience!!! As an addendum, they specifically told me how to reheat my Rellano later! In addition, the spice on the Rellano was truly unusual and spectacular upon reheating. I hadn't really noticed that at the restaurant!!!
