Killer night, this place is special, Shannon and crew were amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the tourists wearing Kemosabe hats . Just awesome!

Such a cute spot for some wine and light food, perfect for a date night. It's small and can get busy. Strip mall type parking. The owners are so friendly and have done a great job w the place. We got the bread which came with this lovely homemade butter, can't remember the exact wine we got but it was fairly priced and tasted good too. There's a cozy deck with a view of the area I will definitely return here when back in the area

Cool little spot for apres ski. We had the charcuterie board, fondue, and potato skins. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fondue was a bit too runny for me (I make it all the time and like a bit more depth) and the service started great , but as they got busier, we waited quite a while to get a take home box and our check. Overall - lovely and worth a visit!

Our happy place! Menu is amazing, art, DOG friendly, can dress up or dress down, good music, solid wine and an in-house along w pairing recommendations. Their cocktails are also phenom and they have really great made for to go deserts and dinners..not yo mention the only pup cup my dog will eat, and fun games and books, lovely patio, and all that jazz. My SO literally hates eating out but actually told me he enjoyed this place. Lastly (sort of) amazing happy hour times, options, live music, location/scenery, and the servers are SUPER good at remembering names and orders and are just a joy...like I said, our happy place!

We read a couple of reviews before going there yesterday. We loved their mission so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the cassoulet and a salad and finished with the chocolate fondue for dessert. Everything was delicious! Also, the service was excellent since we were the only ones in the restaurant at 2 PM. We will be back!

If I could give Saved By The Wine 6 or 7 stars I would. This place is amazing! We happened upon it when searching for fondue and we weren't disappointed. We had a wonderful date night here and will absolutely be back. We went on a Sunday night during "mud season" and it was very slow - only one or two couples there besides us. We sat out on the patio to watch the sunset and the moved inside when it got chilly after the sun went down. The ambiance is cute and cozy and we did not feel rushed through the wonderful experience we had. My husband chose the Bear's Pear cocktail which he really enjoyed. I tried the Foodie Flight which was an incredible pairing of two white wines, two red wines, three cheeses and chocolate. We shared the cheese fondue appetizer which was some of the best fondue we've ever had. The freshly baked bread with wine berry infused butter and white wine garlic infused butter was delicious. We split the Mac & Cheese entree and added tenderloin steak tips which was cheesy perfection and the steak was very tender and well cooked. I tried a glass of the Hi! Sparkling Rose that was the recommended paring for the mac and cheese and it was great. The Skillet Cookie Sundae that is baked to order was the perfect end to an amazing dinner and was piping hot and perfectly gooey and delicious when paired with vanilla ice cream. The service was wonderful. The male server with a man bun was very attentive and helpful and all of our food was hand delivered by the female chef who was a sweetheart. We purchased homemade dog treats on our way out the door and loved that a portion of the net profits is donated to local pet charities and shelters. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We were able to sample the wine before getting a bottle which I appreciate. The wine we had was delicious. Now food was a little bit of a miss. We got a charcuterie board which was good. The cheese and salami selection was good and it came with crackers, marcona amonds, fig spread and olives. I mean honestly nothing fancy or unique about it. But it pairs well with wine. We also got the focaccia bread which I felt was kind of greasy. I didn't even dip it in the oil cause it had enough oil in its own. We also got the margherita flatbread, but that didn't feel like a flatbread at all. The bread was thick and made it feel more like a pizza. The taste was good so I won't knock it completely, but I wouldn't be calling that a flatbread. Service was great, just a shame the food doesn't live up to expectations. I'd probably stick to the wine and charcuterie which were the best things I had.

The martini was tasty but half of it was missing like where's the rest of my drink ‍. Second I had to ask for plates, not sure how you forget but remembered to give them to the table next to me ‍. At this point I'm over it and prefer my experience at raticato. Next strike, you ask us to order everything and you'll course it out but instead you interrupt us mid chew and ask to clear the table for our meals, absolutely unacceptable. How do you rush your customers. I get it's 8pm but you're open until 9:30 and if you're in a rush go home and send a server that wants to be there. Service, service, service. It was absolutely non existent and at a restaurant that isn't McDonalds prices, do better. You never came back to our table and asked if the food came out ok or if we needed more drinks. As a matter of fact, my spouse walked to the bar and ordered their own drink, unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't enjoy our meal because the service was so poor and I'd absolutely not return. We had the Halibut, which was tasty but could do without the ro and the chicken dish, which was prepared well. The steak tartare was just ok and the bread and hummus was a good addition. Nah, wouldn't recommend. Please have a conversation with Olivia Z., if she's having a day she needs to exit and not work that day in hospitality. Food: I thought it was going to be just so-so, Olive Garden level italian food. I was wrong! I first asked our waiter, Brian, for recommendations and he said they were known for their Mama G's classic red sauce. We ordered the bruschetta and I got the linguini and meatballs, which has the famous red sauce. My gf got the lasagna and the greek salad. The bruschetta was delicious. I really hate it when restaurants throw diced tomato and basil on toast and call it bruschetta, Greco's did not. The crostinis were perfectly toasted - crispy but didn't crumble everywhere and didn't cut up the inside of your mouth. The balsamic reduction over the bruschetta was delicious, but I think the tomatoes, red onion, basil and garlic were mixed with some balsamic vinegar or something similar before being added to the crostinis and glazed. Vinegar should always be used to brighten veggies, not overpower them, and Greco's nailed the vinegar-tomatoes proportion. It was fresh, crisp, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of salt to enhance the tomato flavor. My girl's greek salad was huge. I didn't taste it, but I trust her opinion, and she said it was delicious. She didn't finish it but did take it back to the airbnb and is already snacking on it again :) The lasagna was delicious as well. The noodles were thin, so it didn't feel like we were biting into a chunk of pasta toast with sauce and ricotta as the butter, which happens often with lasagnas. This lasagna had the best ricotta cheese I have ever had. I asked the waiter if they used a bechamel sauce in the lasagna because of how creamy it was, but it was just the ricotta! They do not make it in house, I asked, and I wish I knew where it was from. Gf still won't stop talking about the lasagna and called her brother to tell him about it, lol. The star of the show: The red sauce. Our waiter wasn't kidding when he said it's delicious. I genuinely got mad when I tasted it because I've always been proud of my red sauce, and no sauce has ever beaten my recipe, but now I'm determined to scratch my recipe up and recreate this one. Sauce is the most important part of a pasta dish, so a plain sauce always means a plain dish, and you have to depend on parmesan to make it better. Not this one! It was a beautiful, bright red, fresh, tangy, with the smaaaaaaaaaallest hint of spice. I'm wondering if they add a splash of balsamic reduction for the tang? Not sure, but sure as heck wish I knew. It literally tastes as vibrant and bright as it looked. If there's one thing you try at this restaurant, it has to be a dish with the red sauce. Lastly, we got a free cheesecake with a homemade strawberry sauce. I didn't know the sauce was homemade until I bit into it and I literally wanted to throw my spoon down and stand up out of pure bliss like that guy on TikTok who checks meat for tenderism. It was so good. Strawberry sauce is often overpowering, just a thick, nasty, too-sweet syrup, but this sauce tasted more like a jam. I loved it. Drinks: I got water. Gf got riesling. She really liked it! Environment: Warm. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're walking into a cozy, golden little restaurant. They do have TVs all over, so if you're into sports, good for you! The lighting was not bright but not dim, it felt....gold? That's the best way I can describe it. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant, so you didn't have to speak up and you couldn't hear other people's conversations, but it also wasn't dead quiet and we did go when there were only about 4 other tables being used. So I really don't know about how loud it is when it's packed! It was also warm in there, which is nice for a Texan like me who isn't a fan of the cold ;) Overall the environment was very warm and welcoming. Price: Fair pricing! Actually, pretty affordable for such fresh and local ingredients! Our bill was about $100 for what we ordered and the two glasses of wine. I think that's pretty fair! Staff: I didn't catch the name of the guy who took us to our table, but he was very welcoming and kind! We chatted about what we're doing here in Colorado and he let us sit at the booth table right next to the window. He said it was the best seat in the house ;) He was great! We also LOVED Brian, our waiter. He was so welcoming, kind, attentive, he knew all about the menu, he was incredible. He literally made our nights from how much of a doll he was. This was my first night up here in Colorado ever, so he was the first Colorado-ian that I spoke to! I truly hope everyone else here in this state is as great as he was. Brian was the perfect introduction to the beauty and kindness of this state. The red sauce was great, but he was the highlight of our dinner.
