The food in this place alone puts most NYC restaurants to SHAME! The baked brie... HOLY CR*P! That alone is worth a five star review but in all seriousness the atmosphere is amazing - incredibly casual and very coffee-shop vibe but still quiet enough to have your own private conversation. The servers are incredibly helpful and kind, and everything was ready SO quickly. Our server even made the mulled wine we ordered on the spot and brought it to our table in less than 5 minutes. We had our daughter's wedding reception at Saved by the Wine, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Erin and Allison and the SBTW staff made this a seamless, stress free event. Their menu options included a variety of heavy appetizers that allowed everyone including vegetarian and gluten free guests to enjoy plenty of food. Their drink menu was varied with wines(of course), mixed drinks, beers, and nonalcoholic options. Communication during planning and the event was great - they were responsive, set clear expectations, and were flexible with changes and special requests including bringing our own music and clearing tables for a dance floor. Their space was ample for our group of 40-45, and the indoor/outdoor layout with awesome views allowed for small conversation groups and mingling. Many of our guests made a point to let us know that they loved the venue. A bonus for our dog-friendly family is that a portion of proceeds of SBTW go to animals. Although we didn't take advantage of the opportunity to bring our pets...knowing that we could made us happy. THANK YOU! read more

What a pleasant little surprise. While staying in Dillon in the middle of summer, we stumbled upon this little gem purely by luck while trying to find a place with capacity for 2 people for a drink and bite to eat. I am not a wine drinker but the wifey was very happy with the selection while the bartender hostess whipped up a delicious dirty martini for myself. We paired the drinks with a delicious charcuterie board and BOOM, delicious meal! Highly recommend and has become one of our staples when visiting town. read more

Customer service was amazing! I was enthusiastically greeted with a smile, by a very kind young woman, and she went over the options on the menu and gave an overall description of what is offered at the venue. I let her know early on that I was just popping in to see what the vibe was like, and that I wouldn't be able to stay, and this didn't deter her from providing exceptional customer service! There was a musician getting ready to play a 2 hour set, and there was a nice food menu, which looked a bit gourmet, at a reasonable price. I look forward to coming back and making an evening out of Saved by the Wine. I can't say enough about the customer service. It means so much to be welcomed with a genuine smile. Thank you. First time reviewer here, but I was compelled to say how much I love Saved by the Wine. I am not much of a wine drinker, but the food here is up with the best in Summit County. I have eaten most everything on the menu, which changes, but its all amazing. The meatballs are some of the best i've ever had, and I have eaten A LOT of meatballs, and I highly recommend the chicken salad croissant as well as the pot pie...and don't get me started on the desserts. Ok do get me started - they are all incredible. The wine berry pie slice, the skillet cookie, the fondue are all staples and I would just say get them all. They usually rotate in special desserts as well and I have never been disappointed. The owners are locals and are just the best, the staff is great, and the views out back are spectacular. I don't drink much but i am not ashamed to say that i love the Froze, and they make an absolute top notch expresso martini. Would give it more stars if i could. read more

We ate here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. I had a peach palisade salad with tri tip. It is one if the best salads I've ever had. My husband had the chicken pot pie. We asked if we could sit outside and the old lady with white hair said yes and she'd be right out with menus. 15mins later we still hadn't gotten menus, but she sat another table outside and attended to a different table but completely ignored us. So we went inside and placed our order with a very friendly brunette gal. I like their cause, the wine selection was good, and food smelt great.
