Stopped in for some late night bites. Vibe: Comfy with lots of table, couch, and comfy chair options. Dim mood lighting. Board games and little free library inside. Good music. Overall a very good vibe and very inviting to hang out. Service: Friendly and fast Food: Menu is definitely a step above your classic bar food, I got a sandwich special and steak tips. The sandwich was a grilled cheese croissant that included smoked gouda and balsamic reduction and it was really good. The steak tips were okay, decent flavor, a little chewy, maybe because they were cut so small? Value: Total after tip was $30ish for a 'just right' portion so may a little over valued. Overall this place was such a good vibe with chill staff and good food. read more

This spot came highly recommended when I told friends I was spending a weekend in Keystone. Made some dinner reservations and was glad we did. This place is super cute, the people working were all friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered drinks for happy hour (my husband got a beer and I got sangria-so good). Also ordered the bread and butter appetizer, definitely recommend that. For the entree I did the salmon that came with a cucumber salad and potatoes. Hubby got that gnocchi and steak! We both liked our meals a lot! I totally wanted to try the peanut butter pie for dessert but they were all out so next time I'll have to get some for sure! Check this place out yall! read more

It's a cute wine place with a small outdoor patio that allows dogs. We ordered a dog treat from the menu for our boy - home baked cookie with pumpkin and apples ($4.5) We ordered sangria ($8) which has the right blend of red wine, brandy and fruit. They also offer wine flights. We ordered a cheese fondue ($32) which came with roasted vegetables, apples, and bread. I thought it was a little on the expensive side. For protein we ordered a side of salmon ($10) which was coated with spices and okay. We also had a house salad with mixed springs ($7). Service was professional and friendly. Everyone there is an animal lover and have a dog/dogs. We'll be back to try their sandwiches. read more

Such a cute spot for some wine and light food, perfect for a date night. It's small and can get busy. Strip mall type parking. The owners are so friendly and have done a great job w the place. We got the bread which came with this lovely homemade butter, can't remember the exact wine we got but it was fairly priced and tasted good too. There's a cozy deck with a view of the area I will definitely return here when back in the area read more

Really cute place. A little small but there is a nice patio out back (too bad a thunderstorm was coming through). I like that they have wine flights so you can try different wines. There are also wine suggestions on the menu. I had the very best chicken salad sandwich ever. read more

Stubbled upon by Google! It did not disappoint all the staff was incredibly welcoming. The wine was great! The vibe was even better... and they donate to dogs what more do you want? Cool little spot for apres ski. We had the charcuterie board, fondue, and potato skins. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fondue was a bit too runny for me (I make it all the time and like a bit more depth) and the service started great , but as they got busier, we waited quite a while to get a take home box and our check. Overall - lovely and worth a visit! read more

We read a couple of reviews before going there yesterday. We loved their mission so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the cassoulet and a salad and finished with the chocolate fondue for dessert. Everything was delicious! Also, the service was excellent since we were the only ones in the restaurant at 2 PM. We will be back! read more

One of my favorite places to unwind with friends and great staff! Allison and Erin rock!

Our happy place! Menu is amazing, art, DOG friendly, can dress up or dress down, good music, solid wine and an in-house along w pairing recommendations. Their cocktails are also phenom and they have really great made for to go deserts and dinners..not yo mention the only pup cup my dog will eat, and fun games and books, lovely patio, and all that jazz. My SO literally hates eating out but actually told me he enjoyed this place. Lastly (sort of) amazing happy hour times, options, live music, location/scenery, and the servers are SUPER good at remembering names and orders and are just a joy...like I said, our happy place! read more

Saved by the Wine catered a party at our home and it was fabulous. Allison was wonderful to work with when we discussed the event and ordered the hearty appetizers. She can make anything! The delivery was prompt, the food was wonderful and the portions were more than we expected. I would definitely use their services again and I also enjoy visiting their cozy wine bar in Dillon. read more

Solid but not really great. Our first time here. We liked the small-scale nature of the restaurant. We arrived when it opened for lunch so it was very quiet. Good wine selection. Good variety on the food menu. Service was fine. We got the vibe that the server was doing us a favor by waiting on us but certainly nothing overtly rude or disrespectful. The food was underwhelming with respect to the flavors. Everything was hot, freshly prepared and presented very well. Just left us wanting a bit more flavor to complement our excellent wine flight. Given our other favorites in the area we may or may not be back. Solid but not really great. read more

If I could give Saved By The Wine 6 or 7 stars I would. This place is amazing! We happened upon it when searching for fondue and we weren't disappointed. We had a wonderful date night here and will absolutely be back. We went on a Sunday night during "mud season" and it was very slow - only one or two couples there besides us. We sat out on the patio to watch the sunset and the moved inside when it got chilly after the sun went down. The ambiance is cute and cozy and we did not feel rushed through the wonderful experience we had. My husband chose the Bear's Pear cocktail which he really enjoyed. I tried the Foodie Flight which was an incredible pairing of two white wines, two red wines, three cheeses and chocolate. We shared the cheese fondue appetizer which was some of the best fondue we've ever had. The freshly baked bread with wine berry infused butter and white wine garlic infused butter was delicious. We split the Mac & Cheese entree and added tenderloin steak tips which was cheesy perfection and the steak was very tender and well cooked. I tried a glass of the Hi! Sparkling Rose that was the recommended paring for the mac and cheese and it was great. The Skillet Cookie Sundae that is baked to order was the perfect end to an amazing dinner and was piping hot and perfectly gooey and delicious when paired with vanilla ice cream. The service was wonderful. The male server with a man bun was very attentive and helpful and all of our food was hand delivered by the female chef who was a sweetheart. We purchased homemade dog treats on our way out the door and loved that a portion of the net profits is donated to local pet charities and shelters. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. read more

Fun food with a purpose! I've tried charcuterie plate to go for an event, brunch, lunch with friends and happy hour. There are great food options with wonderful wine parings that aren't outrageously priced. It's cozy and comfortable indoors or get a seat on the patio in nicer weather. read more

I cannot recommend more the quality of wine and food served at this restaurant as well as the small but inviting atmosphere and the amazingly friendly staff!!!! Last time I reviewed it was for the amazing Vino Verde Portuguese green wine and now it is for the smooth and slightly fruity/not dry Italian Rose! That coupled with the usual chartreuse and chicken pot pie made my entire Friday night dinner and drinks the best ever! Really! So amazingly!!!!! read more

We weren't looking for this place but found a hidden gem In Silverthorne/Dillon area. Stopped in for happy hour. Such a cool quaint little restaurant. Service from Allison was so friendly and welcoming, we didn't want to leave. Classic Charcuterie hit the spot, I only wish we could have stayed to try the dinner menu. Sitting there sipping wine, nibbling cheese, fruit, meats and an array of cracker while the aromas coming from the kitchen permeated the room...so relaxing. We will be back!!! read more

Don't miss it. What a great place. This is a wine bar with great food and 2.5% of all of their profits go towards the Summit county animal shelter, and other rescue causes. The service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. They have a great wine selection, and really good specials. We felt that overall, given Summit county, their prices were very reasonable. And again, how can you not like the cause? The place is very cute. Wonderful atmosphere. We will return every time we are in this area. read more

Super yummy wine slushies and dessert. Very cute ambiance and great service. Definitely would come here again.

It was raining outside and we sat inside at this little gem of a wine bar with some close friends. It was a great time. Server was nice and competently made a great wine choice.
